To get a job involving water and soldering, they abandon the site clean and dry. They gave me a run through on the water heater control panel's operation and they were on their way. Prior to the two hour appointment window shut, they have been done! I would definitely recommend Guarini, it was a pleasure doing business together.
The gentleman were pleasant knowledgeable and well trained. They reviewed the measures they would take, asked for my permission to change some water valves (that I was going to request, they beat me to it!) ; checked to exhaust security in my chimney and must work.
I am a Worry-Free client through my regional utility. On Saturday morning (Sept 7) I noticed water leaking from my hot water heater. I called the utility company to get a new unit installed. They put me in contact. Unfortunately I had to wait through the weekend until I would hear from Guarini to schedule the installation. They called to say if I was, they were available later that day. I was! They gave me a two hour appointment window.

They did a wonderful job. What about my interactions with Guarini plumbing was great.
Carleen in their workplace was quite responsive and helpful in getting a COI and scheduling my appointment. And the plumber who did the work was nice, was very useful in explaining things and got the job done quickly. I will call them again if I ever need a plumber.

An older friend that lives Fairview recommended to me bill's company. This job was to replace an older pipe (with a hole in it) in my Uncles house in North Bergen. The plumber that came was fast to access the problem and do it. He had been done replacing an older section of pipe . Very happy with the service and. . .the cost!

I was promised to get my sink leak serviced right away and they took to get here. Then I was overcharged with a complete different price EVEN THE TIMING THAT GUY TOOK FOREVER IN HIS VAN TO DO SOME PAPER WORK!!! Ridiculous

The issue fixed, has been identified and fully functional within one hour. Roig and Manny were effective friendly, and tidy.
Both gentlemen, both Manny and Roig, arrived on time and with tools that they might need. They seemed within our unit and the unit under and immediately identified that we needed a wax seal.
I looked around Yelp and Angie's listing and decided to call William J. Guarini plumbing to help us identify and fix the matter. The next day I spoke with Linda and later asking me a list of specific questions. She clearly summarized the cost per hour ($165) and that it could be plus tax plus materials.
Plumbing issues come up and it is great to know there are instantaneous, reliable plumbers on the market to immediately resolve the matter. I definitely plan to utilize William J. Guarini plumbing again later on.
A problem was somewhere inside our bathroom which caused a leak in the apartment. Ah, the joys of home ownership.

To begin with a brand new tank is $1,000 I was paying $575 + $42 and permit to PSEG. Ensure before replacing water heater, that you call around. Mine was under warranty they wouldn't honor if it was out of guarantee others were charging . Be certain that you call the maker to confirm the guarantee before this company comes they won't wait for you to make a call even if it is an emergency restoration. As I explained to them PSEG does the bill not you why are you asking for an extra $2,100 to be paid to you and not willing to telephone PSEG.
Horrible pipes, PSEG dispatched them to perform an emergency service. When they arrived they found out that the unit was under warranty and refused to replace it or call PSEG. They wouldn't wait for me to telephone PSEG they left stating I would have to cover an extra $2,100.

I was told there would be a refund for your boiler I select. I sent the paperwork but was denied by .01 environmental score. I contacted them 2 times, no reply. Don't believe what this provider tells you. Get it in writing.

The plumber never showed up to his or her appointment. We called the office and they said that the plumber will come later in the day. Never showed up and no one apologized. When we could not call any other plumber, this was just before a.

Hired Guarini and they were extremely professional, friendly to work with, and accommodating. I didn't believe the water heater that they installed got the water temp hot enough so that they came back and raised it somewhat and it is perfect. . Thank the Guarini staff and you Steve!

After a frustrating morning from a PSEG guy that is condescending. I phoned they and PSEG advocated Guarini to replace my water heater. They guys (Dave and Erwin) arrived within 30 mins. Professional and they explained me everything. Talked to me such as Vinny from PSEG did. Thank you guys for replacing my water heater and doing a good job!

We are having them come in again to perform some work.

Jeff and Fred came in with their team and installed three NYE morning. The fourth was scheduled for 1/2/15. They worked quickly and efficient. Super friendly and played some real good music. :-RRB- walked us and Explained everything.

Best part- our sexy waters lines are mislabeled and appear to connect to multiple components. They helped us monitor which hot water heaters attached to which components.

There is usually some urgency, when faced with trying to locate a plumber. When I had been offered Guarini pipes's contact info on a recommendation from a friend, I had high expectations. Character and professionalism surpassed my expectations is a surprise to say their performance. Laurie, Rachel, and the whole team here is fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them and their company for anyone trying to find a trust-worthy, high-performing plumber that also happen to be amazing people. Thank you!

These plumbers came to the house and misdiagnosed the problem. Later that same day I had exactly the same difficulty, so that I had another plumber come because I didn't think Pat and Pat Jnr analysis of the issue was right. The issue was pinpointed by the plumber . I contacted Guarini and informed them about the misdiagnosis and resolution, they apologized and said they wouldn't be charging me for the ceremony. Five weeks after I received a bill from them. This time, Linda and manager Robert insisted that I had to cover, they had no record of the dialogue that took place the day. I'm hugely disappointed with this client assistance, and disappointed they insist their plumber did a fantastic job. There are honest plumbing companies in Jersey City.

They had been assigned as builders out of PSE&G to replace my hot water heater to me. First of all. . .they showed up on Sunday morning that was AMAZING. I not expected to get water back over 18 hours of my tank breaking. They were fast (it took them about 2 hrs). They showed me how to work the tank, explained the procedure to me and tidied up after they had been done. Courteous too.

Great experience with plumbers, Pat and Pat. Jr.. Linda was so useful when I called the office. First time that I've dealt with a plumbing company where I felt they not swindle me. Thank you guys!

It seems like most plumbers charge around $100 or so although I think that the charge was around $125 + tax for 1 hour which is a hell of a lot, therefore it is not much greater than normal.
Like all plumbers/contractors it's a good thing that I planned on cleaning since items in and around the toilet will always becoming dirty, once they were here, but I guess that is par for the course.
After speaking with my management firm on Monday, 3/1/10 I was told to telephone Mr. Guarini's office. They were incredibly accommodating and came THAT afternoon. The 2 men who came did a fantastic job and the escape is gone.
If you visit my earlier inspection for A&D plumbing in Hoboken, you'll notice that I spent about a week trying to reach them so that they could (make cash from me!! And) fix the leak in my bathtub. They never returned my calls.
For fixing my faucet thanks Guarini! You will be my go-to from now on.

Today very, quite pleased with the service I received. I called several plumbers am this morning beginning at 8:00. Guarini Plumbing answered my call and the secretary was pleasant and professional. The rates were explained by her and talked to a supervisor to find out if they could meet me in today. I had been told a plumber might be here between 9:00. Am and noon, so I took the appointment. The plumber also called my cell phone to validate my address and let me know that he would be here in about half an hour. Were so professional and pleasant. They figured out what was wrong turned off the water in my building, got the part got the tap working and reassembled and the water back on within 35 minutes of coming. They charged precisely what I had been told that morning, when I called they would charge. I won't be afraid to use them again and will recommend them to neighbors and my friends.
