Great service and price. Installer Mike vacuumed all the water out was early and replaced the toilet. He hauled off the old toilet and packaging($25 fee) that was totally worth it.

We would not have coped if he had only told me that it broke. We could have told him that it arrived in an 8 pack and we have plenty of spares. Because this is a rental, which explains precisely why we did attach the lights to begin with we must spend a significant amount of time repairing and repainting the drywall. . !!!
That isn't the part that is irritating. The irritating part is that he did not inform us he broke it and clearly siliconed the light back to the wall. Now, it order to change the batteries in the light we had to tear the silicone!
Frankly, I know that was a fluke of the incident. I know that they work very hard. This was simply unbelievable.
Extremely irritated to find that the employee who was in our home climbing in and out of our loft inadvertently broke one of our hallway floor lights that people had attached to our wall.

Same issue happened following the 30 warranty died. A small irritated I need to pay full price for service so soon.

Could not be happier with Super Brothers and Ray who came out to service us. Our water heater went out unexpectedly the same moment and our home warranty could not send someone out. Super Bros came out the same day to appraise the difficulties. They'll be changing our water heater and the home warranty is covering it. Could not be happier. Thank you!

I bought a drop to replace a one in our toilet. I understood the PVC was in a weird angle, after removing the old sink, and the cut out was a non standard dimensions. Figured let them deal with this and it was better to call a skilled.
Called and asked to speak to a manager. He was mortified when I sent him the photos and even more so when clarified I had waited all day for this work. He gave me a complete refund and sent a plumber that was experienced the next day to fix it. It looks great today.
After complaining they the time have been phoning and checking in. They are great about making sure we are happy with the end result.
Scheduled an appointment from 10:00 -12:00 with Super Brothers. At 10:40 they allow me to understand their truck had a flat and called me, and we would have to reschedule. At 3:20 I called to make sure that everything was alright, they said their guy was just a little behind and he would be there within 20 minutes. Still nobody in 4:00 so I called again and was informed that he was 15 minutes outside. Was done in about 20 minutes.
So they did an absolutely terrible job the first time. But they did everything they could to make it right when management found out.
Update: I didn't have the most time to inspect the work when he finished (I was late for an appointment). So I basically made sure it didn't leak and left. A day latter when I had time to go and look at it there was a huge leak and a large gap between the sink and the counter tops (picture included). It didn't leak like the day - that I have no idea how it went from nothing .

I used a plumber to be found by Yelp and Super Brothers ultimately got us cared for. They were not the first answer, so I originally did not choose them. They were gracious about my having selected somebody else and that I loved that. The company flaked, and I touched back out to Super Brothers. Their scheduling was timely, so they were easy to speak with, prompt and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely use these guys again!

This company is fantastic! They have been fantastic to deal with- reliable, great communication, good work, and reliable. They remained until after 8pm on a Saturday night ensuring the setup was complete and jumped my HVAC unit from the rear of my house to the side of my house. Whenever the weather has been warmer to be certain that the AC worked after the move they came by twice. My water heater was additionally defended by super Brothers and they were in constant communication regarding the service and parts which were required. I would highly recommend Super Brothers and plan on using them for tankless and HVAC service.

Hot water heater pilot moved out and wouldn't begin over New Year's weekend. The thing was not installed and old well, so I guessed it was time to acquire a new one. I called a couple of companies, including Super Brothers, and also their quote for the job involved came in at half (!!!) Of the other organization's.

I never believed I rush and would encountered to a honest plumber/organization. Very entrance and quotation was right forward and explained nicely.
Dmitry actually made the quotation we agreed upon reduced due to the fact the job wasn't too complicated as anticipated after the work was finished in the span they promised.

Called since that is precisely what I thought I needed, and got a quote. They could come out. The technician found it was not and a clog the disposal after all and checked the drain. The matter was fixed by him and we've got a kitchen sink again. Super Brothers Plumbing is highly recommended by me. They were very reasonably priced men and women. I won't be going to anyone else for plumbing problems except Super Brothers!

I had my water heater is replaced by super bothers and was very pleased with the experience. The quote was very fair, they could schedule me quick, and the work was done nicely. The tech that did the work wasn't the most personable - not something I am judging on - but was ready to answer the few questions I had while I watched him. Review was passed by the water heater . I would certainly recommend them.

Wow! This company really impressed me. Super Brothers came to my rescue, after being given by a different plumbing company for two weeks. Morning I contacted them Friday and that I had a new water heater installed and functioning by Saturday 5pm. Not only were they can help me fast, they explained things in fantastic detail and were helpful. They gave me a few choices and diagnosed the problem thoroughly about the best way best to proceed. Anyone who shows up to clear your main drain of hair and other nasty things deserves a good review! These guys were on time, worked and did not charge too much for all the trouble of removing a bathroom, pipes the drain and removing horribly things no one ever wants to see again!
We called these guys when the Bonnie people did not answer their phones. Very fortuitous - happy to find a new plumber!

My service technician was Kirill, and he had been quite professional. He explained everything that he was going to do, showed up on time, and answered all my follow up questions. He ended up needing to do some work because I had a direct vent water heater, and also my older one was not a bit taller than also the one, but it was all included in the quote. I could not be more happy with customer service and his work.
I found my water heater Friday night to be leaking. Saturday morningI phoned Super Mario Plumbing first, based on all the yelp reviews. They were able to supply an specific quote based on pictures of my water heater. I phoned around to get different quotations, but the other places wanted to send someone out later in the afternoon so that they could offer ballpark figures.
