I strongly suggest Ted's Plumbing. Fast, honest and reasonably priced!
We had a leak in our residence and the warranty company said they wouldn't cover it because their test revealed there wasn't a problem with the pipes. (Leaks from grout or shower pan aren't coated items.) I decided to open the ceiling below to expose more and receive another opinion, and so I called Ted from Yelp.
The plumber said the pipes were bad. He said he stated that there was likely water behind the walls and saw corrosion. Ted recommended starting over and tearing out the entire shower.
I called for another opinion. The plumber I called stated the"corrosion" that Ted, the plumber, also referred to isn't corrosion at all and that it is just residue left because they did not wipe off the material they used when they soldered it. He explained any plumber would know that this Ted guy is attempting for us to redesign the entire shower when it isn't necessary. Ted billed me $200 to provide me!
