On obtaining an estimate, I am managing a home restoration/renovation job in Highland Park and reached out. They had been easy to use so timely, and sent their plumbing inspector Arthur. Arthur was more diligent, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond that which he was asked to do for us on the inspection. He gave us his honest opinion on what felt that the other firm could handle our project's scope greater than he could and needed to be done. He advocated another plumber who may get it done for cheaper and quicker.
Customer service, his honesty, and knowledge proved greatly appreciated! I'll def reach out to and highly recommend over Arthur at United Plumbing, if I need a plumber on a smaller occupation later on!

Extremely overpriced. We had the job done for 10 times less than the suggested amount of United and have another opinion.

I had sent in a copy of my bill to my solar firm after having work completed by this company. The electrician told me that faulty and used components are put in by my firm that was solar. And that I heard back from the business needing my money back and after filing a complaint and that's when they told me my plumber was lying and they sent photos to me. I made numerous attempts and after not receiving a return call and the fourth attempt I had to shut my complaint together with my firm. So naturally, I don't recommend this company for whatever. The job they did that I probably did not need cost me $1200.

I had an electrical problem and Vic did troubleshooting and figured out my issue. He was very professional and expained what needed to be done and he repaired the electric position. He is quite educated and takes alot of pride in his work, that goes as a customer!
I would call them for any electric needs!

Scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote between 10-12pm. Someone said they had been running and called. I gave them until 1pm and no one showed up. Every time I called they said the person is on the way but nobody came along with no call back. Very poor service for a prospective job.

I don't feel this is a company that is trustworthy. They came out to examine a power outage in my house. On the phone he told me it would cost $89 for the technician to come look at the issue, plus the cost of any necessary repairs. The city needed to fix.
I informed him there was no way I was paying because he hadn't asked that additional price to be approved by me. I felt like he looked to take advantage of the fact that I'm a young, feminine inexperienced homeowner. I wouldn't use this provider again.
When it came time for him to depart, he attempted to bill me $89 for the visit, plus $125 for"troubleshooting." The guy had been there for 20-30 minutes, tops! He'd made no repairs at all and hadn't asked my roommate for consent to perform "troubleshooting." Plus, an individual would presume basic troubleshooting would be included in"coming out to find out what the problem is."

I'm posting review. I had a good deal of electrical problems and nobody managed to discover. 1 specialist Torgom managed to find problems out and fixed it and one more significant thing my bill went down a lot which I did not expected. When something will happen with my electrical service I will call them. Thank you Torgom

I called United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric to see if they could help me rewire my flat to have a 220 volt outlet to get a fresh washer/dryer combo I just bought. It was a complicated endeavor given my flat was built in the 1920's, along with the wiring hasn't been installed correctly through the years.
I will certainly be calling United for any future needs I may have!
Toto was quite generous with his time properly inspect and provide me and came . In order to rewire to the breaker box he went above and beyond to do this job and had to cut areas in the drywall. He provided paint matched for final touch ups to my walls and was nice enough to do some carpentry job afterwards to repair the walls. He completed the job in 1 day!

I predicted United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric since the energy in my house went out. I had to go out, so they weren't called by me until I returned about 3 pm. Though they had been functioning in the valley and had to take care of the traffic, he extended his afternoon. Since the options varied in cost, they supplied me with options to fix my problem and I felt the choice was totally mine. I called today because I need a 240 wall plug. Everybody I've spoken or spoken with in the company is so considerate and kind. Definitely would suggest them.

Yelp page states"We proudly offer free quotes" yet when I called, they do NOT do free quotes. The manager blamed their hired"social networking firm" to get a"mistake" I told the manager it is illegal in California to create false advertising statements which he responded"It's not against the legislation, we've been in business several years and understand the law."
Please read up which prohibits false advertising.

Although I had obtained an extra bid for electrical work at my home, I had never had the requirement for a licensed contractor specializing in repairs or upgrades and lacked electric knowledge. But I felt comfortable with Mr. Toto instantly and have had enough experience working with diverse small business agents to know that Mr. Toto was a highly-skilled, practitioner. Both of those characteristics increased my level of confidence from Mr. Toto's capacity to do the job in addition to his firm. I'd use this company again. Let there be no doubt about it, I'd refer Electric and United Plumbing Heating Air to stranger, some friend or anybody in need of high-quality electrical rewiring without hesitation or reservation.
Outstanding job! Electric firm and united Plumbing Heating Air completely re-wired my home. After completing the job, Mr. Toto and I ran a thorough inspection of his job to ensure my expectations were fulfilled. I was extremely pleased. Mr. Toto was considerate, professional and extremely educated. While performing work he dedicated his time and attention to details. All of that exceeded my expectations. Over the past five to eight weeks I worked with Mr. TotoI discovered he was meticulous, while going over every inch of my property. His thoroughness and attention to detail demonstrates that he is a leader in the field.
Mr. Toto found a minimum of 3 outlets that had the potential to ignite sparks or cause a fire as those outlets were embedded into the walls without any sign that they were set up. According to my experience with this company, I can actually state that this can be a"trusted" company. I entrusted my home and my security to this company.

Mihran arrived at our home to help troubleshoot an electrical issue. He was thorough and nice, explaining his work. He helped us fix some additional things on his own time and supplied suggestions for next steps. I would suggest United, and I would request Mihran.

The supervisor I talked with denied any responsibility existed once they came out, As soon as I called United to tell them they misdiagnosed our difficulty. It appeared blatantly obvious to me.
Our AC did not appear to be running. On a hot day, our home would lose the struggle of staying cool about mid-afternoon. A United technician came out and explained we had been low on freon. He believed this was odd because our AC unit was only 6 years old. Our freon was replenished by him . After a few months, the issue returned. We called a AC company. We were told by the technician we had a leak in our line, which explains why we had been losing freon. We had the line substituted at replenished the freon again (again at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars). The technician who fixed the flow diagnosed the issue.
Reading other reviews I found discovered this is not the first time this has happened. This has been done by them . I guess they expect they can keep returning every 6 months to gouge customers and freon .
United's mistake cost me tens of thousands of dollars in freon that is wasted, and countless dollars more because my AC system worked longer and harder to compensate for the fact that leaking freon impaired it.

They were simply used by me for the very first time. I believed I had a easy lighting dilemma, but it turn my home at shoddy wiring done that potential could lead to a fire. Mihran did a excellent job troubleshooting my dilemma. He went under my place to figure out how it was wired. I love the care that he did to get this problem.

Each time the lights flicker when my fridge kicks on I think"fuck those men!!! They ripped off me". These people are crooks! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Martik is through having blown circuit breakers, person and our electrician we have ever met. (Old property.) He is informative, he is helpful, he is respectful, he's quick, he is attentive, funny and wicked smart! He really just wants your fuse box to be tagged and your home to be effective. He takes time to provide you every option/price available so you can make the best decision for you. Guys that are useful working the telephones and schedule. We have used several times to United and it has been THE encounter.

We called to have an outlet installed behind our cooker and Mihran came out to give the quotation to us. He was very kind and professional. He gave us a quote and finished the job with efficiency in record speed. Our cooker works great. We're very pleased customers and we'll certainly call them again in the future.
