I believed it would take a few days for this particular job but with the 2 guys working together, they were done in two and 1/2 hours!

He was rather pleasant to use, very patient and knowledgeable, while explaining our situation regarding the plumbing underneath our property.

Hall's customer support is extraordinary. Melanie, went out of her way to squeeze me within a reasonable amount of time in to their schedule. I have an older home who has bathtub faucets had seen better days. My dilemma was assessed by troy, and went over and beyond to supply a temporary fix till he could locate the perfect match.

Hall's Plumbing is amazing. We had to look after some difficulties using our water heater and are first time home owners. Hall's plumbing appeared in our problems and came out, also gave us a quotation which was definitely reasonable. If we had follow up questions that they could supply such service and replies. We were updated by them concerning arrival days and kept in contact. Who enjoys using a 4 hour window of arrival time? You do not have to with these guys! Enjoy a great experience. Water heater rusted and leaked water. Called Hall's and Chris came out to give me a free quote. I enjoyed the many choices provided so I chose you and he was also able to do the exact same day, the entire install. Customer service was beyond and above , extended warranty was a huge plus, I will certainly do business with Hall!

Is that they answer their phone with people that are real! From there on, I wasn't disappointed! Jason and chris explained everything to me every step along the way. Ordinarily, when I call Hall's Plumbing, they set me up immediately and usually I'm fortunate enough to find the gifted and enchanting Troy as my plumber. I can't say enough about his gentle and kind demeanor. He is polite and punctual and always does a great job for us. I met with him and he surpassed all expectations by answering all of my questions and explaining every step of the process in clear and easy language. I'm grateful.
