Reached out to Sam in Valley United Plumbing because of an emergency clogged main drain in my family's house. He was professional along with his work, given a fair estimate, also had been quick to reply. The main announcement Sam created that resonated with me throughout this service call was that"his pricing is firm but fair based on what he believes is needed to do the job right." He does NOT attempt to upsell any services, while providing you with various options on how to proceed with this problem. Overall an extremely professional and honest business. Sam has been used by me out of Valley United Plumbing around five times. I can truly say I've not met with a more honest, sincere and true. He comes before he says he'll be there and if something will be cheaper with somebody else like such as replacing all of the sprinklers on the sidewalk or something similar to that he'll provide you the best recommendation possible even if he's not the man for the job since it could be done more inexpensively by somebody else. If you haven't attempted Sam or I encourage him to test out, in case you haven't been convinced by these reviews you won't be let down. I highly recommend him and his team for all your projects that are small or even large. Thank you Sam for always being there for my loved ones and those I've recommended.

The most HONEST Plummer I've ever meet. Water heaters created a mess and burst in my home. Called Sam and explained the situation how important it was to have it fixed ASAP. While my wife is freaking out, we have a new. Sam did not take advantage of the situation and gave me a honest quote with service in under 24hrs.
My brother called me to Sam A. when I told him that I had been having some plumbing issues. For a few months, we've had this nasty odor that comes and goes. I thought it had been our dogs discharging gas (lol), but it was not. I then thought a rat or animal got stuck under our home and died. It was not that either. I had a chance and the entire bottom section that is under my kitchen was soaked when I did!
Needless to say, I had been the upset. I told my brother this and he explained that is great and to give him a call. I phoned Sam, he answered the phone believing he had been busing at the time. He was very polite and asked if He would call me back. I knew that I would be the one and never did, although I said yes. To me, he phoned me and stated that he might come over.
It had been the water, more specifically ill, the pipe broke and everything that was moving through that pipe would flow. I phoned my plumber, who I thought was honest and fair and who has helped me in the past, went to charge me a crazy amount. I was upset, as this was right before Christmas. For the sum last year, that I have spent, I would have believed, they'd have helped me out a little.
He came over, looked at the matter and stated that this should be no problem to fix. His quote was very fair and reasonable and that he had a on how to soak up the water and then remove the odor, without calling.

Sam is a knowledge and honest individual that has your best interest . He will be the plumber that I predict. This past year when I re-do my kitchen He'll also be doing my plumbing.
On Christmas eve we had a plumbing crisis, we chose to call Valley United Plumbing & because of our surprise they came out! our house fixing our dilemma Sam was in 30mins. So glad to have discovered this firm. From the time that I asked a quotation to the conclusion of the repair (shower drain clogged) and also the sensible cost, Sam (and Christian) provided timely, ethical and superb support. I asked Sam to check beneath the floor (which meant crawling under my house, eeeek) to see whether the shower pan had a flow. He did this and showed me pictures of where it was leaking and told me what my choices were WITHOUT trying to"sell" me additional solutions. No pressure AND did not charge extra for the extra support of assessing under the home! That alone makes them my plumbers forever!

First of all...I would love to state that Sam is a honest individual. He is not trying to rip off you or make the most of you. He clarifies things clear with no hidden surprises. That makes his company speed. He does great work and his workers are friendly and quality men and women. He has done a great deal of work including replacing all of home cast iron sewer lines. Only had Christian and a kitchen faucet escape repaired it for no charge and came by within one hour. I know there are a whole lot of plumbers you may call but you can not go wrong picking his team and Sam.
I cannot say enough positive things about Sam. He had been recommended to me so that I texted him late at night by two friends when I had an emergency. He responded right away and he and Christian came first thing the following morning. They gave me options to mend figured out the issue right away, arranged the component and so were back in one day to have it all set up. Christian checked the water pressure around the house to make certain it was it ought to be. Sam is early and never late and communicates efficiently and often.
