The Sunny Plumber

They did a fantastic job, scheduling was easy, complex was called in by them like they said they'd. I didn't even answer the phone so they texted me and that I had been able to correspond with them via text! They did all the servicing and checking they guaranteed, I had salt for my water softener and the technician carried it in the garage into my yard to put it for me for no additional costs! They tightened my sink up manage for no cost. I did pay in the water heater, but it looked as though it needed replacing so that I do not feel bad about paying for that. The technician even applied a coupon for me personally to get it which was nice. I am pretty thrilled.

He writes that the estimator is going to be here Monday and provide a copy of the service to me and leaves between 5-6 pm. So this comes it's 4:00 pm I get to the house at 4:55 pm and leave work and prepare for the appointment, Monday. . .then 6:00. . And. Asked to speak to somebody in charge and I was told by them somebody will reach out to me.
My technician shows up and I tell him about my water leak from under my driveway and I'm pretty sure it and he helps me shut the water off and says , yep that is the issue. Your gonna need to replace will probably be next. Doesn't investigate the leaks, doesn't track down the water and goes to that. So I will have him come over Monday if that is fine with you When asked what price he has to make a call and take about 10 min and then states, my man doesn't have iPad. I agreed and we set up a temporary lineup for $300! I mean I expected something nice but it was. .
Now here is where it goes back, my appointment was scheduled for 4:00-8:00 pm. I received a call at 3:25 saying my technician was 45 min out from my property. I then get a call nearly at 4:45 saying my technician is on his way along with 45 min out. So first belief is LATE.
So allow me to start off by saying what a joke all of the advertisements of"customer service" are!
I will say that the call centre team was amazing, answered my questions and kind. They were able to schedule an appointment the exact same day that I had an issue!
Long story short, horrible last and first experience. I caution anyone calling them.
Well after that is put up he is ready to depart and that I bring up the problem in the house, guess the call reps didn't note that for him. He goes to correct under my faucet and I'm in the kitchen and I hear him yell my name. I rush into the restroom and he desires a bucket because the lineup could not shut and water was beneath my sink in my floor and . Not really prepared if you ask me. We immediately catch the trash can, fill it and then has me dump it in the sink... umm my trash can is full of gunk and crap and hair. . Well today it's within my own drain. Fabulous! So he tells me that my nozzles under are broken and need to be replaced, so he says"add it to the list." Like really!?

Thanks Sunny Plumber! You're a life saver!
I submitted 5 stars with Goettl. We got on the phone because I discovered they failed financing and needed a new AC system. Tyler came out that night and has been approved with a brand new AC system in my house by the night. It works excellent!

Allow me to tell you the story of a service session. By me.
I purchased service contract, and then never had the time to schedule the care support. My coverage died, but Sunny Plummer stated"you paid for this, so we're going to follow ." And they did. They sent one of the friendliest, capable, and diligent plumbers... John.
Their business partners and sunny Plummer don't stop trying. They don't take the cash and run.
Great work John, you and your business culture won a customer.

The technicians arrived and spent about 30 seconds looking at my garbage disposal (didn't remove any parts, didn't really do anything but flip the switch and notice that it left no sound ). They then tell me that I want a garbage disposal and it is going to be $530. I say I cannot afford that so I'll have to wait. He asked me what I can manage. I say we hoped it would be under $200. He makes a phone call and comes with a $375 price tag. I tell him I'll have to wait and consider it so he charges the $79 for your estimate.
I predict. He arrives inside an hour, spends a good five minutes or so checking also has it running in about 5 minutes. Because it was such a simple fix he tells me no charge. I obviously asked for his card because he is who I'll call next time something happens and that I want a plumber! Sunny Plumber will never be called by me . They wanted my money once the garbage disposal did have to be replaced.
I gave two stars because the customer service on the phone was fantastic. They could schedule a tech.

My dad coordinated with striped Plumbing from abroad after the flush on our bathroom popped out (seemed to be an easy fix). Sunny Plumbing then called us to confirm a moment. They called at 8am to state they'll be at our house in 45 minutes. They called stating their serviceman had a family crisis and could be there between then and noon. That is a time period, but we needed so we chose to wait it out it fixed. From 1:15, they had not showed up, nor had they already called to apologize for the extreme delay. We known as Sunny Plumber to tell them to cancel our appointment and ended up calling a service that was different. After four phone calls is they are neither fast nor effective!

Fast, friendly and efficient! Very knew what they do and punctual. Had our warm water heaters serviced and AC....good individuals.

5. If I had been a"normal" senior who had been technologicallyi challenged, I'd not have any recourse and would just need to accept being scammed by Sunny Plumber during this manager. However, not being a normal senior citizen, I am able to use my voice.
6. This scam is superb! They repay the cash that has been scammed once in a while, pocketing the vast bulk of the money. Plus they make to look as they're whenever they get trapped, the business that cares and need to offer a refund.
1. My spouse and I exist on Social Security. It is our only source of income. We represent among the most vulnerable segments of our society.
Adam was an excellent proponent for Sunny Plumber. He let me port my anger then both of us proceeded on to"what is next?" He consented to repay the almost $1000 that their manager scammed from us and sincerely apologized for"the misunderstanding."
2. The manager on the project misrepresented the nature and scope of the job that had to be performed and gave me a quote based on this misrepresentation. Being a contractor or a plumber I made the mistake of trusting the Sunny Plumber title and authorized the job.
7. I do not hold Sunny Plumber accountable for the activities of the supervisor. I did tell Adam that when I was put by one of my employees in this place, I would fire this employee.
4. Based on the supervisor's behaviour, Sunny Plumber perpetrated a scam, fraud.
Following my final review was printed on Yelp, I got a call from Adam at Sunny Plumber. We spoke the need for those calls being made by him and openly about their job, their integrity, and amicably. Throughout the conversation the following points were created by me:
3. The manager failed to adjust the cost to reflect the actual job done, After the work was take minutes rather than days.
I'd be reluctant to recommend Sunny Plumber. Their testimonials here on Yelp are blended. They seem like a good business looking for their ideology that is corporate. The rest should fall into place if they are able to achieve this objective.

Sunny contacted quickly after my post and sent Mike and Zack to fix the issue at no cost. They were professional, quick if they were down, and cleaned the work place. Thanks for making it right!

**Updated review**I can't talk to the grade of this company but only the phone/customer support that is horrible. I called to talk to somebody about talking to them and scheduling an appointment for an estimate on a new water heater. When I asked about the price of things such as that they wanted to charge me $80 before they'd give me ANY advice in any way. I understand that there are factors and differences in homes and the amount of work needed for the jobs that are different. I could not even get a ball park assortment of what I could be studying. I understand I could not get an exact quote but there are averages out there and a high end and low end ranges to help people estimate if this is something they might even maybe do. Obviously I've grabbed this company and I will give my business and money to somebody that will give me an notion of exactly what I will be paying. I'm very leery of ANY company that won't talk to me unless they are paid by me. Be cautious with this company.

Initial review-
I heard from Sunny Plumber, after leaving my first review and they left everything right. They could send out a manager to my house the exact same day to give without charging for the quote, an estimate to me. The gentleman that was here gave options to me and was very nice and explained things well. The price was high and the quote never came. After a few quotes I decided on a company.

Came to inspect the water heater, emptied it and altered the anode. Pleasant and the price was reasonable.

Since they run I had to create 2 appointments. When Mitch arrived he was very helpful, answered all of my questions without the typical manspaining tone. He went the extra mile to assist my family. Thx Sunny Plumber

Have used Goettl and Sunny Plumber . Had an annual contract to perform checkups.
We did a remodel on our flooring and master shower. The new tile shower required that we set up a water mixer valve. Simple endeavor, the wall was open, just get rid of the valveand set up. After waiting several days for a scheduled appointment, two trucks show up to give me an estimate for labour only...$800!
A neighbor and I did the job in about one hour, including a trip to HD for a piece of aluminum pipe.

If you're able to afford them, they may do a fantastic job. Charged me $79 to to give me a $4879 quote to do the exact job that was projected at $1150-$1250 by other companies.

I have used them a few times, always do a great job! Very responsive and respectful of my possessions and my time.

While we were away water heaters broke. Desired to get it fixed quickly! Sunny answered the phone at 6am with a real individual, had a crew here within 3 hours and that I was taking a nice warm shower by noon. William, Dominic and their manager (forgot his name) were all friendly, professional and fast. I've only compliments and gratitude to say for their services. These men are the best in Tucson!

Fast, friendly, efficient. My three favorite words, and also the ones I choose to describe this provider. They came, they saw, they conquered the clog in my washing machine drain. I was shown by them, via camera, a origin that did a thorough inspection of the rest of the sinks/pipes, and is in the pipe outside. I would definitely call them again for plumbing requirements. Also. . .FREE sunglasses! :-)

I am a fan - had some difficulty with the subcontractor who was not able to move the backhoe outside but after I got connected with Lively (Chad), the backhoe was gone within two or three hours. Wonderful work took some time.

I wrote an overview about the Sunny Plumber and also got a response from stating they had been sorry and wished to reach me out. Well here it is months after no response. They are still reaching.
