Joe the Plumber

The job is done they appear on time & I find that the fees for work completed to be somewhat fair. The plumbers are courteous, friendly & consistently explain the fees before proceeding in addition to the job they are currently doing.
I really can't recommend them.
I advise using Joe the Plumber. I have had a collection of plumbing issues that are recurring that hours of each plumber from JTP who has done work at my home & work has been professional, also true.

We woke up to some tint leak in our basement. I called Joe the plumber and got a call back over about an hour letting me know someone could be out in 3 hours. (They gave a 2 hour time period - and the guys were actually earlier than the time ) They replaced a section of copper piping in our utility room and were done within about an hour. I don't know standard pluming pricing, but I believed the price we paid was for for the fast service... because we needed to turn off our water and wouldn't have been able to shower/etc until this got fixed.
Speedy service and friendly ladies who manage adding you as a scheduling and client appointments.

By far the worst customer service known to man. Joe spoke me down, was very rude to me, lied to me, and took no accountability. They screwed up and Joe would not take responsibility and make it right! I paid them almost $1200 place 5 holes in my kitchen , which I paid $1000 to fix and to thaw out frozen pipes. They failed to find escape in shower, which ruined the ceilings yet again once the water has been switched back on and closed off water. The leak should have been found the time and repaired. Joe said he would fix the shower escape and fix my ceiling. Not right!!!
This happened while attempting to sell my residence. This guy has no compassion or care for others. None! Don't use this particular plumber.

Called Joe the plumber to get a flow from the top floor bath through the kitchen ceiling. Folks came out on 2 occasions but then totally blew me off. The first time that I called them, the second time that I called a plumber!!

These guys are good! With notice we could get Gary to our house to repair a shower and put in a new bathroom. Job was done within budget, on time and he was VERY friendly and clean. This company whom I never did business with previously was an absolute pleasure to take care of.

I phoned Joe the plumber at 9 am and had my toilet fixed by 1 pm. Gary my technician was friendly, comprehensive and very neat. I am happy with their service. I'll continue to keep their number if I have anymore problems.

The commercial, hunted reviews; excellent reviews all over from the BBB and local folks! Amazing response. Joe delivered his crew and were perfect gentlemen... making sure they left things cleaner than when they arrived!! A quick tutorial ensuring I understand what to look for moving forward... Can't wait until my next job! Just fabulous. . Did I cite response time was FAST!!!

I live in Westbrook Ct. and Lately used Joe The Plumber. His office staff has been fantastic. Their job was known by his area techs. Pricing was fair. And they had been on time. My problems got resolved and I couldn't be more happy. I would highly recommend them. Guy Watson.

Because these individuals are so great, I needed to write another review. I had some minor difficulties two months when they installed bathroom and my bathtub. They came out right away and fixed everything. The tech would take a tip. These are excellent people that are reliable. I will use them!!!!

GREAT!!! Joe and his crew (Gary, Wallace) were just awesome from first quote to finish. They eliminated upgraded the old 1950's bathroom plumbing and replaced bathtub & shower waste and vent. They were on time and cleaned up work area daily. Joe recommended a builder for my tile work. I'll use Joe the Plumber to get ALL my plumbing needs

The two gentlemen who came to fix my bathroom - neither of these named Joe - were great. They had been friendly and explained everything they did in a way I could understand. They explained how I can prevent the problem. The cost was fair. I will certainly call them again. Highly recommend.

My Plumber. Highly recommend! They were pleasant on the phone, instant for the estimate and instant again if they were scheduled to work at my residence. Were around friendly, lovely and all a joy to use.

Everyone working with Joe the Plumber is top notch!! I don't use anybody else. They are fast, they have all they need most of the time, which saves them from having to make numerous trips to solve an issue. They do it right the first time. They are wonderful!!

Everything was wonderful. I am happy with the installation process and the response time. The boiler had been in, in no time. They vacuumed all the water out of the ground, which I did not expect them to do that. One suggestion: please have your staff wear uniforms, clothing that are professional for the transaction. Everything is good! Keep this up! I know where to go next time.

Service was fantastic. We truly appreciated the time the fix was done and they chose to figure out the problem gave excellent tips / suggestions. They weren't rushed and we felt like we had been priotity. That is a plus! We will use them .

Honored a military discount. At a time in which it appears support has valued as it should be. Joe the Plumber offering a military discount because of our support was a fantastic gesture. The office employees, namely Janet, was courteous and professional. She was very flexible to my schedule and my payment choices.
The standard of work is very good that I have never had to have them come back out. After a project has been finished the area was cleaned up and no remnants of any work being done.
Joe the plumber has done several jobs for me personally. I can say from the past few years they have scheduled appointments at a fast manner. Coupled with being on time and even early in the time period appointment window.

We had an emergency trip. Rachel helped us immediately. They repaired our pipe within a few hours and arrived. We appreciated the quick service! Thank you
