The Following Day so I called WB Dickenson. They re-installed my tub and came at the appointment time. I had been impressed by WB Dickenson's professionalism, along with also the fact! I saved at least $2000 by fixing the tub verse replacing it.

I called the Jacuzzi company, and they recommended the repair company that WB Dickenson did - . I contacted the ReNewal of Dan and scheduled an appointment. Dan came on time, and completed the work in 1 1/2 hours. One of the things Dan needed to do was cut the pipes pipes to lift the entire tub out of place to do the fix. Dan reported the tub would have to sit for 24 hours for the sealant to cure on the plumbing, after fixing the leak. Dan stated I would have to call a plumber to reinstall the bathtub.
A seal was blown by Among the Jacuzzi jets on our 3 year-old tub and leaked 40 gallons of water. We called our the plumber who worked on the home while it was being assembled, WB Dickenson, to come and fix the problem. Since it had been a jet that moved and upon inspection, the repairman from WB Dickenson said the job was beyond his ability and a accredited Jacuzzi repair person would be required. I enjoyed this repairman's honesty.

WB Dickenson completed kitchen project and my bathroom . Very professional, superb turn around time and competitive pricing. T.J. was educated and a joy to work with.

Website states 24/7 emergency plumbing solutions. I phoned them and was told that they don't work on weekends. They don't know what the 7 in 24/7 means. They are 24/5. Advertising that is false, work with them will not trust them. I had help on a Saturday and they left me hanging. Too bad. I would have given a review if they had just helped me. From their website:

I had been in a jam. They didn't help. Liars.

We contacted WB Dickenson due to our shower leaking. Another company had advised us that the entire shower required to be replaced so we called WB Dickenson for an estimate. Their estimate was reduced so we went with them. TJ showed up with two other guys ready to do a 4000 job. Instead he stated he guessed the problem could be fixed by him . We ended up paying $250 (mainly for the time spent by three guys). He's got a customer for life. A few years ago he substituted our 40+ year water unit. He has been to service our machine and by to install a bathroom vanity. I hVe given their name out many occasions and am a very happy customer!

They did a great job and we are satisfied with the price and service. Highly recommend these guys for almost any work you need. Their prices are well below what competitors charge and they do a much better job.
We hired WB Dickenson to remodel our main toilet. After assembly with 6 contractors, we settled with WB Dickenson since we felt quite comfortable together. We met with the general manager TJ, and he did a fantastic job meeting us 2x out his regular work hours. He helped us pick out the shower/toilet and etc for our bath when meeting our budget. WB Dickenson completed the job at their men and 9 days were very helpful and professional. They also did a great job of keeping our home picked up and clean and worked through a week .

I have found them knowledgeable and honest have used them and, while not ideal. Owner is fast to think of a much more affordable choice. I have also found them fairly fair.

The reassuring portion of his trip was without charging the support fee that if the problem happens again, he'll come back.
They charge $130 for the support call, and $30 for each additional increment. He really only"worked" in the cellar for about 15 minutes, but charged us for half an hour.
The guy that came out to"fix" this problem with our boiler seemed knowledgeable enough, however his experience weren't needed as all he had to do was closed off the electricity and flip it back on. This little"fix" price us $190.00.

Very unprofessional. Came estimate to do my kitchen floor and spent 5 minutes at my home. And told when it was even looked at by them in quotation my subfloor was awful. To will be scam me and speak down to my father and me. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Don't hire to some work. Just so everybody knows that I had three builders out for floor quote and they stated my kitchen floor is thick enough to install vinyl tiles over vinyl floor. Firm did not want job and did not care how he acted around possible client. I will be sure home advisor knows how contractor acted. This is an update. Had construction inspector come to home to test for kitchen floor setup in flooring. Builder who arrived to home knew nothing and Construction inspector wood in my flooring over 1 inch think and did not bother to check flooring before giving estimate for work. Building inspector said thing anyone that hires this builder deserves to be ripped away.
