A little background since May 2019 we've have four company's to our house seeing our ac. All four of those companies returned several times because they installed the first time and used bandaids to repair the problem. I will say those four companies from the beginning you could tell something was not quite right and all four of these proved my sense right they were all crap.
This organization is top notch! APES is the company if you would like the job done correctly the first time by professional and trustworthy people. They are knowledgeable and create a great first impression. Each employee I encountered was professional and knowledgeable the owner was in direct communication with me to ensure that everything was complete. Three days 8, they even completed the job. I appreciate the prompt reply, and I can see that you care about your business. However I am afraid as the difference between quotes was significant, that your company may be overcharging clients. So I would love to encourage everyone prior to deciding to get another quote, and to leave my rating because of a warning to other people.

Prompt and professional service for the quote. However they came in about $900 higher than estimates from other companies for the job, so I have to move elsewhere.

My husband and I'd A.P.E.S. out to a rental home to perform regular maintenance on the AC and Dryer vent. Many companies we contacted would not offer us. A.P.E.S. was quite prompt with all degrees of communication and was pleased to come out. Frisco and destrey weren't only knowledgable but quite friendly. Garret was delivered through our Home Warranty Company. Naturally, the oven worked when he came (we had tried several times before we requested service). He would have just left but instead shared with us that"finally" it would fail and recommended we replace. He called back and informed us would be faster if we requested the part. I checked Yelp to get a plumber who'd install my water heater out. I had some time. A.P.E.S Plumbing responded instantly to my request to get a quotation and unlike the other plumbers I cried, Ralph at A.P.E.S. explained in greater detail what his quote would insure. I guessed when they came on site, that when problems came up in the process of installing, there would likely be an up charge from the other plumbers. Ralph told me exactly what I needed to provide for their install and that I had everything ready to go the next day for when Barrett the tech came. Barrett was fantastic -- knowledgable, personable, effective -- when he finished, leaving the place pristine. I highly recommend A.P.E.S. and could use them again in a moment.

Our water heater struck a Saturday morning, I texted his guy and Ralf was at our home within 2 hours. The part that has been busted sadly had to be purchased from somewhere Monday morning, but they got the part the moment the store had it fixed and opened. Fantastic workmanship, great communication!

By A-Z, these men are the best! We'd what become a labor-intensive and somewhat complicated natural gas setup endeavor (moving gas lines, install gas equipment and gas hook-up). From the minute each bit of this experience was nice, efficient and exceptional. It was a multi-step job. Barrett (and Cody) were nice, knowledgeable and helpful in determining the most appropriate plan of action. When we were not able to obtain the right parts, Barrett went out of the way to visit numerous stores so he could find the task done (instead of me waiting days to research and order the parts online). So we'd not need to program a second service call, he came out day. We felt that the costs were very reasonable, particularly after learning maybe not a lot of plumbers would take on such a big"gas" job. Grade: A++
