My water tank was fixed by these guys and I am grateful!

The day plumber showed up and came, where cap was buried my Mother showed him, he had to say he couldn't do job since he didnt bring a shovel. Mu Mother offered him hers and then he said ground was too frozen and he would bees to come back following floor thawed and even suggested going through bathroom may not be successful ( that I agreed with myself ). He left her an invoice for just showing up!!! He arrived on repairing anything to earn a quick 60 dollars.
The funny thing is, if this business was fair and stood by their job, they might have shared the information with us to hold off, if possible, or else they might haven't billed and we would have used them 5 times later when warm weather broke. I felt ripped off. I know it is common practice to bill for" house calls", however we didn't request a diagnostic. I painted a picture of what scenario was and he came outside to do nothing and get paid. Beware
I called to request help with a plumbing problem at the house of my Mother. It was early March and my Mother lives no basement, on a pit with just a crawlspace underneath the home. The individual was advised by me on the telephone what the difficulty was. Water would take hours to drain the tub and wasn't running the system to the road. I advised man who took phone the sewer cap was beside the home and had to be dug up with a shovel. Additionally, I inquired if issue could be solved by going thru bathroom instead. Additionally, I inquired if they had ways for to cap in those conditions or if earth could be an problem or if it was better to wait. I was told someone would come and look at it.

Very professionalI will certainly use this company again and tell all of my friends.
