Streamline Plumbing

Streamline Plumbing has completed two plumbing projects. The project that is small was that the repair of a flow meter that is leaking. The second project was the replacement of a 50 gallon, 130,00 BTU Polaris water heater and upgrade of the plumbing which serves floor radiant heating, second floor and hot water. This project was further complicated by the outside cupboard with only 1 inch clearances. The job of noel is outstanding in all respects from equipment ordering, design, installation, testing, and cleanup. The company of noel has high standards is responsive, communicates well, and meets all obligations. We found his costs to be reasonable and fair. The outcomes of his job transcend our expectations . We couldn't be more happy.

When I asked him to break down the cost of materials and labor, he refused to do so. I thought that was rather weird. I asked what version number he had been going to put in that he refused to answer that question as well. Even more weird. I decided I'd just trust him, and might provide him the task, but told me I had a formal written quote (rather than one above a text). Following one week and 5 requests, I never heard back from him.
Noel Chavez came out and gave a quote. That part was great, but it went bad after that.
Businesses who treat their clients like this should know there are consequences. All he needed to do was say that he was too busy, or did not want the job and call me.

Noel came out to my home that I managed fix a landscaping pipe outside of my house and to come back and called. Noel was a nice person and lovely to talk to. He gave me estimates for my insurance claim , got the job done in 30 minutes, and also offered to come back tomorrow when I had any issues with his work.
He was a joy and he made it convenient by coming out after hours. If I have any issues I will be calling Streamline without another thought!

I phoned Noel install new ones that I had bought and to eliminate two old, leaky toilets. I'm thrilled that I picked Streamline Plumbing to do the job. Noel is honest-and, courteous and professional charged a price for your job. I really appreciated that he worked around my hectic schedule. He along with left the work places pristine, got to work, and completed the job and his co-worker arrived on-time. I really like our new toilets; they will save water as well and are beautiful.

My experience was not a good one. I chose Streamline as a household member advocated them. On Aug. 15th Noel came outside to take a look at a problem with the pipes in my bathroom that began to rattle following the bathtub faucet had been replaced by my husband. Many telephone calls were made to him although I will not bore you when he was scheduled to twice he didn't show up. Now I have a hole in my bedroom closet that he made and that he proceeds to not return telephone calls. We are now in September! I had a relative encounter today and have a peek at it. He said he got WOW, no more rattling and the air out of the pipes. I will also have this household member come out and fix. From the get go Noel appeared like he was in a hurry. I have no idea what I did for him to treat me this way since I attempted to accomodate his schedule. I am very disappointed would NEVER recommend him.

I phoned Nole to fix a plugged drain line to my septic tank. I reside in the country outside of Dunnigan so that I fully expected to hear the normal"we don't go out that far". Nole said he would have me fixed that day when he said he got the work and would he actually showed up. Decent price too. Couldn't be happier unless my toilet didn't back up at the first location.
