Fantastic work, - took care of a bathtub that was plaguing me for months. :)

It turned into a major ordeal. She said she would have no problem with the license thing although he let me speak to his boss.
Just ridiculous.
Right off the bat our tech said we had an issue since we had a bathroom sink that was double.
He went on and on how he just finished a job just like this and about just how far it was going to cost.
He told him he could write down the necessary info but no picture.
His boss"eliminated him" from the circumstance.
I will just mail them the check.
Ok.
After awhile I said"yeah, there's a clean out outside".
Anyways. I suppose if they don't trust you if you trust them?
Difficult to find service areas that don't drive warranties.
So he comes right back and goes out to do paperwork. We paid by check. He said he had to take a photograph of their drivers license.
Went out. Closed it up. Decided the drains needed replacing. Inadequate room for the water to drain.

They gave me a quote, and I ended up needing more work than originally thought... but they still only charged me the first quote. When I told our insurance adjuster how far we paid for the occupation, he nearly choked on his surprise then requested for the pipes business card to maintain his"black book of honest technicians". They scoped all of my drains since I explained that what's in great shape for its age, and live in an old home at no excess cost. They gave me a sensible timeline of a couple of years down the road when I'd begin to find problems, but didn't push any products or services (just gave advice ). They did a great job, and I will definitely use them again!
Updating review: I've used them for several jobs, and they are still amazing and as honest as ever. I've used them to do A/C and plumbing work, and they are excellent for both. I've used A/C people around the valley before, and those guys are nowhere near as comprehensive as Plumbing & A/C Medic.

Been a few weeks. . .tried drano and what else. I remembered the van and was sick of dealing with it, this morning I saw driving down the street for pipes & ac medics. Within an hour they were in my house and the issue was repaired. Nathan did a fantastic job and was considerate, professional! He provided recommendations on maintaining this from becoming an issue again and offered to examine anything else while he was still here! Fantastic customer service and fantastic company.

Well I sent him a text. However, I never heard back. So, at 7:00, I called the office and explained the circumstance. She told me that someone could be here by 10:00. Cool.
He showed up, and also fixed the problem. Yea!
Had my a/c go out late yesterday , and my normal guy could not get here before Monday (two days) morning.
I'd told the technician that I am and he would come through anytime.
Well, at about 7:25, my phone rings, and it is the technician telling me he could be here so, or within half an hour. 8-)
So, I recalled the men who replaced my main sewer line did A/C. So, I called them up and the agent told me this a technician could be here in 60-90 minutes. 8-) Well, by 7:30, no telephone and no so.
While the agents, and the techs were very polite, and the price was very reasonable (particularly for an after hours crisis ), I can't give 5 Stars due to the snafu yesterday evening.
So, I called back to find out what went on. At 8:02, the technician called and told me that he was at another clients' house. And, because my gate controller does not work, I elected to reschedule to the next morning (Sunday).

Horrible experience for this provider. Since they market to unclog a drain, $64, I called. I'd clogged my kitchen drain that day so I figured I'd call and save my husband the headache of having to clean it. Since he needed to bring resources in from his truck to clean the drain super quick service and the guy shows up in my house and tells me it'll be an additional $100. I thought for sure I'd mis understood so I asked what the $100 was for. He verified it was to bring his tools and clean the drain. WTF!!!! How else could you clean a drain. Quite frustrated they would bait and switch you.

On Saturday night we had installed two bathrooms in our house ourselves. Because of this, both bathrooms leaked (in the floor) and would not seat correctly so we predicted plumbing and ac medic. On the phone we had been told that there was a service charge of $39 for coming on Saturday, plus a emergency service fee. Jared showed up and fixed the issue. It required 25 minutes to Jared tighten a distribution line and to put in a brand new wax ring. For ac medic and the repair plumbing charged us . This is an cost and I am quite dissatisfied. I guess predatory intentions, because until Jared gave me the exact quote that he asked"how much were you guys hoping to spend this job"

Here it comes, they call me back and tell me they will not provide a quotation to me, they might have to send out a technician. The agent informs me"it works out for the customer". I'd know if this was to detect a flow or evaluate a system. When other pipes businesses have the price to replace a water heater clearly posted on their site, I believe it is hard to believe they can not provide a estimate. When they don't want to provide quotes, they ought to only say from the beginning.
I was greeted with a friendly agent, along with a pop up chat window to coincide with. The broker took my advice and told me it wouldn't be a issue and someone will contact me and provide me with a quotation.

After looking after a while called them this morning we told them we want a person to come out and eventually got through. Going through the whole procedure for setting an appointment in approx 10:30 they said there would be a person here between 4 and 12. We rescheduled to wait for them just to be called back at 2:30 to state today, they can't make it.
That is 4 hours of the day that they wasted. I won't ever call them again, this isn't the way professionals do business.

We had our drain lines replaced in the home of our 1950 and we could not have been more happy with value and the service provided the rest of the Plumbing Medic Crew, Joe and Carlos and also by Edwin. We got multiple bids from several highly rated pipes companies because this was likely to be a job and we were most impressed by Plumbing Medic. They had been the firm that sent specialist technicians to meet us to provide a quote and the firm that brought their camera to allow us look at the drain lines to see what went on all at no cost. They had the most detailed, professional bid and most professional technicians (not that people had been unhappy with all others) and their bid was $2000.00 less than the next smallest!! The work has been finished professionally without any surprises and we could not be more happy . The job may have been cluttered and invlolved alot of digging and jackhammering within our home but Carlos and Joe were shut off the work area completely so that us influenced all and clean and clean. This was as good as it gets. We're so happy! Thank you.

We had to have our sewer line hired and replaced AC Medic and Plumbing to finish the job. Our technician was fantastic, this organization's mangament however requires some work! What was supposed to be a 2-3 day project turned into a nearly 3 week project that ended which they won't fix! The manager phoned our technicians off of our job to work on other/bigger jobs that pulled our job out 10 times what it should have been. Meanwhile, our dishwasher, toilets, showers or washing machine couldn't be used by us for almost 3 weeks Imagine using a home for that long, with a baby in the home!! This ordeal cost us over $7000, if I am paying that amount of cash out here busting their butts to get it done asap, you better have your guys not yanking them off to other jobs to you! Allowing your management abilities that are inadequate to negatively impact your clients lives is terrible business!! The only reason I am giving them even 1 star is because our technician did his very best to do what he could to make sure that our job was finished despite the horrendous management and was awesome.

Extremely disappointing.
The handyman who has worked for a long time with this house happened discovered the ice sheet and came over to present himself. He said there's been a problem with the system and he inquired Plumbing Medic abandoned disassembled the some parts. Great question!
And today we received a bill ( Evidently, all of the hours spent and the calling from the more senior person added more charges?)
We receive NO cooling at the MBR, since they left. And also a massive sheet of ice created over the compressor. To put it differently, the problem is a lot.
We were having some trouble using the AC at one end of the house and just moved to the region. The MBR did not seem to be getting cool or sufficient airflow atmosphere whereas the downstairs space was chilly. I was originally impressed Trevor spent checking out things and that when he was not sure of some items, he phoned to consult. They advised us that the duct system hadn't been designed properly for the airflow required and should be entirely redone and they made some alterations in the contactscleaned ducts, etc..
We finally have a charge for more than we agreed to for the work AND no cooling at all in the bedroom.

I couldn't have asked for a much better experience.

Jose Martinez was right now, professional and knowledgeable .
He snaked the line and clearing it. He gave us advice for prevention.
We've had plumbers and previously they were not able to clear it for more than an hour.

I have discovered the hard way not to trust the opinion that price. We had another plumber come out and extent:
We were known to Plumbing Medic via our house warranty plumber. Our toilet wasn't flushing and we were told we needed a range. I let it pass, although I thought once the bathroom door closed when scoping something was suspicious. He explained we had a pipe and so as to fix it would need to demo the bathroom to get entry. If it could be fixed from the yard we inquired and he said no, it wasn't accessible. He then pulls up a youtube video showing us the how they perform a trenchless replacement. He ballparks the fix to be approximately $5400 and whatever else we have to pay to get the bathroom once it had been completed, repaired. He goes into financing options when he noticed me gasp. It felt like a tough market.
Of what Plumbing Medic told us basically the contrary. I hope others steer clear of this company and read this review. Obviously they are simply interested in making a buck, even if it means out misdiagnosing and lying a issue.

The manager that came for the 2nd time to purge the bathroom the 2nd time stated I had a new toilet and ought to have informed me the 139 I paid to have the bathrooms unclogged would be implemented when I purchased a new toilet, which I'd after that day by Lowe's and had them set up. Had I known that, I wouldn't have had Lowe's install but I did.
Okay, I'd like to update the review yesterday, that I did. All the details I composed were accurate and as accurate as I remember. The original plumber that came out was Jeff and the 2nd visit 3 days later by a manager was Edwin and another tech (I think In Coaching ).
Mike helped me as I shared any water issue I was having in another region of our garden some suggestions we'll execute in the not too distant future.

As I've given companies where I've had a issue Plumbing & A/C Medic have righted this wrong. , although I informed Mike that I would still leave up the review this updated review will clarify why I'm changing my score.
We discussed listening to the customers' needs and allow them to feel appreciated. There may be some customers whom you can never meet, but I think the vast majority of people are not that way. Most are reasonable.
Everything checked out together with what I mentioned and what I had been understanding and it had been identified with all the calls, the folks that came out to my house a range of things have been treated or communicated incorrectly by a range of individuals in the Answering Service people to the plumber into the manager.
Maybe writing such comprehensive testimonials, some companies do enjoy it as they can find areas of advancement or things they're doing well. I truly appreciated Mike coming out on site to bring close.

Something I want to include, the $64 is to get the exterior of the home which would be in the floor. I inquired why they don't spell it out on their site and Mike said sometimes it causes confusion regarding where that clog is (sometimes folks think it's in addition to the home and it's not).

Mike said he'd refund the $139, which he did, since that manager, Edwin, did not inform me of that. He was here at the time of 11:15 am, exactly on time and personally came to my house to deliver the check.

So thankful for this company and team. I called first thing in the afternoon and a tech was there in a couple of hours. We got Jared and lucked out. He was quick and very knowledgeable! I refer Jared and will spread the word regarding Pipes medic. Thanks Plumbing Medic!

Just moved into the area, called them. I was told someone would contact me within one hour and that someone would be out precisely the exact same day. I got a phone call at 4pm saying that they won't have the ability to come after the weekend. WTF. Now it's too late to call another company! Never going to utilize these people

So I knew something was up our AC unit wasn't cooling beyond 77 degrees. Had a company come out last summer and discovered it had been low on Freon. It filled and all was good. Fast forward to this May and had the same issue. The company wouldn't do anything about it in their own fix the prior year so I said screw them and looked elsewhere.
That is when I discovered AC Medic. They helped a plumbing issue and were quick and extremely helpful. Long story short it was decided I had a brand-new unit (I knowa direct kick to the pocket ). They left the funding super and the technician was almost all day at my house. Installation went sleek and their cleanup was quite comprehensive. Would certainly recommend this company to anybody with AC issue. They aren't the grapes but also the entire body of work speaks volumes.
The only reason that they don't buy a 5 star is that when describing advantages of obtaining a new unit, one selling point was if I picked one or the tier unit, I would get a rebate from SRP. I went with the middle and came back to find out I don't get a rebate. They left it at that and said have been a miscommunication when I asked about it. Just make certain to verify that part.

Kevin assessed the problem and after yanking on the bathroom found tree roots in the line which affected shower and the bathroom.
After finishing the repairs Plumbing & A/C Medic Camera Specialist came to shoot images of area and pipe.
This season before Thanksgiving we found a plumbing issue in our master bath affecting the bathroom and shower .
