I am very happy with the service. I will go to them for plumbing needs.
Alex came to resolve the pipe. He was knowlegeable and professional. He talked my through was if later on the problem was and the way to prevent.
Pipe burst over the winter. Got quotes and they arrived in around the lower ones. To seemed nice so they were chosen by me.

Definitely recommend going with anyone in the event that you have the alternative.

We had them come out for an estimate for a gasoline conversion. We went with the other service provider whose quote was reduced. We reached back out for a quote that was scheduled when we needed work done. Morning of the appointment, we receive a telephone call from Bill that was really unprofessional. He definitely had an attitude about the telephone questioning about our previous job. He canceled our appointment saying he's not in the quote business. Because I had positive opinion from our estimate that's the reason why I reached back out 20, it is unfortunate. I would not recommend them for anything now as their colors and emotional instability came to see.

Before I bought it last 18, USS had installed a brand new AC unit in my condo right. It had been brought to my attention that there was an issue with the installation, which had been poorly done, when I had the review. Since it was under warranty, I planned to have USS fix that after the final.
I found that the AC unit is once again dripping water. This is brand new unit. I am not calling USS to deal with this, I'm likely to find someone competent and reputable not and who will do it properly the first time waste money or my time. Idisappointed in this company and would never recommend them.
At the final, we found that the heat was not working. USS sent a tech out to repair it. He"fixed it" along with my realtor realized the heat now would not turn away! After frantic calls together with USS and hours, another tech fixed the issue and arrived. He explained that there was another difficulty that demanded and if that came , he'd also correct the issue that was found during the review. All of this was done.
USS chose a sales call with regard for me and the maintenance contract was purchased by me to the winter and summer review. The technology came out on July 5. A little more than a month later, there was a sound and I heard water dripping in the middle of night. I got up and watched water seeping where the air handler is. I made an emergency call to USS, and was told from the on duty tech to"just turn it off". I spent the remainder of the day with no air conditioning.
I contacted USS very first thing in the morning, and a tech was discharged by them. This is what preventative maintenance review was supposed to cover: Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow AND Inspect and clean drainage systems. Neither of those were done. They did not charged me but I had to take off more than four hours out of work to deal with this issue due to their incompetence.

Thanks Yelp for pointing me toward this great company for a full furnace and AC replacement. Never an exciting point to pay $1000s to get an appliance repair but also the entire experience with United Service Specialists has been great. They were the bid by way between 3 different businesses. These text messages that are cool are sent by them with a picture of your ceremony expert as well as some tidbits about them - my man is a US Air Force veteran so I felt good about that:-RRB-
Professional, on time, aggressive pricing - what can you need out of a HVAC company?

Had Chelini/USS altered the kitchen faucet and my garbage disposal. Overall expensive. I got my own kitchen faucet however, the overall price of assessing (less than 3 minutes, $115) and replacement at the next visit was 400 altogether. Garbage disposal with their components was set up 20 weeks before, not working now, but USS only warranty parts and labor for 1 year. Way toooo expensive and quality in the long term is inferior.

He knows what he is doing and makes the product seem fantastic. Since purchasing my house in October 2017 I've been going through pipes issues - . Alex showed up. He took the opportunity to teach new things to me and is humorous! I will always ask Alex when I predict United Service for job.

They had been exceptional about letting us know when they came and who was coming. We got e-mails and text, giving information about the Tech that was coming into our home to us ! It made me feel much more comfy.
Such a fantastic experience! Our heat went out, and they came immediately. Our issue was repaired by the following day.
I enjoyed their friendly support. I'd certainly use them again. And that I will highly recommend their services.

Two weeks ago I approached United Service Specialists to get a free estimate for AC unit, gas furnace and water heater. Was fascinated by good reviews of the company on Yelp. Has been immediately contacted by Laura (the owner) with consent to send a specialist who can make an estimate. OK, so far so good. Looks like he is not very curious about me as a customer: doesn't ask me a lot of questions (I'd visits from three other companies prior to him, so I could compare his approach to others), doesn't tell me exactly what he will be suggesting as alternatives (and I am looking for different choices - I am not a specialist in HVAC, along with the reason I am hiring them is exactly because I want good advice, at the first place), promising to send me quotation next Monday and departing. Monday is no estimates coming, no txt or call. Texting Bill, getting answer:"waiting on cost from manufacturer, they simply updated cost sheets. Should have this evening". Noted with thanks. Thursday noon: no followup in their behalf. Texting Bill. No response. I'd think twice hiring them if this is the way the organization treats their potential customer. Might be my situation is merely one of the type and the provider is in addressing demands of their clients, good, but be conscious of my experience. There are loads of good contractors on the current market, and I expect very good service from the beginning until the end. I really don't want to check how they are going to install service or equipment it. P.S. By the way, I was very impressed with responsiveness, depth of knowledge, solid advice, flexibility and real interest in me as a customer from one of their opponents. I hired them already and look forward to seeing them at work.

We have only positive things to say about United Service Specialists! With went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me and my husband with the replacement of the HVAC unit. Laura helped us coordinate everything (and there have been many variables as we are tenants and our landlord is overseas) and Carlos did the quote and setup. Both of them were extremely professional. Thank you United Service Specialists for keeping us warm for winter!

I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. After my Yelp article, I was contacted immediately by the corporate office of the office, expressing concern about my overall experience and seeking to get to the bottom of what happened. To their credit, I had been an apology for the lack of professionalism and as a goodwill gesture some of the prices I had been charged was waived as a"make good" because the service telephone did not follow their expected criteria.
My plumber has then assessed the work that was performed and has been decided to maintain order.
The goodwill gesture has been appreciated and should was recognized here sooner. That said, emergency repairs I have received for different businesses, were not substantially greater than the pricing for that fix, even under the conditions. That said, I charge United for seeing through this and which makes it clear how they operate, for acknowledging this circumstance, and for taking measures to ensure it is right.

In the appointment dispatcher into the technician (he predicted 1 hour before to state when he would arrive and he'd right on time!) The people from A.B. Chelini demonstrated that they are quite sweet and professional.

Carlos arrived on time and managed to finish the thermostat install quickly. It ended up being a bit more complicated because we incorporating a humidifier and were combining two to one and everything went easily. He pointed out some other issues that may arise but merely to make us conscious, not to market services and assessed our system.
I had a problem of my own creating, the next day. Carlos, on his day off, walked me through how to fix the matter, at no charge!
I would strongly recommend USS to anybody in need of HVAC work!

Chelini has performed both my HVAC and plumbing for the greater part of 14 or more decades, in a home and then a condominium, such as replacing an entire heating system. They do a fantastic job and I have seen at least of the faces over all the years.

I'm impressed. I won't hesitate to call AB Chelini if I have problems in the future. They were prompt and effective in finding the issue. I strongly recommend them.

I can't think how responsive they are. Two additional plumbers tried first and Chelini is the only one that treated it, even though I had an emergency. Dispatch was amazing, and my tech Marvin was amazing. I had water and a flow coming through the ceiling and now that he has repaired it, cleaned up, I feel so relieved. I will recommend them to anyone!

I kept hearing my toilet running and making a noise which I knew wasn't as straightforward as the flap needing adjusting. I reached out to United Service Specialists who got back to me that day and advised the plumber to come out the next day. The plumber solved my problem and has been very educated. I got the interior of my toilet's entirety replaced and in working order. At first, I was frustrated after the job was finished that the service charge was not included in the price, but I was able to speak with the owner and work out. While I hope to not want their service in their future, I'd call them .

Fantastic Support at United Service from everyone. Their technician, was quite thorough in diagnosing our system and Carlos arrived on time. They gave it the old college try, although my system is a complex PID computer controlled with closed loop cooling water chiller, that was far out of their scope of support. They did not get it working after an hour or so trying, but I had been happy with their effort. Ultimately we were not billed for the ceremony honest.

Great service and good rates. Nice experience scheduling appointment, and they came than my appointment period once I called to ask this. Alex was quite educated about boiler programs, and provide me quite the education on the most effective method to keep the building heated recognized and fixed and not over-work the system.

Overall had a good experience with this firm. We were moving into our new home, the afternoon, we discovered that a leak from the kitchen . AB Chelini was called by us in the recommendation of our Realtor, and they were within 30 minutes. Within one hour, they had diagnosed the issue. We had a fracture in our main sewer line. They came back to attempt repair. The longer the ceiling started up, the more issues we found. They needed us to take out the tub in the bathroom. We had the tub removed and they had been back promptly to fix it. Once they pulled away, we had a stoppage in the main line entirely unrelated. They came back that evening with no charge to snake the drain. Turns out it's a problem with the sewage and the sewer line needs replacing. The tech was able to give me the names of some men and women who get and do me all squared away, although they do not conduct sewage work. Their costs were steep in comparison to what my friend who is a plumber in Philadelphia said he'd charge for comparable work (nearly double), but their quick service and professionalism was worth it. They knew me once I called. I think since it had been problem after problem that the first couple of weeks in the new home, they all felt somewhat bad for me, but they had been good about everything! When they were here we had numerous contractors in and out, and everyone said what a firm they had been and they were working for several years together. I hope that I never have to use them but I am certain I will... maybe if I am lucky they'll see this shining review and give me a good deal on replacing my 24 year old water heater next!! :)

Such great service and very professional! They knew exactly what I had the answers to all of my questions and needed. They were on time which is almost always a major concern, they have been equipped, and complex! Until I fulfilled AB Chelini I haven't been happy with an AC company! Best one on the market!
