We had a massive plumbing issue in our condominium. The cast iron pipes that drain our pipes were cracked and needed to be mend. Damon and his intern Nathan came and did an outstanding job! They did whatever they could not to destroy our recently remodeled unit to get those pipes. Damon is an incredibly skilled plumber and the got the work done in one day (he needed to substitute three cast iron drain pipes). The best part about working with Damon is his absolute will try hardest to not need to harm your belongings so as to access the plumbing. He saved our shower (did not cut into it as most plumbers would have), our kitchen cabinets (went around even though it made his job more challenging ), and our dressing table (only cut it without needing to tear it out - many pipes would've just ripped it out). 10 out of 10 would urge! And make sure you ask for Damon, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Love that they're open 24 hours. I requested service on Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday. They showed up immediately. The repair person was personable and knew what he do. All in all a fantastic experience.

Robbins pipes was professional and amazing. It had been last minute on a Saturday and a job which should have been simple to do with ourselves. Our water was turned off all day so I was thankful that they were able to get to us. Their tech was knowledgeable and really professional. He took the time to describe step-by-step what he was doing so that we would know for future reference. The expense of a plumber wasn't something I had been looking forward to however they were fairly priced and even gave us a small discount for getting everything taken apart. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great response time and fantastic service! Prices are a bit high but if the bathroom is leaking you cover what it costs to make it quit! Because men!!

I phoned Robins Plumbing now because I had a toilet drain clog. Janet and I talked and she set up a tech to be at my home now. Damon, the tech, came within 15 minutes of my first call. He solved my drain clog within 15 minutes. I suggest Robins Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We had a sink without a stopper in it, so it was no real surprise that I finally dropped something quite large down the hole (it was a screw-type grip that's used in jewellery bearing).
Ryan ran a little late, but he did a great job keeping me posted as to his expected time of birth and calling me. He came and fixed the sink. He was efficient, courteous, and prompt. We couldn't have been more pleased! We will definitely call Robins Plumbing for any of our plumbing requirements in the future. Great job!
I searched Yelp to obtain a plumberfortunately, I discovered Robins Plumbing and watched lots of good reviews. I'm pleased to add to these reviews! I called that morning (it was a Saturday) and was awarded a 2 hour window for this afternoon.

Fantastic job! Fixed the leak very quickly. Same day. The issue was fixed by him and checked his work.
I subtracted one star because I sensed that the woman on the phone when I made the appointment was impolite. Whereas $198 was quoted by another plumber robin's quoted me $315 for the job. I called Robin's back if they could come out to determine and asked if they could come nearer to the quote I've got. The woman told me"if cost is the only thing which matters to you, then go with the 198 guy." She said this to me. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. She did not give any excuse for the cost difference. I went with Robin's since they could come out immediately and places weren't available until after the weekend. I personally would not have them. Not a good impression of customer support from the person your clients interact with first.

I can't say enough about the service, professionalism, and courtesy provided by all workers from Robins Plumbing. We are thrilled to have been introduced to them and look ahead to not just continue phoning them for our own needs, besides providing their name if given the chance with our adjusting customers who may require a trusted plumber, Robins is going to be the call.
Our last adventure with a plumber did not go well. We were at the market for a new plumber. We knew how to help our client and recognized while at our client's house, Ryan was knowledgeable.
Finally, now our toilets were installed by Ryan. I am thrilled with the service and responsiveness we received from Robins. They call to check on the service done to ensure you're happy with their solutions. I also enjoy the loyalty program. For each and every visit you are given a sticker and you're entitled to 20. After our fixes we are close to that goal.
We predicted Robins since the day set up an appointment for the following day and finished. Talking on the telephone has been a joy. As I clarified my previous adventure, she made me feel very comfortable this would not happen with them. Ryan addressed my issues and arrived and we purchased some toilets. As the law of Murphy has it, the next day something broke into my home. This time another tech Matt came out to address the issue, a water faucet resulting in refrigerator. He took great care to fix the issue.
When completed I enjoy the fact that the tech takes images of his repair and you sign off that it had been done satisfactorily. After he finished the repair, we looked at the lines connected. We turned some of the water line valves to test them. Unbeknownst to us, the one we were worried by which was older, after we switched off remained shut. The toilet no longer worked, when we arrived down in the morning. Regrettably we couldn't wait until our toilets were to be replaced in a week or so and had to call again to have Matt come out to replace the valve.

Let me preface by saying I want to plan / coordinate far in advance any repairs that I want to have done so that I could store and have properties in various states and pick up. I phoned this business in May 2018 to ask a quotation on installing a garbage disposal (that I would buy myself and have onsite awaiting on scheduled date of setup ), on a home in AZ as I live in California and was given an installation estimate cost of $147.00. This to me was a fantastic price considering Home Depot would charge me $150.00 to get it installed.
I planned my trip out to AZ for first week in June as I would be in town for 4 days, and advised the installation (a week in advance) for the second day I was to be in town giving me time to buy the unit the first day I arrived in Phoenix, along with the workplace confirmed the install price with me over the phone. On the day of installing it informs me that it would be $187.50 to install it and I had been quoted the installation cost that is incorrect and requires me an hour!
I asked them how far in advance I want to schedule this and they told me they could install it as fast as the day later I needed to schedule the installation.
Why change tires in the middle of a race when you're winning the race moral of this story, If you discover a plumber stick together!
I had them install an external hose bib faucet that needed to be soldered on, that I bought and they charged me $85.00 for a fix Finally to add insult to injury, because of an emergency leak! So much for customer service
This left me high and dry and above a barrel with no option but to pay the cost to get the disposal! I guess Robins plumbing will eliminate a customer for life because I will never call them for service ! Since they are faster, less costly and far more upfront and knowledgeable with their own pricing, I use Belsito Plumbing. I should have stuck but because they service Scottsdale and Paradise valley area I presumed Robins plumbing was closer. Boy, was I stupid!

Contacted Robins Plumbing to reconnect a gas line to my pool heater altered the meter.
Can not beat good support! I'd use them
They put me on the next days program although was expecting to have to wait. He had been informative and friendly when their guy showed up. He advocated a pressure check and on completing that was able to get me connected.

Called Robins ago Chris showed up. Couldn't have been polite, professional, and more favorable. Did a occupation, very upfront with pricing and stuck into the price he quoted I could find. I won't appear anyplace else next time I want a plumber.
As a result of my wife's overconfidence in our garbage disposal, I wound up with a pork clog. Tried for 3 days with my pipe snakes to free it up, no luck. Called several plumbing businesses, should have gone with the one I predicted, Robins, as they were the cheapest, but me being me, I wanted to keep searching. Another company sent out someone, once the price was quoted by him, I told him to leave my house.

We had been in a pickle with a leaky water heater on a Saturday night. After getting the water cleaned up and placing in a call to our Home warrentee....finally gaining approval to seek an independent plumber.... Robin's Plumbing was called by us. Chris was at our home in under 2 hrs. He assessed the problem, gave us an estimate that the insurance provider got us back to normal with a RUUD water heater that was superior and easily approved. He also answered a great deal of questions and was an excellent resource of information about our many Plumbing inquiries....and on a Sunday no less. We are very happy with our decision look foward to doing business with them in the future and to use Robin's Plumbing. Thanks Chris!

Ryan was quite friendly and wanted to ensure that we had no queries before he left. You can tell he cared about the work he finished. The cost was somewhat higher then I excepted but somewhat cheaper when I look at websites for"crisis" service. So they are likely fair in their costs. I know although I have been lucky and have not required much plumbing help.
This is a Saturday, figured I would alter the bathroom spout since the diverter was very difficult to pull up due to calcium build up. Easy task, done it. Well as I was attempting to unscrew it was corroded into the copper pipe and that I snapped that pipe and broke it. This DIY project turned into something which was my skill set.
I phoned Robins Plumbing after looking at several companies here on Yelp. 10:47 AM the call was created and 11:33 AM Ryan with Robins plumbing as at my doorway. Since he just finished a job in a different part of the 17, it only took that long.
A quick look at the problem the way he'd be able to substitute the pipe and he managed to give me the estimate. The job was done and he was gone by 12:15 PM. Till it was fixed less and a hour and a half by the time the pipe broke.

Curteous and timely service. Brian did a fantastic job and provided lots of information that is useful too. Very satisfied:)

Known as Robins Plumbing after locating them on Yelp. They had someone within 2 hours to my house accessed the situtation and gave my worst case the best case and a'third idea' in case the second and initial scenario didn't work. I agreed to proceed and Chris managed to repair it the right way with the'best case' scenario.
Today my tub faucet broke off. . Water wouldn't turn away.

I had Damon come out in an emergency call and he was here within an hour. He was extremely trustworthy and quite knowledgeable. We had a crisis repair done fast within another 48 hours my selection. They did an outstanding job and they stopped the flow . Nowadays, I wished to thank you guys for not only giving me a military discount but also caring for me last minute and being reliable as there are not companies that were trustworthy. I will certainly use your services again. Damon and Mustafa were incredibly quick and clean and respectful. I strongly recommend this company and I thank you very much for what you guys did in the bottom of my heart. The flow has ceased and that I feel so much better!

I had a very positive experience with Robins Plumbing. I happy to have discovered them and found them on yelp. I phoned in and managed to get an appointment right away. The tech was actually knowledgeable, courteous and ancient. Covers were worn by him not to track in dirt onto his sneakers. I've never seen that the level of respectfulness before. He fixed my kitchen sink that was . He walked through the issue and what he had been doing. Gave tips when I have problems later on. He quotations and gave recommendations. There was never any pressure to do anything more than what I predicted them for. I use them again

Called them and we had a somebody arrive at the house only 2 hours later. He was very considerate and brought us Starbucks! He got to the project, found the problem and repaired it. The price was fair and no pressure to do"extra" work. Would highly suggest calling them for your plumbing problems.
