I Am a Realtor and I've worked with Nick Innumerable times. He's fair, patient, thorough and very kind. They do not do repairs so they are not encouraged to inform you that something has to be fixed as it doesn't (which I've had happen with a different firm ). We used them to hydrojet our sewer line, which had a whole lot of roots. He provided before and after movies. Taught me a great deal about maintenance and updates I could do. But he actually recommended in my situation against the update. No up-sell. Very man. Glad I discovered them.

Nick was great. After stressing about the sewer line in a newly bought home, I called these guys. Did Nick go the excess mile for me, but it turns out the line is just fine. There was no sales pitch since they don't perform the repairs themselves and we feel we have an inspection. I know we could call them anytime with followup questions too. We'll recommend them to our friends that are beginning the home hunt!
Jeremy came out to inspect the sewer line in a home we were purchasing, from where the vendor had thought it to be, because the clean-out was concealed 15 feet, and he could not finish the review. Succumbing to pressures from stakeholders in the purchasing process, I consented to allow a plumbing company come out the following day because they could come out and do the camera work, and we were in a rush. They gave us a fairly pricey quote, and that I called Jeremy to get a referral to a second remark, and he was able to observe the camera work movie also, not only did he give us a referral to some other sewer fix, but he managed to save a lot of wasted effort and money for a very misleading quote. I just wish I had Jeremy come back to two and had stuck to my guns.
I can not talk highly enough about Williams Sewer Line Inspectors, and I urge anyone seeking an inspector to be certain an inspector is not being used by them rather than using someone who's also hoping to be a service provider. These guys' were not just adaptable with what turned out to be a pain in the buttocks escrow experience we're having but also professional, on time and favorable. I'd use them when we're in escrow as we ended up not shutting on that specific home, which was a bummer but the inspection was very detailed and he did us a massive favor and got us all our record! I thought the price was $219 but appears in order that was a bit of a bummer, we paid $250, but he was fine about the 24 hour postponement for the week due to us having issues with those and the seller meeting deadlines. I'll use them again!
