We found our visit plumber! What an amazing find! We predicted at 11:30 p.m. at night and Alejandro immediately answered. As we needed water to have a shower told him if there was any way and our gas water heater pilot light went outside he could immediately emerge. He was there in half an hour and said he would be there in 40 minutes. Wow! And of course he charged us for a normal service call, under $100 and did not upcharge. Wow again! You will find decent and honest plumbers in Granada Hills who do outstanding job and its own Turbo Plumbing and Rooter!

I connected with them through Yelp. Quoted me $65 to unclog our fitness room bathroom. Establish an appointment for 1 pm. Alejandro put booties on, showed up on time and subsequently spent 30 minutes trying to determine whether there was a stoppage somewhere. He concluded that there wasn't anything wrong with the bathroom, which clogs sometimes happen when a bathroom isn't used that often (we use it on every other day only). He said the call was free because he did not need to purge the bathroom! I use these guys in the future and recommend them to the other owners in our condo building.
Unbelievable professionalism and experience. Several crews were needed to replace our sewer line. Every man explained what they are doing and was friendly. The job took two days and exceeded my own expectations. Alejandro is the ultimate example of what excellent customer service is all about. I was in need of plumbing solutions and found turbo on Yelp. Service was excellent, fast responding to my request and penciled me. Alejandro explained the matter and was very professional. If anyone is in need of plumbing support, I would recommend this provider.
My guest room bathtub had a log. After read some inspection on Yelp, I made an appointment together with Alejandro and received some quotations after sending out Request a Quote on Yelp. Next day he arrived on time. He made many tires to snake the pipe but couldn't get water to fall. He then crawled to a tiny raised foundation to estimate the issue. I had been quoted a fair price for replacing approximately 10' drain line and redoing P-trap section. In addition, he mended a drain line that was broken for lavatory sink.
Alejandro was useful in explaining what he did along with pictures and video. He wore protective booties whenever he stepped foot. Would call Turbo Plumbing again and urge Turbo Plumbing to anybody needing help.
Our water heater stopped working from the gloomy and Turbo Plumbing and Rooter was the sole business that attempted to offer their services. Others said that they were reserved or they didn't work on that particular brand of plain water heater. Alejandro arrived at 8 pm the same day we called him. Not with any hot water for several times and no time in the day to have it fixed is stressful to say the least! The fact that he found the time to come out to have a peek at our water heater was much appreciated. He was able to fix the issue and was very detailed in troubleshooting our water heater. The price was fair and he was able to make recommendations in the event we choose to replace our own water heater. This experience has instilled confidence in using their services should the need arise. Try out these guys, if you are having difficulty getting help!

It was Friday, after in the afternoon once I found a water leak coming out of my own water heater from one of the connecting pipes. The worst part was that I had plans that day to head out of town.

I truly gotta thank these guys!!! I had an emergency situation in which my kitchen sink wasn't draining. These guys got and responded within the hour. Edwin was my tech great guy. Got the job done with little mess that he cleaned up and fast. Back to normal there was no upsell rather than a surprise shift in price and after everything was fixed that was already talked about. Thank you guys for creating a dreadful situation 1000% better. I will call these guys if I related because they know what they are doing and they are reasonably priced!!!
Came out off on new years! Thanks so much. Really appreciated the urgency and instantaneous call back! Shower and my toilet coughed up chunks of mineral pieces. Poured a whole gallon of drain-0 and that didnt work . Very courteous and put down a mat. Exotic pets too!Professional and great. Thank you Alejandro!
