I had a terrific encounter with ServiceMaster as I had a leak in one of the bedrooms leading in my ceiling. Rick Dupuie was the ceremony man who came clean, to check and dry the space out. I was amazed with how fast he got everything done in addition to his integrity. We were discussing how companies add extra fans to push up the cost of the ceremony. He explained that isn't how the provider or he works. He arrived in a timely fashion, always did what he said he was planning to do... when he said he'd do it, and that's something that I really appreciated. My experience was outstanding with Service Master and Ricky got the job.
Thanks for sending Leo and Rick to look after our mess! These men were so fun to be around and it helped us not to pout over our pipe that is broken! Our walls are dry and we are so thankful!
We had a water break inside the house that damaged half of our residence. This company save what could be saved and sterile things and to eliminate was called by our insurance. We had no idea who to turn to, As it was time to rebuild and restore, and as the company seemed to do a good job of drying out the location, we thought we'd give them the contract to rebuild the damaged areas. Firstthere was a revolving door of supervisors/foremen who maintained stalling us and asserting that the job could be done - then could be fired along with a man sent to deal with us. The damage occurred in the summertime and we were promised that everything could be completed in 6 weeks. The repairs weren't completed until over 6 weeks afterwards, and only then because we refused to give them some money until they shipped back the employees to fix work and damage. As an example, I am not a craftsman, but I understand that drywall shouldn't leave net. Ceilings weren't painted following drywall. Painting was random and missed entire areas. "Employees" were observed by our neighbors sitting at front yard drinking and leaving their beer cans on our next step. There was a constant revolving door of illegal subcontractors, not one of which seemed to think they were responsible for any mistakes. Garron tried to bill us for mistakes his employees produced - ie. Incorrect dimensions of mirrors cut and cabinet heights which induced plates to need to be elevated; always hitting new holes sealing the light fixtures in with the ceiling! He then threatened to put a lien against our home if we did not pay him the entire amount immediately (we had already paid him $60,000). We advised him to proceed, we'd fight him. We were offered a 1 year warranty on their own work by them. No thank you, I don't need them near our speech. We've got huge ridges in our carpeting however I would never call them back to ask them to repair.
