Had also a non faucet that is working and a leak problem. David came out and he gave you that comfy feel because he was going to look after everything. Also much more knowledgeable than most. Personable and gave excellent customer services.
I have been using Only Green for several years! Russell the owner is amazing. He really listens to what you need to say, particularly when you are having an issue.
I will certainly be requesting David later on.

We had a odor below our 1950's house from the drain pipes rusting through and spilling below the house.

Green plumbing is the plumbing experience I've ever had.
They showed me pictures of the plumbing which required also the team of plumbers and replacement replaced the drains in 1 day beneath the house!

I paid the $200 the temperature setting increased and left.
Initially I believed this plumbing business was amazing! They appeared professional and friendly. I explained the issue of my Navien water heater and they said it would be 150 to appear and evaluate the issue and the $150 will be used toward the repair.
I agreed to pay the $200, again to be informed that nothing was wrong. They explained they did a quick reset of the water heater and showed me how to get it done (that was good). On the other hand, the constant draining was happening.
This is the point where the professionalism went out the window and the shortage of skills was apparent.
Green is on the list of Navien Installers and it's absolutely apalling that something visible and as essential has been missed and ignored. Don't use them.
Great, they came on time and had a truck that was gorgeous and appeared to become professional.
After spending hours studying and researching how the water heater operates. I myself realized the T&P valve has been broken (a thing a professional plumber ought to have discovered immediately!)
I was not convinced this was mended. Lo and behold the very next day that the water heater wouldn't allow the temperature to be set by me and it was apparent to me, not a professional, a homeowner the draining was not normal.

I had been told they would need to diagnose the problem, yet there's nothing wrong and the diagnosis will cost $450! Within minutes that price went from $450 down since it included me calling and whining the office back to $200 that was.
UPDATE: Russell, the proprietor, called me to cover the issues I had with the initial visit. He recognized the situation around my repair were not up to their standards and heard me out. He offered to remedy the circumstance, and noticed my opinions. I really do like that if I have another situation, they're local in Los Gatos, and can give another opportunity.
They begin the job, within minutes that they say there is nothing wrong with my water heater. It wasn't able to raise temperature, despite me telling them and a constant draining was happening.

First responders! To start with, they are friendly. They're quick to react and follow through on their communicating with telephone calls and text. Danny was great and delivered support! He was super quick skilled and friendly. I will always telephone SimplyGreen Plumbing very first.

I hate calling plumbers since it costly but if I have to call, I'm grateful Simply Green is. I've submitted multiple reviews on this company and they have been stellar. It wasn't even the mistake that is plumbers and there was a small issue this time round, it was someone from the plumber who came out the first time along with the operations side that wasted my time and flubbed it. The plumber in query is Frank and he did a great job and was cool.
If you want a professional job done by people who will back their 19, call these men. Always worth it!

I am neglect to write reviews, but I make sure to, when I have an experience either way. . This has been an positive experience! I called Merely Green yesterday to get a mix of crisis to identify a flow & also already understand plumbing issues. My phone was answered versus answering machine by other plumbing companies I have called in past. Was compassionate, as well as, responsive. Not only did she provide me accurate information..trying to get me ASAP that day, she called to find out when I had been available as a Rec became accessible sooner, then known again as I couldn't. In following up, Hilary the telephone and I spoke and had. Now to the technician, Dave..again, absolutely awesome. Evaluating issues, being clear about what the issues are, needing to work due to travel & time constraints to prioritize what could be achieved & breaking estimates into what I might want to sooner versus afterwards. Assessing & always following up and assessing work is in accord with our needs & desires. Absolutely, in 25yrs as a home owner, finest plumbing interaction. Felt like that scene from Ghost Busters - bathrooms backing up, shower pan flooded, poo coming from the front lawn clean-out, cats & dogs living together... you understand.
Quick - occupation. Poo flows. Project managed perfectly from jack beating motorist (oh yes in my world armageddon the f'ing pipe had to run UNDER the driveway) into the smooth flawless concrete replacement.
But seriously, the best part of the entire project was calling the workplace simply to hear Kimberly state,"it is a great day at Merely Green Plumbing.
Our dystopian pipes day happened since they had Simply fixed the owner and a problem, and I called Merely Green Kevin was on top of that job.

Called them out in September 2018 to trouble shoot on a toilet leak. They were referred to me with a relative and they were available to come out.
They sent a project manager and not a plumber. That was what the way he identified himself. And he came without a plumbing parts. I was billed their standard service fee for showing up. How do you send someone out for showing up, who can't really make any repairs and charge an agency!
For a simple toilet reservoir gasket leak, he recommended I replace all 3 of my toilets and gave me a quote for more than 1,000 since they had some hard water stain deposits. The toilets were just 10 years old. I told him I would think about it and he left. No repairs were tried. The service fee was paid by me.
I phoned another plumber that came out and replaced with a gasket in the toilet tank which fixed the leak that night. Charge: $120.

Thank you to Frank Cardia for helping me repair the kitchen faucet and going above and beyond getting fresh filters into my water heater! Definitely a 5-star experience!
I have always had outstanding work done by Just Green.

Bill from Only Green Plumbing just orchestrated a fix and that I could honestly say that it was the s*#ttiest job I have ever observed. My roughly 250 ft sewer line goes up a hill to the origin intrusion and my home was at the bottom of the hill. Envision the literal s * # t storm once the pipe was popped up in order that they could do the fix to release the strain. Ok, joking aside his team and Bill are professional and they're equipped to take care of any scale of problem you have. Everyone is very friendly and all of us appeared to have a good time repairing my sewer problem despite the situation. I would recommend Simply Green Plumbing and texture great knowing my sewer line is the sewer in the city. Thank you Simply Green and I hope I do not have to manage so much s$&t again.

I consulted with a neighbor and he was horrified that a company would attempt to tear off a client which badly. The guy who gave me the quote pestered me to determine if I had made a decision. Red flag! No other plumbing company that we've worked with since has behaved this way.
Avoid this company. There is a thread going on talking what a rip-off they're. They will give you blind.

I called Simply Green Plumbing with both my toilets backing up in the shower. I spoke with Liz at work who had been considerate, professional, and informative giving me all the details. The Plumbing Tech who came out knew that his job inside and out and named Danny was professional. They put shoe covers on to enter my home which couldn't get over! I now have a plumbing business in the Bay area for life. Thank you!

Simply Green came out today to unclog my Worst morning ever until I phoned them. The people on the phone are amazing helpful and consistent. The technician was SO specialist and has been very patient with me (I challenged everything) he actually made me feel comfortable with the entire process beggining to end. They're not the BUT knowing what I know today I'd pay double what I paid if it means that I get the wonderful service and superior work Merely Green provides!! Highly recommend this company!!

They sent out their team to help us mend our difficulty, and they handed it with care that was total, while no one but the nanny was home.
Fast forward the sink and 1 month began to make a sound. I called back and I was remembered by Jos immediately. She made an appointment for someone to come outside to help us as soon as our program was free. Unfortunately something happened that the technician wasn't able to create it. Russell really took the opportunity to go personally and I voiced my dismay, deal with my own exec and abandon him a happy camper.
You get exactly what you pay for. . .and with Simply Green, I felt as though I got exactly what I paid .
What sets one besides another is the amount of service, pride and attention in their business. Simply Green cares about their clients, the client's happiness and the reputation of the business. They're worth every penny, and supply better service than the rest of the companies to way we have worked with.
Russell and jos have really made us life fans. My exec had an issue with his kitchen sink. Normally I go to my list of handymen. Nobody has been available and he desired something done.

I sent quotation bids out on Yelp and Jos was the first one to get back to us. She was friendly pleasant and seemed to remember each and every client she spoke to.

Another firm, who discussed each of the issues, including grading, broadly,and came out to give a FREE estimate wanted $1600 inc. a 10 year warranty.
Charged $79 for trip to provide estimate to install two sump pumps. Never moved under home looked in crawl space. Couldn't answer questions about how installation would be done and possible problems handled, e.g., dirt accumulating in sump. Don't understand what kind of pump could be used. Provided estimate for one pump in an area which had a drain pipe and pump that was . Never provided estimate in area for second pump which would require a drain pipe.
One pump in present sump, $2400!!!!!
These guys will need to wake up.

Came out didn't know the system but believed he could fix. Spent about 45 min $250 later does not work.

Ridiculously overpriced plumbers. I trusted them because of the fantastic reviews online and they were recommended by my neighbor. I feel completely ripped off since I realize I was billed about 5x the cost of plumbers. On top of that, they swapped out the incorrect kind of pump which failed a few weeks later. Do more research on other websites and you will discover people have had similar experiences as I've had. Most of the excellent reviews on this are reviews, new ones. You've been warned!
