Kitchen sink blocked up.

After calling 4 plumbers and leaving messages, Water Source called me back within the hour, altho another plumbing firm responded within a couple of hours. Bob Drescher, owner and plumber, not receptionist, listened to my description of problem and solutions I had tried (backed up kitchen faucet ), gave me potential triggers and set appt for next day. Son Bobby Drescher immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem (Fatberg - enormous grease buildup over 21 yrs). Gave me made certain the problem was fixed and pointers so that I wouldn't have difficulty. Yay! Price seemed comparable to plumbers, and Bobby was professional efficient and cleaned up after.

Used these guys and was delighted with the work they did. They were really professional and arrived within hours of my phone. I will use them next time for sure! He went as far as putting a piece of tape with a reminder to remind my roomie! A+

Service and gouging on price. Have to have made sure to get a quote for the job rather than by the hour. The son of owner was rude and milked a three hour job into 10 hours. Slow and lazy. Would not recommend in any way. Obviously, felt ripped off by this company. They need to be paying!
