Not only was he on time that he was ready to do the job.
I phoned Terry to create an appointment. He provided me a free quote post a project he now worked on. Then I asked" Do you have sufficient time to present the service?"
I have had an issue with my usefulness drain and a flood issue.
His prices were so reasonable I had him perform additional work to make sure I got all cleaned to prevented any clogs and rodded.
I have placed him into my calender for regular maintenance.

Impressed! Since many drains on my home weren't draining at all or correctly, I called around 7:45 pm! To my surprise Justin fixed the matter and came 15 mins later. He is knowledgeable about his profession and gave pointers to us to avoid this issue from happening again. If you are looking for a reply, professional and knowledgeable plumbers, I would recommend Terry's Neighborhood Plumbing. Oh, and also the price was sweet compared to others supplying emergency calls.

Very worthy of the four stars. I reached the answering service and she said Justin would call in 20 minutes and indeed he did. Because I think that the price of the service is high, a celebrity was withheld by me - that I paid $300 to have a bathroom. To their credit, Justin was in and out within 30 minutes so they are efficient. The high cost is well worth it to proceed with your life. Justin is advantage to the enterprise.

Now I named Terry's Neighborhood Plumbing since I had an immediate fix to get a pipe that was leaking in my own kitchen under the sink (I have hardwood floors in the kitchen so that I was concerned!) I had an excellent experience and called Terry's, that I've used. I asked if someone could come out right away to fix the leak. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Mark and Jim who said they could be there within the hour! They fixed a challenging pipe that required work and arrived in under an hour. Jim and Mark spent approximately two hours letting me know exactly what the issue was and the way they went to address it. I'll always call them for Jim, Mark and all my plumbing difficulties have been AWESOME!!

Justin came out he really saved the day, as he fixed my issue he also e,Plaines what he was doing. Superb and polite service, very l. I would recommend them anytime. Thank you Justin for your services. I'll also utilize them from now on.

Terry and his team took good care of us last weekend. They have been prompt and professional and explained the issues with thought and detail. I truly appreciate their work and wish to use them in the future as needed.

We had a very good experience with Tim and staff. Had a pipe burst a couple evenings before Christmas. Got a person on the phone right away (despite being off-hours) and put something up for the next morning. They called to let me know how much time it would have to get here and that they were on the say. Quick, straightforward strong and reasonable cost. Very clear explanation of exactly what they were going to do and why.

I called Terry's since our sewer line was clogged after decades of neglect. They could come out the morning the call was made by me and cleared a wad of tree roots. Yeesh. Anyhow, they charged a price that was fair and did great work. I recommend them and will make sure each year, that you call them.

Today I dropped a piece of razor. Given my incompetence when it comes to pipes, I thought I'd require a plumber to take the pipes apart to get it out. But when I called Terry's in hopes of scheduling an appointment, they recommended I use a shop vac to suction out the thing. Thanks for the tip -- I value the honesty and thoughtfulness, and saving me time and money!

I had dropped my keys down a manhole. Terry and the guys came out and drained the water enough for Justin to receive my keys. I am quite happy I phoned them!

My basement began backing up with sewage with even a small amount of rain. The odor was sterile, and following Shopvacing it up twice in 1 week we Yelped in the area. We had someone from Oak Park come out and tell us it was not the pipes, that we needed to install a"back water" valve which would run us $3000. I called Terry and the phone was answered by him. The night, He'd have come out, but I insisted we'd live through the weekend. He said he'd come by on Monday. He was prompt and came with assistance. They rodded out sewer, and the plumbing, yanking tree roots, and a beer bottle ! They worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and stayed at the quoted price (quite reasonable). I'd recommend these guys to anybody! And will be keeping his number in my phone to get plumbing requirements. THANKS TERRY!

I phoned Terry to schedule just a regular check on hour home. Hadnt had it completed in a couple of decades. If needed, he had been willing to come out the day. I was advised it and not home. Service was trustworthy, professional and prompt. A group came out and they were good. The service telephone didn't take too long. Checked our flooding system. Unclogged our utility drain and then even cleared shower drains and assessed baths. They were fair and I won't be afraid to use them.

We called Terry's plumbing on a Saturday when a floor pipe broke and water - and of course we had house guests with no water. Within two hours we'd Mark and Ivan - who worked fixing and finding the pipe, which had been behind a wall. They were professional, friendly, cleaned up afterwards perfectly, and the cost was fair. They reminded us not to wait for 10 years following time and also took care of the catch basin while they were there. Their service was excellent and if needed we will call them. As Oak Park pipes were unavailable on the weekend that this was a service that is very talented.

After inquiring about the rate,, the Secretary transferred me to someone else. He then hung up telephone, said doesn't specialize in that and inquired for job details. I really don't think that was support.
