West Oaks Plumbing And Drain Service

I contacted Tim for find an estimate for fixing my mum's house's lack of backflow prevention. They ended up instead charging her when he or whoever came over to give an estimate. How is that at all what I asked? We have cleaned the sewer line previously. Can I be asking for an estimate? Why would someone sent to give a solution for a backflow dilemma not recognize the matter?
Edit: Joe got back to me now (another day) and was very professional, apologetic, and helpful. Was definitely very thorough in locating the issue so my review is changing from 1 to 5 stars.

This firm is the best. We've utilized organizations fix and to update our old plumbing. We were bait and switched, overcharged, and left hanging --no displays. They sent out Joe to assess the issue, when we discovered west oaks pipes. Was honest, but he gave us less then two other companies and he also delivered. He was transparent explained everything, and finished the task in a timely manner. Ask for Joe --he is dependable, extremely knowledgeable, and has a very fantastic character which makes it so much easier when dealing with plumbing troubles. Look no further and call Joe!

Great Plumbers!We called Joe Williams out because of our main line sewer backed up AGAIN! We had never used West Oaks Plumbing before and liked the evaluations so we called him and went ahead. He was very professional, charged me the cost of my typical man. Ran a camera, as a bonus and didn't charge extra. His job was guaranteed by him . His job was not guaranteed by the man and sure enough it backed up a week later. We decided to replace the whole line in front yard. Joe and his crew showed up on-time, just as they said, did the job in less time than anticipated and put my yard back how it was. Great. Obviously he is our new go needs.

Got on Yelp and started looking for a plumber when my plumber didn't return my calls. West Oaks gave the quote and the fastest appointment to me. I have to say, I'm so glad I discovered these guys. They did a fantastic job, and they had been quickly returning my calls. And these guys are just guys that are real. They fixed a few extra stuff when they were asked by me and charge me little. Not only I'll call them from now on, but I referred my neighbor and my own very best friend .

They arrived on time and were very professional. Got the work done. Unfortunately for me, the faucet was too far gone to repair entirely but they did get it working well enough to get by until I can get you.

Fantastic service! After working for different companies for 15 decades, joe and Tim recently started this business. They are all about serving excellence to their clients -- coming on time, keeping costs interpersonal skills, doing the job properly, and they even cleaned our shower! We had a drain. Joe immediately figured out the ideal approach to clear it (there were a couple of different choices which other plumbers have had trouble with in the past), cleared it, and then bleached the shower pan where the drain had backed up. I'm excited for these guys because they will be hugely successful with their business approach. We need more companies.

Very happy I Discovered West Oaks Plumbing and Joe Williams. Mike Diamond was called by me early in the afternoon for a clogged kitchen sink. "OK sir, we will be there between 3:00pm and 5:00pm." Stole to find a plumber that was different. I discovered West Oaks, and searched around. I called. A normal human. They sent out the crew at 7:00pm, for that I was so thankful because it was after hours. Joe Williams did a FANTASTIC JOB, but also you can see he is a service oriented professional. Just a dedication to doing RIGHT from the customer. You never see that anymore. Actual ethics. I won't ever use West Oaks although any plumber.

They are so sweet and did a fantastic job! Got 2 other quotations for sprinkler line leak, after being belittled by a single and getting ripped off by both it was fantastic to meet Tim and Joe. They did a fantastic job and explained everything, and gave me the best price! They will forever be my goto pipes!

Another plumbing company advocated joe Williams to assist at my residence with a drain blockage issue. He came out with a one hour window on a Saturday and texted coming updates. He was quick and friendly....and cleaned up!! Pricing was fair and fair. My difficulty is solved. Another company's secretary lent the rate before seeing the matter. . .told me hours. . .then never came/called back Friday night.

My kitchen sink was clogged and after trying about, I started calling several plumbers. Joe came out and took the inside of the cabinet shut when he was done. Their price was cheap, they showed up as scheduled, and did what was needed. These guys are moving on my telephone list as my go to plumbers! I really like plumbing! Another company was not reasonable and lower than their price. They are ALL really pleasant and personable. They exchanged our main sewer line (not an enjoyable thing to have done). They did a fantastic job and I'll use them again. You will not be sorry if you try them :)

West Oaks Plumbing and Drain are exceptional; talented, professional and honest. I had a quote from a different drain support that stated I had to replace my toilet sewer drain pipe by jackhammering my flooring and would cost me 2.200 and take 2-3 days. It was recognized by joe Williams of Drain and West Coast Plumbing as a root that he was able to pull out by hand, then toilet with a wax ring and salt that took all of 30 minutes to get a cost of an $89 Service call. This review has been earned by them and are now my go to source for anything plumbing! They were referred to me by Joe Peters, also. Thanks to both Joes!
