I am so Thankful for the team and Elias over at US Comfort Air Conditioning! My AC decided to go last week of course Following the first hour without the AC we had been unhappy. He made us a priority, As soon as I told Elias that my elderly grandparents lived with me now without AC. Elias is My AC unit crapped out within my business and he managed to replace the unit on notice. He said it would take 2 days but he worked some magic and it only took 4 hours.
Prior to locating US Comfort I researched A/C solutions for months. Industrial area. No windows. Elyes walked in, thought about the issue and in minutes--problem solved. It was ingenious, no additional A/C business was able to figure out how to mount a device without taking up valuable space, and of course that there was no location to allow the drainage to go. The cost added the electric work was competitive, and maintained the aesthetic of our workplace!! Elyes is confident, educated and he'd be totally hired by us !
I had an older Sears A.C. central air ground unit in my home from the 60s and it just wasn't up to par anymore. Elyes suggested a roof unit and I called about obtaining a system installed US Comfort and we went over some options and we discovered one which has been well within my budget. He set up the roofing to the device and got a crane into install it. The duct work was repaired and he got rid of the older unit. The work has been done professionally and very quickly. I'd send anyone over I know who need a A.C. work over to them in a heart beat.

Elias randomly named USComfort and met me the owner after having been quoted over $2000 twice by 2 other AC companies for a fix. He was very courteous and professional. 6pm on a weekend. He detected the issue after I had AC blowing chilly again - Thank You - he performed the job for well - thank you . I would highly recommend US Comfort to anybody needing AC & heating service.
I had some regular maintenance performed on my house AC unit and it was not shutting off after attaining desired temperature indoors and Elias not only came out the same day to fix the issue but came back the following day and did the maintenance with such professionalism and was very pleasant and didn't inflate the quote.

Worst Experience Ever!!This has become kind of creepy although I don't know and I just thought I'd update my review because I concerned with this kind of feedback and behavior.
I was shopping around and had gotten a quote from a different company. The owner attempted to tell my husband that my system needed a whole lot more than it attempted to charge me and did. When my husband declined, Elias eliminated a part that belonged to my system in order that it wouldn't turn on. I called the man back that had checked my system before Elias. The man had told me that a part was eliminated from my central air and came back and purchase the part or that I would need to place it back to fix my system. I understood Elias had eliminated the part because my atmosphere was able to turn on until Elias left. What professional gets angry and destroys someones personal property? Unless he believed I'd phone him back to correct my system? I don't know but After text and many calls, he responded and said that he wasn't going to come back to my house because my husband attempted to throw him I couldn't believe this accusations. Lucky us we'd surveillance cameras with audio to prove his accusations incorrect. Who would be thrown away from the roof, issue calm walks away rather than call law enforcement? I had NEVER in my life had such a negative experience similar to this one. Not merely did he accuse my husband of something false, he threatened me stating that he had been going to phone the town on me because in his mad mind thought that I didn't have permits to redesign my house!! In the event the proprietor is similar to this I do not know exactly what to expect from your workers. This is a real review!!! I am This really happen to me personally. I'm shocked that a small business operator would treat people like this. I just don't understand what we did to him that made him angry and vengeful. After ugly text forth and back I told the proprietor that I was planning to sue him and put the part and he agreed to return that he eliminated from my system. Please be careful who you let in your home. This person could be a liability on your premises. Be safe! I honestly believe that the rest of those review are FAKE!! Sorry if I'm wrong but I just can't believe this firm can be fair in any way. I have my receipt and text messages of our conversations that came from Elias number to back up my critique. The owner's name is Elias. I will never forget this encounter and I kept my records of the text that he sent me. Though he changed his organization address from Sylmar to Los Angeles, Consider it, the reviews say that they had the exact same work in their house and it's almost around precisely the exact same time and just 1 reviewer has 1 friend, and reviewers are from Los Angeles and also this provider serves San Fernando Valley. A year ago, elias arrived to my home. UPDATE 2018 I have had 2 messages through yelp by Elias stating that he may sue me for my opinion. He's gone out of his way to vote all my negative reviews as"funny". I have never had anyone threaten to sue me within my opinion on yelp. Elias and his team installed an air conditioning condenser unit to our current duct work/heating system. Elias advocated that people outgrow the condenser unit on the home's roof. Although we never had a device on the roof, we chose to go with it. The work included installing a control pad, running the electric and pulling the county allows. The setup process completed by precisely the same evening and was launched on a Sunday morning. We can say that Elias was quite diligent in his work, making certain that the work was done correctly. He was very devoted to getting the job done correctly, and he and his team worked quite effectively and efficiently, wasting little to no time. We're very happy with our setup. You can't see the condenser unit from front or rear of the home since it was placed in an area so that there is nothing unsightly about it on the roof that hides it. Elias fixed several things he saw. He is very knowledgable in HVAC, his prices are very fair, and you can rest assure that he will do quality work.
