Plumbing issues are never fun (seriously - never fun) but Simeone is going to be the only firm I call from today on.
I am extremely delighted with Simeone Plumbing and recommend them. I've used their services twice - once using a standard, scheduled warm water heater replacement a few months ago (zero complaints, installed fast, acceptable price, works flawlessly ) and again today for an emergent circumstance.

Last night we discovered a massive bubble in the ceiling above our downstairs bathroom... the bubble soon became a giant hole as sewer, water, sheetrock & insulation came tumbling down. It had been as nice as it sounds. We recognized it was an problem with the upstairs bathroom and quickly assessed. Simeone was the sole company who squeezed us had a technician out to get complete replacement of the two bathrooms AND a quotation reacted immediately and seals/pipes/connections. Micah was stayed to get the task done and knowledgable. The communication with the workplace is topnotch.

I called Simeone. Zack was discharged out the following day. He assessed the circumstance and went under the house, and gave me options on levels of repairs. The first option was to replace the pump. Another alternative was to replace the pump along with the pipes associated with it. There were levels with differing warranties. I chose option 2 and that he came out the day after.
So now I've high end installation and work. The pricing is about there - aggressive and reasonable. Because I don't need to worry about a failed pump along with a room flood I've got peace of mind.
I'd my sump pump. The one was ready to fail. So that I did not know how old it was, it came with the house.
For people who don't know a sump pump drains water out out of the sub basement of your property. Normally may need one.

I've made sure to mention Simeone plumbing to anyone when it comes to a reputable company that stands behind their services along with honest work. But when I feel service is really good, or bad. I make sure to share that experience.
I've dealt with a couple different plumbing solutions and many do the job myself even though it takes me probably 10x for the identical job.
Once Loren started working we found we were missing some mounts. Instead of saying sorry and simply quitting. He picked up a few screws and hurried to the hardware store. He went over and beyond to make the brand-new unit work and mount upward. The job ended up being more hard and he never let it affect his mindset. He stayed optimistic, problem got it all done and solved.
I would strongly recommend this company for your plumbing requirements.
The professional who showed up for the Company was Loren. He came in with a positive mindset, was respectful and friendly. He started working and analyzed the situation.
I wasn't charged extra for the time, Simeone Plumbing maintained the cost they initially quoted.
I reached out to Simeone Plumbing on Tuesday for a Dishwasher setup. I believed it had been reasonable for your job and had gotten a quote. The customer support representative Olivia was polite and had a very positive attitude. When it came to scheduling my appointment as soon as 15, she had been extremely helpful. I managed to get an appointment.

We had a leak in our water line. Our neighbor very confidently recommended Simeone Plumbing and he was right. Zack came out with his gear, very quickly found the leak, together with replacing a faucet that was broken, repaired it the following morning. Zack has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We will definitely use this business.

We got back from a long weekend to obtain the sewer backed up. My husband rented a snake, and after a few hours, advised me to find a plumber. I decided on Simeone, and went through lots of Yelp testimonials.
It had been good to have a live person answer the phone, and she was able to make a scheduled appointment for Zack to come out in a couple of hours. I wasn't here when he arrived, but my husband tells me he had been instant, conveyed clearly, talked about the price prior to proceeding, and was able to solve the problem (at least for today; unfortunately it will eventually be a much bigger job). My husband said it had been worth the money to employ Simeone, which can be amazing, since he has insisted he'd rather do the work himself and hates people that were hiring. Next time we need a plumber, I know who to call!

All the comments praising Zack are accurate. He knows what he's doing, is fair, and easy to manage. The Water Department claims we have. Zack spent 20 minutes assessing our meter and found no signs of a slow flow. He assessed our sinks and found no signs of any leaking. Our toilets are awarded the"dye in the tank" evaluation and don't leak. We don't irrigate and the irrigation is eternally shut off. This really is a meter reading mistake. Period.
Zack was not going to charge us. He accepted a fee for his time. A five stars!

I phoned Simeone Plumbing for 2 reasons. 1st, I'd facets in a bathroom that leaked.
He repaired it. The second reason was on repiping a house I needed a quote. His quotation

Somione will be the first company I call at my building for plumbing work.
I called Dominic to get a quote for a new water main for the buildings and have an apartment building in Santa Rosa.
From the first time that I talked to Dom. In addition to a mainline, I had valves for the tenant units closed off. Dom collected my advice and had a quote for me in less than 24 hours. He made sure all of my questions were answered and comfortable with the quote.
The project went smoothly and I received a call for being clean and polite, complimenting the crew.
After inspecting the project I noticed that without being requested, Dom's crew installed 30" steel sticks to protect the closed off risers out of cars.

He had been patient, tenacious and had a great sense of humor. He figured out what turned out to be a issue that was completely bizarre. He did it quickly, created a minimum amount of damage and with a solution.

It's been leaking a week. . .and will produce a kitchen remodel. Doesn't matter though. . .Scott and Simeone Plumbing created a scenario that was not-so-pleasant as easy as possible.
We have found our new plumbers! We noticed some type of leaking noise. Looked under the house and we had a full leak. Called four distinct plumbing companies and nobody answered. Came around Yelp to see if anybody had been rated highly. We called Simeone and also a woman answered the phone. 10 minutes later, has been within 15 minutes and Scott, our new plumber called.

I heard from Jeanine after this review was published. She contacted the owner who stated he gives his workers instructions to reveal customers their options. Since I was not given those choices, he wouldn't charge me. I was very pleased.
I switched to Yelp for assistance when I was in a pinch. A nice man came out, on time, and fixed the disposal and cleaned up. He hauled out the Huge BOOK. The BOOK stated I owed him 283 dollars. I was amazed! He was here and gone in less than one hour. Well, what can you do? To bring another dimension to the narrative, I called back some time later to state that water again accumulated beneath precisely the same sink. Could this be a problem? The woman who answered the phone said she understood who would tell him water problem and came and see what he would say. Was I surprised? Not really. From now on I shall return

Simeone Plumbing charges by the job, not the hour. I had been quoted a set cost for the work, and the price stayed the same even though he ended up spending over 4 hours fixing my problem. Zack was super nice and cleaned the mess up.
Zack came over and that he had been very well-intentioned, respectful, knowledgeable and determined to fix my problem. It turned out far worse than we believed. A pipe had come that he needed to mend, and he needed to snake our drain out twice and take my disposal. He did not leave until it had been functioning perfectly. He went up to check our drain .

I can not say enough great things. After I put apple peals down the 14, my garbage disposal backed up. I called Simeone Plumbing and they said that was not and they just had one appointment. The lady I spoke to said that they needed a couple appointments available tomorrow, but she had been very obsessive about my issue and she ended up having a plumber come to my home before his initial appointment for that which we thought was a"quick fix". NOT.
I recommend this firm to anyone that wants the work done right.

Loren did an OUTSTANDING Job resolving and investigating the issue. He hauled his findings clearly and efficiently. He was extremely meticulous and very personable in our home. It was a pleasure and we would suggest Simeone Plumbing!

We owned this builing for 4 years and every few months could have a plumbing crisis, the local plumber could come out and snake out it, so we couldn't fix it once and for all, but no one could come across the sewer line. We were informed we would need to tear out part of the garage to get to it. Alfter many attempts with varioud technicians, I had Simeon come in, they found the sewer line in under an hour, maybe not anywhere near the garage, and also close to the surface, giving us access. They simplified my life so Highly recommend them.

I never went back and upgraded my original review that was less than stellar as a result of bid. We ended up with them and they worked with us to ensure it is affordable. They moved to find the work and the job was impeccable. I will use them and would recommend them to anybody. Sorry guys for not updating!

***First off, if Want a plumber Telephone Simeone Plumbing Today *** Now if want to See here you Can Go: Time didn't permit although I must have written this a couple of months ago. So I would like you to understand they're awesome! I reside a 1950's house with galvanized pipes. It had to be replaced not just because of the rust that is lovely but the pipes were getting thin. I would have to say that the moment I fulfilled Domenic and set up an appointment with Gina and had a couple of estimates, I had. I did NOT want my drinking water to be sitting in PEX. Domenic was the one that did not attempt to talk me out of it and did not give me trouble about it. He knew my concerns with some rat of vinyl, or even a nail going through it, along with my drinking water. He said the cost would be a little longer and continued on. So this is between a lot of work of cutting to the walls and going under the house, I replaced all the sewer lines. Additionally, moving round some pipes and installing tankless water heater. I told him I don't want cold water because the washer is the dishwasher which had to be plumbed and around when showering. He gave me a little price to move up to sooooo glad and a unti I did! He was the cost and has been able to start within a couple of weeks. He got the entire house done in less than a week; however those men worked hard and long hours..they did it. For all of the work they did and also also the long hours those men put in, I appreciate it. He stuck with his quote although to be fair I think he may have moved over a little more than he believed it was likely to cost. They called a month later to check to make sure everything was ok. Work, affordable cost, and very quite professional. Let me spare you the aggravation if you are sitting there looking at who to use and just call Simeone Plumbing. Recall plumbing should last your life. Do not cut corners and proceed with some flyby. He is licensed, local, professional, and fair. Also, wish to say all of the workers were very courteous and nice men Ryan too. All regional workers and proprietor. I could not be happier with the work they did.

Oh, very often when I call I get the answering machine and Gina calls as she can, so when you call them - leave a message! Unlike lots of places they return your phone!
We have a hotel and sometimes have plumbing emergencies. They always do their very best to see that we (and our guests) are taken care of as fast as possible. The job is professional... they do what they say they will, when they say they will do their rates are very fair. Over the years we've worked together with technicians and so are thrilled to have discovered Simeone Plumbing!
We've been using Gina Dominic & for about five decades and are very happy with the caliber of the service and the job.

Best Plumbers I've found. Courteous & Honest! Prices are typical - but hey people plumbing doesn't come cheap so do not expect it. They do good work & the purpose is no leaks & no worries. I've recommended them.

I am sure they're telephone was ringing off the hook but they squeezed me and fixed me burst pipe and some other tiny items as well. Great support. Nice men and women. Apparent about prices. Seemed reasonable. Very pleased and would use them !!!!!! Thank you for making the effort now to get out .

I predicted on Thursday morning with a sewer problem. They said they were reserved and didn't believe they could fit me in until possibly Friday. After long talk they said they would come out on Friday and might call in the afternoon. I never got a call on Friday and they said they're booked up until the next Thursday and couldn't do anything, when I phone on Saturday. Flowright Plumbing was phoned by me and they're coming out on a Saturday as Simeone was going to bill and the charge is the same.

Loren did not show and did not call.
I made an appointment to possess Loren come to my house the next day between 10:00 and 8:00 am to clear some drains.
