We came home on a Saturday night after seven days on the path to a puddle of water outside our house. I started the water heater cabinet and it was gushing water:-LRB- We hunted Yelp and discovered Water Heaters Only, Inc and couldn't be happier!!! We predicted in the daytime (ON SUNDAY!!!) Plus they had been out in about 2 hours. The repairman was polite, professional and neat. We did not get charged extra for a Sunday morning and he had the heater in all with connections in about 1 1/2 hours by himself! They take pride in their job and it shows. We HIGHLY recommend Water Heaters Only, Inc!!!

So we had. It failed and we predicted water heaters only. We arrived to find out our current water heater was not up to code. Mike explained exactly what it would take to get it up to code by means of then what it would cost for the tankless variety and a tank water heaters and came out. We chose to go with the tankless. Mike arrived and installed the tankless water heater in about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. He did a terrific job although I am doing it inflicted Roman style torture to him. We said our goodbyes as he had been bleeding. It was a great adventure for us, though I'm not sure it had been for Mike, and I would utilize Water Heaters Only again.

Woke up in the morning (9/25/2018) to lukewarm water and discovered my 15-year-old water heater had kicked the bucket. I called WHO plus they sent in only a couple of hours over Tony wait. He even installed a heater straight away! Couldn't recommend them more!

A tankless water heater was set up by mike . Since my home was built in 1941, I'd planned to install a tank heater, and I did not believe the infrastructure would support a heater. He educated on the difference and I was psyched that he was able to accommodate me when my mind changed. He spent the previous hour teaching me the way to clean and take care of the unit and worked. He was funny and so pleasant and east to utilize. I highly recommend Mike and Water Heaters Only!
Water Heaters Only is everything great that Yelpers have said --do not hesitate to give them a phone if you need a water heater.
In about 25 minutes, Fabian came outside and immediately let me know there is, that a new one currently 10 gallons larger than my one, could be $ 1,650. Since I'm adding another bathroom, I loved the excess capability and was happy to sign the contract and have him really quickly remove the unit and set up the new one.
On November 6, 2018, my old water heater decided to rust and leak approximately a half inch of water in my house couple of weeks ago. Quickly, my phone lead me Yelp and to Water Heaters Only, where I talked to a nice woman on the phone who explained that water heaters have about a 10-15 year life period. She tell me that a brand new one will be about $1,600 - $2,000 depending on condition and the size of the connections in my residence, and that she could dispatch an installer in another 30 minutes. How could I not, with their Yelp ratings!?

I found out that my water heater is currently leaking water. Before it was working . I phoned Water Heaters Only and got it replaced over an hour or two. Tony came; he had been the technician that installed it. He did a fantastic job putting up the new one, with new pipes, valves etc.. In addition, he included a drain pan under the water heater. The water heater needs to costs about $700 when my brother pointed out to me, I started checking out the one as I paid $1400 + for installation and product, installed. I always trusted the right model could be installed, Earlier I had no problems with the Rheem water heaters. I then discovered it was a Bradford White. It is thumbs down expensive, complicated maintenance and I checked that the consumer reviews and web reviews, doesn't last long and might require a replacement after 6 decades or so or sooner. I called Water Heaters Only and talked with Paul. He assured me the Bradford will be less troublesome than Rheem and they stand behind it. Due to California regulations to install an Ultra Low Ox water heater, the water heaters have become in price and aren't intended to last for a long time. It might require flushing. The Bradford water heater runs about $950 and the rest is installation cost.

Our tankless water heater gave out. The morning called and Mike arrived in an hour or two. He was helpful and quite friendly. Great support! Would certainly recommend.
UPDATE: I really feel like I want to update my review. While I am still happy with the standard of the installation and also the friendliness of this service, we were informed that by installing a tankless water heater, then we'd have the ability to get 1) a rebate from SoCalGas and 2) a charge on our federal tax returns. Neither is true. If you're replacing the federal tax credit died in 2016 and a traditional water heater the rebate from SoCalGas applies. While I don't believe the service representative blatantly misinformed me, I expect them to understand better before utilizing this advice to help"close the deal" on a potential sale.

We received a flyer in the mail and since we had just been discussing this specific subject we decided to give them a call. We actually showed up exactly in the 2 hour window and were pleased to hear that they may come and do it. Fabian our tech was great. He explained everything to us in detail. It worked out great and he had to remove a doorway to get the tank from the cupboard of the 70 year old residence although it was not an easy endeavor! We provide them a thumbs up!!!!
We had our water heaters pilot lighting malfunction, of course once the husband is gone. The place wished to replace the entire thing, and lent me an amount. So that I called water heaters only, and what a difference. They were out within two hours to fix it, knew their stuff and were so fine. Mike was amazing, he worked for a price for me was fair, educated, quickly and did not try and make a woman feel dumb. Highly recommend if you call, ask for Mike!!!
Mario and Thomas went above and beyond in eliminating our old water heater and installing our 75 mill Bradford White gas water heater. Mario helped two file cabinets move to allow greater access and helped me return the cabinets when the job was completed. Mario and Thomas and Water Heaters Only admired the original quote though the parts and work demanded should have additional a few hundred dollars into the job. They made sure everything was working until they called it. They obviously explained to increase or decrease the water temperature. And they left the area cleaner. We'd been having some odd noises coming from our water heater. We decided to get a specialist look it over after receiving some strange advice.
Water heater installed! Clean, simple and professional. Even sent me pictures so that I didn't have to enter my loft to check the work (which I did anyway).
My 15-year old water heater needed to be replaced so that I gave Water Heaters Only a telephone. The tech arrived on schedule and has been knowledgable and really friendly. It required less than two hours to replace the water heater, install new pipes, vents, valves, drain pan, etc.. He kept the place neat and clean and did a great job. Solid company. Delivered as promised. Water heaters went out late last night and Tony came out first thing in the afternoon. Got out the old one, repaired the water damaged decking, and anchored at a one all within 2 hours. Very professional and courteous. Thanks Tony!
This is based with Water Heaters Only, as examine my water heater and even they refused to come outside. My water heater stopped working earlier in the week, GE sent me a replacement section assuring me that it could be set up by me using a screwdriver, and I was ineffective I called Water Heaters Only. They explained that a water heater that has been worked on by a non-professional, even after I stated I would pay them just to come look at it will not be touched by them. Their website says they are a"full service water heater repair, replacement and installation firm", however it appears they just selectively choose their clients.

I called in within a day conversation until I was told that a water heater is replaced by the price after hours are 2500 initially went real well. I needed to turn them down and then the price was lowered to 2000. I said no thanks and chased him. I got a text trying again to hook me that I ignored. I was able to send someone over that they replaced a thermo coupler and the cost to me was $150, next day. While it seems many have posted comments that were positive. I will not call here again.
Our water heater began leaking Friday 8/5/16. After numerous calls for plumbers we'd used previously we were in scheduling anyone unsuccessful. I kept asking for referrals and in my telephone I was called Water Heaters Only. Mike showed up about 90 minutes later and did the job. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
He explained our alternatives and everything we needed. I couldn't be happier! I feel we have an superb value for our money and even though it was not cheap I do not feel we had been overcharged. I would recommend them.
By far the greatest and most experience we have had in terms of home improvement. Tony was incredibly professional and incredibly considerate, particularly thinking about the positioning of the water heater. They were incredibly prompt when we called to a Monday and arrived that Wednesday and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. We highly recommend in the event that you will need any water heater replacement, calling, and Tony is by far the best you could ask for.
This firm is the best! A buddy of mine needed a bunch of quotes all of which were nearly $2000 to get a new water heater. This firm arrived the same day... delivered Tony who was quite pleasant and knowledgeable... along with a 50 Gallon water heater was installed for just under $1400. I strongly recommend them! What a great firm.

He called in to his office, approx 5pm, and we heard that he had been given the choice to reschedule for the next moment. He declined their offer and got to work. Professional, pleasant and concentrated, Thomas might need some California faked updates and clarified that our present water heater has been 25 years old. Understandable. He had been finished installing the replacement and cleaned up by 8pm.

Monday, 2/22/16, We had been referred to the company so there was no choice in the matter. The service made an appointment for another afternoon 2/23/16 (involving 4pm-8pm), somewhat late in the day but okay. Thomas, the technology, called only after 4pm to inform his approximate arrival and his place to us. He called again to announce his birth.
