You know how sudden things can come up if have done a re-do of your own kitchen. Mike and andy handled these issues like there were not any difficulties. They repaired replaced and took good care. Andy knows the rules and regulations and won't install anything that doesn't comply with the rules.
The team is professional, always on time, respectful and goes over and beyond in their service. I will use and refer them to everyone I know.
So if you need a plumber don't seem. Snake Masters is the company that you should call.
I called Snake Masters to do some in the baths and in the kitchen. Andy was able to come over and give us a quote in a hour. His commission was reasonable. Between past Saturday and today Thursday, the guys came four times, coordinating in the event appliances with the stone setter and the delivery.

As my sewer water line backed up, I phoned them. At 9:30 pm I phoned myself to be told they cannot do tonight to the service. They are able to have somebody. I said that's fine. I asked the manager to come in by 8 am to be there. At 10:30 am the manager called to inform me nobody has showed up. I called to be informed that somebody will be there by. I drove to the site myself to fulfill with up with the man. No one showed up. They then did not even pick up my mobile phone. For the occupation I called somebody Now. What horrible support. If you do not understand how to run a company do not open one.

These men came out within an hour. Gave me a great cost and took good care of my plumbing issue. Thank you a lot. Will recommend.

I had the plumbing problem in my property. HUGE THANKS to those men that spared the day/world and came out! I am beyond pleased with their job. That I had no water for 2 days, Following my water lineup broke for the 2nd time in 30 day. After getting mad they tell me you know anybody? I called a few places and not one of them was willing to come and help day. I talked with Mike and he was on a project said we can be there in approximately 1 hour. Got to work immediately with 2 guys and shows up on time they fixed all of my problems without any hassle or issues. If your looking for really good plumbers call these guys they ROCK!! Thanks for all of your help Mike and crew.

Ok, I really can't say anything bad. Water coming through my bedroom lighting fixtures and pouring in my closet! Thank goodness I understood where the line was shut it off right away. Andy came within the hour! I could not find ANYONE to come in the last minute, not even my own plumber, who was in San Diego at the moment. (I adore him too:-RRB-) Andy quickly discovered that the leak and turned away the toilet where it was coming from, providing me back entry to my own water!!! I thought we'd have to go stay in a hotel, but NOT! YAY!!!
Michael and ady came back two days later, ready to repair the leak and the toilet. Thank you guys so much. Did I mention that they're really nice. Thank goodness for the girlfriend who called me.

I had some plumbing issue called couple places they give me appointments but never showed up. I called snake Experts I was given an appointment showed up 10 minutes early by them. Andy appear very professional very knowledgeable. I had. Gave me a reasonable Price they fix it in couple hours. I'm quite satisfied with this company I would use their company. Thank u Andy

I called another plumber and they wanted more money. These guys are affordable.

Update- 10/22/15 the company's owner reached out to apologize for his worker's lack of professionalism. I love when people try to make appropriate for their errors and take the time.

They were scheduled to arrive between 4:30 and 4:00. They were nice enough allow me to know they would not be able to make it until some time between 7:00 and 6:00 and to call at 5:00.

Ok! So I'm not a dummy but at a certain point I understand, I want a plumber. There always is this notion that races at the back of my mind,"will he attempt and get over on me, will he actually be a snake??" -- you think that?
I felt so convinced in his work ethic which Snake Pros has gained a loyal customer that the Plumber!!
Harry the plumber arrived ' an in one hourhe had resolved frankly and my problem was respectful polite, hardworking, and professional.

These guys are awesome! They are professionals with the experience provide the very best solution to recognize the problem and do it in a direct and neat manner at a fair price! I will phone them again and recommend them.
I called them on a Sunday (the day before a holiday) and has been called back over a half an hour. They came out in a few hours and had my clogged bathtub (washer and sink were backing up in the bathtub ) fixed in a little over a half an hour. I went indoors to run everything and the water as it should drained. As soon as I went back out, everything was neatly back in its place (even my cluttered hose).
CALL THEM!

8pm rolled around and still no one or no telephone. Finally a past 9pm was available to come out. (I would've enjoyed an earlier note so that I might have had time to call another firm!)
I know it was a Sunday so that I was totally okay with a delay since I know people have families, eat supper, etc..
I am really glad I did not purchase the Yelp advertising, although I really wanted to! And the bargains online were tempting.
I depended about the 5 star rating on Yelp which generally never misguides mepersonally, but felt obviously ignored this afternoon. It seems plumbing companies are starting to professionalism and lack courtesy. In the end, I ended up calling the other local company who came instantly - and paying substantially more for a service I could count on (which I did not mind).
Based on this experience, won't suggest Snake Masters.

I called snake masters to give me a quote after I had some company . Tech mike came out with in 30mins and appeared the project over. He gave me a price no where near the previous company, although he descriptedly explained me my problem. Excellent honest, clean expert plumbing techs. They did the job the next day my plumbinig is functioning fine. Its was a great experience.

SNAKE MASTERS PLUMBING AND DRAIN pops up. A man huffing and puffing, and also I call with the noise of clanking tools at the backdrop replies. THIS is what you want to hear. You DO NOT want to hear"I Have Carnal Knowledge of Your Dog pipes! None have a chripy front office person. Normally a grumpy wife or over-worked office manager/receptionist. By this time it was so or 7PM, and he stated he would have a difficult time getting to me personally that evening-but he would try. What I didn't understand was that he was in Pasadena, I am in Santa Monica. This is a schlep for a Saturday night. I figured the damage was done & I didn't feeling like dealing with it any more that night-so we set up to the next morning (Sunday, not a fantastic day to attempt and find a plumber out, typically ). I also explained the problem and he explained what I thought was a reasonable price, especially being that the service call was on a Sunday.
Randy and mIke from SNAKE MASTERS showed up on time and got to work. They got it and it took some doing to find the bugger flowing again, although I have a cranky line. It took them. LOVE THESE GUYS. Down to earth, honest, knew how to do the job, and respectable men who showed up on time, knew what they were doing. Terrific. He then charged me LESS than what he quoted. Swoon.
YELP ME! I removed my mind in the jar on the nightstand, put it back into my head and entered the proper search phrase into Yelp (I believe it was"drain cleaning" ).
I have another plumber. I am referring him. MD can bite the big weenie.

Input Mike Diamond Plumbing. Without going to my useful Yelp I called them. I am aware of, swat my bum mistake. In a nutshell, they neglected to unblock my primary, tried to overcharge me and left me with doo-doo (yes, real doo-doo) within my side yard beside the clean-out they should have, but denied to use (without charging me $520.00, a STUPID quantity of money for the task). Now it is Saturday night; Mike Diamond Plumbing blew my afternoon while I waited for their bait and switch hucksters disguised to show, and then blow. My final words to the cheeky bastards have been"get the F off my property, thanks to nothing". (Notice: I did not say"F", along with the F doesn't endure for frankfurter.)
OK, so I am a General Contractor and a asset manager-so I know how things work. With a wife and 2 daughters in my house, this is very better when sinks and the bathrooms work, go figure. I HAD three wonderful, plumbers that are trusted. One proceeded, one retired and my staying plumber went on vacation until the middle of this month. Plumbing out of daughters commission and wife giving the fish-eye to me, my man is out of town. Sweet. Lovin' life.

4. Telephone SNAKE MASTERS DRAIN AND PLUMBING when you have a plumbing problem, they're fantastic.
Now it is a Saturday night with a brew in the side lawn, The glances have progressed to complete stink-eye.

We're selling our home and also an inspector stated that our water heater was not up to code....so I looked on Yelp and saw that this company got great reviews and gave a call. He was somewhat late but no worries... he came in and was quite pleasant and professional and apologized for being a bit late. We told him that the issue about the water heater and then he also went and looked at it and then advised us that it DOES match with code and there is nothing we will need to have done to it He wrote a receipt up and mentioned that in the remarks and charged us $25 for the visit and he was on his way. His name was Mike and we are happy we called this company and they might have attempted to charge us by stating we wanted something that we did not cash. I would use them again in the future.

Have had great experiences with them so bummed they majorly dropped the ball this time. When we called they had told us to request our neighbors using their kitchen sink till they arrived, because our kitchen sink was clogged and the sinks discuss a lineup, but they never showed! We place our neighbors via an annoying position for nothing, although so not only was our time wasted.
Like another reviewer got stood up. No return calls. Was given a appt. Called at 6pm, eventually reached someone and was told they would be about half an hour. Gave up waiting/calling/leaving messages at about 9:40pm.

Thank you Mike and Andy for repairing my issue professionally and quickly and being reliable, punctual.
