True Rooter & Plumbing

I had a problem with a flow in one. The plumber they sent out said so he would determine where the leak that was possible was that he wished to charge $500 to maneuver my bathroom sink out of the way. I told him I'd move myself to the sink so I wouldn't have to pay that and he said okay. He explained that there was a leak under my flooring. He figured that was the problem he said the hot water pipe under the cement was the problem and because the floor was warm. He said his company worked that he could call and they'd be able to look after all of the repairs and they would be in touch. He called that evening, a representative and True Services Restoration company came across. This all happened the very first time that the plumber visited. The recovery individual said the damages would be taken care of and he'd probably be able to update my bathroom.
I and he also told him and me, respectively that they don't work with this company. When I spoke to the restoration company, they stated that the plumber canceled my appointment with them. I told him I wanted to work with them and he said no because the plumber advised them never to work with me.
At the day's end, the plumber said it had been completed and told my family that he was not going to leave because he needed to get paid. They called me and I told him I needed to leave work and I would be in my way. He said he'd take credit card. I told him I wished to confirm the work. I got there and he had been gone. Without allowing his work to be checked by me, he wanted $3500. As soon as I got home, the upstairs bathtub did not have water going to it. He'd made another problem and the hot water was leaking. I let the proprietor know all of my issues I've had and we got to this point where we were texting as of the issues. He advised me that the plumber that came out was going through things without leaves the mess that he left. He said he suspended the plumber for that which he would take $ 500 off of my bill for cleaning and did. I let him know about the brand new issue and that the flow was not solved. He said that he was not going to fix the new dilemma and came by. He explained he can do is not charge me anything for your work. OF COURSE HE CAN'T!!!! NOTHING WAS DONE!! I had been in a worse position than before. He said that he would pay to have the drywall but that was it.

My experience was horrible and I am still dealing with the consequences of choosing this company, although I hate to leave a review for a business that is little.
The plumber out of True Rooter came back to perform the work. The flooring was taken by him and had another person there who began jack hammering. I got a call while I was at work, from my family who were in my home and they advised me that there was dust getting around everything in my home. They did not cover anything!!!! They did not even advise us to cover anything. While this was happening my baby son was home. My family asked them to stop so they could cover things and put up something so dust wouldn't get into the living room and kitchen and all around my sons items, but they did not stop. So my family needed to cover exactly what they could while this went on. Then I got a call from them. The proprietor went by and advised them to cease because the cement where I live is too thick to get through. So they left a mess and toilet flooring. The plumber was angry because he stated he wasted however I had been left with dust all
Bottom line. . .small clogs are all this company. Private message me, if anybody has questions. I have texts and can prove this all happened. The proprietor said I can try to take him to court. Any lawyer interested?
I spoke to the proprietor who stated they did not realize where I dwelt there was another way they could fix the leak and otherwise they wouldn't have went into the floor. He promised me that it was an easy fix they didn't want to go this route because they'd have to make holes in my walls where the hot water heater moves to find. The plumber came back with a different plumber and they cut 12 holes in my condo's drywall in the ceiling, walls and garage. He did not do anything at all with the pipe and cut a pipe that was coming out of the wall in the bathroom instead of unscrewing it. It was like he cut it . There was drywall dust everything. He did not try to cover anything. My family heard the two plumbers then phoning somebody, asking each other what they should do and cutting holes in the walls. They did not know exactly what they were doing!!!!
This company was initially chosen by me because I'd used them before for a clogged kitchen sink and they did a good job.

Miguel was phoned by me at about 11:45 am, and he had a truck here by 12:30 to snake my bathtub . Fast & simple! Way less expensive than several others that I had called. Thanks Miguel!

These guys are great! Not only did the owner Miguel answer my phone call he had been totally honest with the assortment of how much it could cost and what my problem could be. He had been kind enough to prepare me for the worst if that was exactly what we were facing. They offered a free estimate and Daniel arrived about 30 minutes later. It had been kind of a crisis since we only have one bathroom. They got us running within one hour of starting work and fixed up. Not only were they fair, they were considerate and kind. Miguel (the person who owns the firm ) contacted me and explained that he was in a household crisis situation so he couldn't contact me earlier. He came to my house and did things. Camera inspection was done. Another hydro jetting was done with a chemical which would impede the root development. In addition, he expanded the warranty.

I didn't expect much when he called me after I posted the review. But he tried to do his best to address the issue and revealed his excellent client service.

These guys have definitely earned their 5 Star rating. I've used them many times today (leaking pipes beneath concrete slab, kitchen sink faucet replacement, tankless water heater installation, toilet replacement, whole house re-pipe of distribution lines and drain lines, installation of pressure regulator within an older house, etc.). Every time they provide service, working with my schedule, cleaning up at the end of each day, using quality materials and having a great attitude . My greatest compliment to Miguel and his team has to do with when I moved out of Carson, the city inspector wrote me up for not having a license for the tankless water heater which we had set up a few months before (I did not know I was moving at the time and did not consider obtaining it permitted). Anyway, Miguel and his technicians worked with me along with the city inspector until ALL of her comments and questions were answered, and at the conclusion of the day, the inspector declared the installation without any modification, because Miguel's team had set up it by the book in the first place. Anyway, great business, will continue to utilize them for little and big issues.

Called several pipes but Miguel had the answer. His team inspected the problem and came right off. Found the pipe under the office flooring that was concrete and fixed the next day. The office was covered by his staff with plastic and utilized a tent to prevent dust. Both men worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Fair price compared to other pipes. If needed I will use them again. A+++++++++++ Plumbers!

Service as always. This business never disappoints. Your plumber becomes your best friend after a few years when you have an older house. It ends up , we run into different plumbing problems every now and then. This time, realized that the pipes were backed up and we began to hear gurgling noises from two toilets. Miguel showed up right away using a state of the art machine which cleans the sewer line along with shrub roots with 3,500 PSI camera and pressure punctually. In addition, he finished a water heater provider, such as back flushing. Luckily that makes it as pain. His pricing that is fair can't be beat and all service is guaranteed by him. He is recommended by me with 100 percent assurance. As you can see by the reviews, he's ON IT!

His staff and miguel are honest, kind and professional! They had been the first to investigate and locate the heart problem and I have had many problems at my home with the pipes, they supplied documentation, photos and updates through the practice. I found Miguel respectful and extremely polite, honest and straight forward to deal with. As I have asked him to complete a different occupation, hooking up our fridge to a water line for the ice/water dispenser, I would recommend him. I contacted Miguel due to his great Yelp reviews once I required a quick quote to get a sewer pipe replacement during escrow. So he had an notion of what was needed since the sellers didn't desire contractors on the house through 31, I texted excerpts and photos in the house inspection report. Miguel was the only 1 of 3 plumbers I contacted who answered, and he was quick, professional and useful . He provided, free of charge I could charge for the sewer replacement within my own pocket.
I hired Miguel and his team to take on the 16, once escrow was over. Miguel was again quick to reply, managed to fit the job and was quite considerate when he came exactly when he said he'd. The project took 2 days and he and his team worked hard, remaining on the day. They were also quite clean, utilizing a plastic liner inside the house (they obtained the crawl space through a bedroom cupboard) and cleaning and cleaning whenever they needed to walk throughout the house for their own truck or out.

His crew and miguel were possibly most significant of all, hard-working and honest, well-spoken, and educated. They worked fast and efficiently getting the brand new clean-out installed, eliminating and replacing main sewer lines beneath our house as well as"sleeving" the clay primary line along with other smaller repairs and supports in less than 48 hours.
Miguel supplied us with copies of the videos of leaving our home as 17, in hours. And he contacted us about a week just to ensure all was still well with our plumbing.

We'd received two or three quotes for our brand new clean-out (and what ultimately was decided to be a major line blockage) which were virtually identical to Authentic Rooter's, but Miguel was head-and-shoulders above the other regional companies with regard to his professionalism and preparedness therefore the decision was simple.

I had a terrific encounter with Miguel and Jon, the operator. I had a terrible smell under a bathtub along with the sink and a bathroom with reduced pressure. They arrived and did a free analysis and found the issues. The following day, the work has been launched that day and completed. The next day A technician came out; he had been on knowledgeable, professional, and time. The issue was resolved in about an hour. They honored the quote till they came, even though they had not seen the difficulty. No switch-a-roos here :)
My kitchen sink was backed up and I had a, even though I tried to wash it myself out I reached out for a quote during Yelp and Miguel reacted. More importantly he had the cheapest estimate, almost by 50% in comparison to other companies.
I will honestly say I will contact Miguel for any problems that are prospective and could recommend him to anybody needing plumbing services. The service and cost can not be beat!
