Unified Mechanical

The hose bib of my yard required to be substituted. It was old and broken, and the water could not be shut off from outside the home (had to shut off the line entirely ). I was able find a quote and to send pictures of the issue to them. I chose with them and they showed up as scheduled. The work was done well (see graphic ) and I got an emailed invoice (.pdf) afterwards.

I just want to warn. Please look for someone Apart from Unified Mechanical (notably, Somebody Who can do business with integrity )
Unified Mechanical Inc is operated by people who are totally unprofessional and are available to extract your money. You are charged over $150 every time a trip is made by them even though they have not correctly diagnosed/fixed an issue. This absolutely does not make sense. I was charged twice for the exact same issue in a period of 3 times. They do not want to or cannot diagnose an issue time around and provide a temporary fix. When this breaks in two days, you have to call them back, and you charge .

Responsive to email got the work done, explained the Bulk Save process. Everything was strong and they have the job done and done correctly.

I'd encourage anybody to utilize Unified Mechanical to look after their heating and cooling systems or any other plumbing needs. I understand that when I have any other work around the house, I will call them. Oh, and I must mention that they utilize a calling support, which is amazing, because somebody pleasant answers any time of day. And they actually call back!
The guys at Unified were exceptionally courteous, doing their best when they arrived in the morning, not to intrude. They started work, drop clothes were used by them, and they were followed by a vacuum through the house. I expected a enormous mess when they left everyday at how clean they left the house, but I was surprised. Oh, and they set up with our small dog too. Despite the foot biting at the end of the work, their legs were being climbed up by the dog. I'm only partly joking, as it is wonderful to have the ability to leave the house all day and not have to worry about it escaping or freaking out.
We're excited that the work is now complete and our heat is working beyond expectations. As mentioned by the reviewer, so a bonus all rebate materials filled out.
Fantastic ceremony began with a house telephone, which has been performed in time, and on a weekend for convenience. Sal, an owner in Unified Mechanical, spent about 45 minutes with us, quantifying the house and talking through our options. When he said that the estimate would be carried out in a few days, I laughed because I needed to work hard to get estimates if they arrived at all. Sure enough, in my inbox, it showed up in a day or two. We set a date to start and the price was fair and they arrived on time.
