Professional, promises kept, instantaneous and on-time, support expectations exceeded, price was roughly half what I have been paying. After having my sewer lineup by Rotor-Rooter several times within the past 30 years, every time in response to a recurring backup, I decided to try out the company, United Sewer & Drain Cleaning. The last straw came when the Rooter guy informed me it was just a jolt and came out for a backup and sold me a jug of root eliminator. I decided there was a better option, As soon as the washing machine rinse water bombarded on the ground this week.
United is strongly recommended by me.
No amount of substances was going to correct that problem, As soon as I saw the root incursion on United's camera. United initial snaked the pipe then indicated their"root rat" water pressure cleanup. As soon as I watched video what was occurring in my previous clay pipe (my house is 1830s vintage) I was shocked. The Rooter men more than 30 years and four visits had nothing more than simply punch a little hole in a solid net of roots.
United did a fantastic job. They showed me everything on the camera. They truly cared about solving my problem today and eternally. Than when they arrived, and they left my basement cleaner.
United's crew conducted the pipe along with the snake came out covered in roots, since it has previously. Contrary to Roto-Rooter, they offered a solution and diagnosed the problem. He was careful to be certain no sewer water backed up to the house. What little did he carried away and captured in a bucket.
It was a significant investment, $1,800. But viewing the before and after movie of the interior of the pipe was worth every penny. My sewer line is root-free for the first time in the 30 years I have owned it, probably longer. And Sam gave me a plan. I called in am at 9 for a side by side sink vanity in the bathroom, came that afternoon around 3. I had been given a cost $225 on telephone . I would use again.
This provider is equally professional and reasonably priced. I called Roto-Rooter and they wouldn't give me cost until they showed up... Then the cost was 469.00 and taxation to snake a tub drain. I called United and they gave me a price over approximately 1/2's phone. They showed up on time and did the occupation and even cleaned up afterwords. I can't recommend them enough although I provide this constructive to reviews.
