Mark set up a brand new stainless steel vanity faucet for me personally.
Mark had substituted a Moen water valve in precisely the bath tub/shower. I found the part and it was available at Home Depot. Moen makes this valve following 25 decades. It had to be replaced because the faucet dripped water once the cold/hot mixing valve was closed off (pushed )
Mark also substituted the diverter valve in my own walk in bathtub (Tony's plumbing ordered and bought the part) and then Mark returned to install it.
Paul did a wonderful job fixing a drain under the toilet vanity sink and installed a brand new drain assembly. The drain assembly includes a pop up cap for fill or drain the tub tub. Paul did not stock the part so the drain assembly was bought by me at Home Depot and I phoned him back to install it. He also substituted a bath tub faucet (the old faucet did not block the water flow that diverts water to the shower head any more.)
Both Paul and Mark did a nice job.
Paul was great, mended it and directed the snake in the ideal direction and known the garage spout backed up. Same with all the toilet.
Paul from Tony's Plumbing just left and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I had two pipes issues: a utility basin in the garage which leaking and would not drain pipes and also slow drain in the bathroom. I know these aren't major, but another plumber had come out last week and basically said new piping was not the alternative and it was impossible.
In 2018, Tony and his team came out to repipe my residence. They did a great job, identifying arriving on time and repairing the problems that surfaced cleaning up after job has been done. I appreciated

Sept 2019, Mark and Jimmy came out to install a toilet and washlet. Arrived on time, had to do some work below the home to eliminate an old pipe and replaced flanges that are fresh, if they were done, and cleaned up. I will definitely be calling you .
He had the right number of plumbers doing the work to complete in a timely manner.
We were having some plumbing problems with our toilet one morning and I phoned Tony's, they said they'd send somebody at around 1pm. About an hour after they called me and said they had somebody in the region so I rescheduled and they arrived right on time! Both Paul and Jimmy were kind and courteous, they chose the opportunity to show me exactly what the problem was and exactly what they were likely to do. So it's refreshing to locate someone local and honest we live close to the area! Definitely will be calling for all our plumbing needs.
His staff and tony did a great job at my home. Needed a new primary shut off installed. Can exactly the same day for a very reasonable price.... Thanks Tony
Very Satisfied with Tony's Plumbing. Made contact thru Yelp and made appointment with quote straight away. Paul mend our sink problem promptly and arrived before appointed time. He was educated and very friendly. Will certainly use Tony's Plumbing for all our future repairs.
Came home from a weekend away to get the water heater had stopped functioning. The plumber we'd been using for 10 years couldn't assist us for two days. Found Tony's predicated on NextDoor recommendations. Checked the Yelp reviews & gave them a telephone. Within 2 hours of phoning Tony's, Paul was at my doorway. He looked in the 21yo unit, also proposed trying the most inexpensive repair to begin with to see if that was the problem rather than jumping to"you need a fresh hot water heater". Paul replaced the thermocouple and the water heater is fixed! Paul has made Tony a customer!
I have discovered a plumber I can trust. We've used Tony's around a half dozen times today and always gotten service that was fair from Paul and Jimmy and yet another Paul too.
He installed our new dishwasher and uninstalled and moved our old dishwasher from the manner without scratching our floors. We were not told we'd require a new electric assembly or hoses from our provider (Best Purchase online), but Paul had all new in his truck to save us time and trouble.
When I came home there was a handwritten note reminding us to not put coffee grounds, peels, rice, etc.. down the garbage disposal. He had a few more illustrations, too. He took the time. And he was nice to our puppy. Oh, and no technicians you-know-what revealing! Paul is strongly recommended by me. He's seriously the man and prompt, honest, & knowledgeable.
Paul came through the one-hour window guaranteed.
That is my first time on yelp in years, so that should say something.
I needed to leave to get an appointment, and he called for repayment as agreed, when he was finished.

2nd- Mark showed up within the time window also was meticulous, funny, pleasant, timely and clean. I cannot say enough great things.
4th- Not all Tony's Plumbing will be the exact same firm. The Harbour City location is THE BEST.
1st- they answered right away... no waiting for a call back which will never come.
5th- We referring them to our friends for all upcoming plumbing needs and will use them.
3rd- quite reasonable price for solutions (replace kitchen faucet and repair leak under faucet ) particularly with all the Yelp 10% provide. He worked quickly and didn't match the rates.
Their customer support is extremely prompt reply! And the Mark is extremely beneficial and quickly find the issue that is leaking and correct the problem immediately! Good job

Mark and his staff is always on communicative and time on what needs to be carried out.
Job was a bit more complex. Mark managed to install a valve and diverter for our bathroom upstairs. Our shower also transferred up higher and substituted our bathroom.
Caroline was really responsive on my scheduling through Yelp and over the phone also to note.

A gentleman stopped by and talked to my wife. She stated that he had been very cordial and right on time. She also indicated he fixed my problem inside a few minutes with the pipe and made a proposal to get some plumber's duct tape to make it secure. My wife asked how much and was really grateful and he signaled no cost!!! I asked who it was and she said she did not get his name, but thinks that it was Tony, the boss. Tony, if you're reading this, I really love what you did and you're my plumber from today on.
