Mike has put together a team, Josh has been very helpful with my endeavors. I always go to Water Rite. This is a business that is great.

Worst customer service ever! The man I talked to was rude I hope never to have to deal with this company again.

They have everything you might need from pvc to sinks. For pipe an the majority of the time I'm here. Sometimes concrete or copper boxes.
When I walk in all of them say hello Ricky. Enjoy that any location. Josh the head goatee guy is in a an good mood that is helpful. Kim is the paper work girl. But she always goes out of her way to say hi.The manager guy makes his rounds to make sure everyone has been helped. Ed the younger man , often see him doing the jobs an in the lawn is one of my favorites for sure. Always satisfied. And don't forget Ed the counter guy. Sporting a hat. This guy knows his stuff.

I put in a special order pre paid for 1" gas pipe cut and threaded they had been happy to take my money! Told me that they were short staffed so would not be next day I said Monday. They said no problem. Monday afternoon, I phoned them. Cuzz I wasn't called by them. Said they had been working on it and could call when done. No telephone. Tuesday'm I call they say getting one that is new although die broke and certainly will be accomplished. No telephone 1p I call. Waiting for part. Just a die!!!! Price me 2days!!!!! Still waiting. Don't store here!!!!

Just came back after being treated there by the middle age salesman. He and a heavy set woman with bandaids on her face stood beneath the counter and completely ignored me when I walked . The middle age man tried to help initially, when I asked for help to get a specific thing. Then he got upset that he couldn't locate it angrily said,"We're open til 6, help yourself or return with a graphic (of the item)!" . I had been amazed by his disrespectful tone and as I walked out I said to him,"You have bad customer support, sir." He replied"Ok"....no apologies or acknowledgement of what he did. Because they have things that I can't locate at big box stores, I have purchased thing. However, I disliked the same man and the woman's unfriendly attitude. I set up with them until now. I do not plan to return there.
