We've had Top Shelf outside to our house twice now. First for many and a bathroom repair recently when our water heater went out. Both instances came when promised and Chris was very responsive to our calls that are initial. We're so pleased to find Chris and Pete for our plumbing needs! They live locally, are professional and know their stuff. Highly recommend!
This guy is rude. Not sure if everybody gets exactly the same treatment. For reviews you'd think he would attempt to be receiving firm and referrals.
Chris arrived to fix my shower today, which had been filling up after showering, and he had been in and out within 20 minutes. Two plumbers couldn't work out the problem, but he did and it drains great! I definitely recommend his firm and him - service!

Today these guys were sent out by HOA. I was so pleased with how nice and on time they were to begin with. Pete managed to locate the problem. He quoted a price that was fair. After he and my husband spoke and I got the go a head to repair the problem. When would be the best time to resolve the drain line he asked. I said"today". He managed to do that for me even though I understood from speaking to him earlier that they had some jobs happening. They had it fixed within about an hour!!
I have never had to look for anyone 14, After I found these men. Used in your home and them in work. They actually do what they promise. What a Idea!
