Plumbing Masters

I appreciated took the older unit out of the previous homeowner myself, and that he educated me on how to use the unit. Plumbing Masters are professionals in what they do, and that I will call them once I have plumbing requirements. When anyone asks me I highly recommend them to friends.
I'm very happy with the installation of my new water softener by Josh Vanbronckhorst of Plumbing Masters. He was friendly, useful and highly proficient showed up on time and operate. Josh went over and beyond making sure the setup worked flawlessly for my residence, so that there wouldn't be some wires in my own garage, including running a power line to your unit through the attic.

Eric was not plumber and he offered me 275 bucks and said I was not eligible for any reductions because I had used them in the last year. I didn't even ask for a discount and it was presumptuous to state that. I also scheduled two times in advance which I was given time frame 8am to 1pm which I did wait at home for all those 5 hours for them to arrive at 1:15pm. That is not very professional. I received a different pipes service done for nearly 3rd of what plumbing masters was hoping to bill. Only reason this is a two star instead of a 1 is because they kept with me in contact with them running and send a photo of that your plumber would be which I appreciate.

I feel that they had been taken advantage of and made the call. The"suggestion" was to replace both bathrooms to the tune of $3000+.
Because they were a couple miles from the house, called. $93 drain cleaning is said by website. Two bathrooms = $186. Because they used a camera to ser the main line wasn't blocked but overall was $366. Called and was told we have to"mention" the special price to receive it. It say ! Was $50-$100 for using the camera, but not $180.
On the other hand they had been on the clogs were taken care of. But their routine guy is not on holiday next time a plumbing issue arises.

Don't believe the"$93 or its free" or"$53 to unclog" gimmicks. Plumbing Masters looked in my toilet drain for two minutes and gave me a quote of $293. I thought that was absurd so I phoned a friend who's handy around the house. He unclogged it, even took my drain aside, and had it back together in 10 minutes.

Their prices are absurd. I paid just over $300.00 to have a wax ring replaced on my toilet It took the tech about 15 minutes. In addition until I brought it to his attention where time the charge was waived by him, he was going to bill me the ceremony fee. It seems a little shady that he was trying to bill the service fee when it's their policy. Why they do not give any quotations that are overall up front, I understand. I will not be doing business with them.

Until my toilet ran over march 19th 2019 I had an emergency sewer blockage, I did not understand it. It was late and had to call off work to find out what went on. Read some testimonials and contacted Plumbing masters when I could give them! I phoned them that they charged me a fee for calling after hours but I was fine with that. Approximately 2-3 hours after a guy showed up at my home. He went to my toilet took the cap off the rear cover the sewer line inside the house. He started rodding it said he really couldn't see where the blockage was. He said I want to pay upfront for them to come back with a camera and stick the home from the outside of my property. Allow me to say sewer water was anywhere inside my home and the next day when the two guys came out to rod the outside omg, the prior owners cut down the cleanouts (my an the city's sewer lines) So, they needed to eliminate the pavers and dig up all the dirt to rod the line. They opened it discovered it and rodded my lineup. Then the left,and left me with shit flowing anywhere! They did not finish the job! Do not return to wash up, wash out the cleanouts or raise them up. Reporting them to Roc.

I do a job and had Levi and Eric come out. You can tell instantly you are in the presence of a subject matter expert. They had been equally courteous, comprehensive and at no time did I feel as though they did not have complete transparency regarding what work needed to be done during their comprehensive evaluation. I'll be a repeat customer by this 1 encounter independently.

I'd plumbing masters come out to find cleanout, never really did find it but stated my pipe was compromised from origins and I must look after it and handed the 300 BUT it comes with three decades of water tank drainage. I the had blockage that is total 3 months later and again camera and black pipe with origins. Had to have it awakened for $5445. But it was roots but not my black pipe but in the connection in the town clay. My question is why in starting not alternatives and following no alternatives. After talking with different plumbers and going online I might have got this fixed for a good deal less. Get me up and going. You could always give your clients and alternative, if you're proficient in the trade.

Mike our tech was amazing. We had a problem with our faucet not functioning at all and our drain being obstructed. Unfortunately when Mike arrived he advised us that he was just notified of a few of the issues not both. Though he was just notified of one difficulty he repaired both of the issues. He went above and beyond to assist with our house when he didn't need to. He is great and provided customer service that is amazing. Thank you guys so much for helping with our house and I will certainly refer friends and family to the Plumbing Masters. Thank you Mike!!

When I called the office to ask for an itemized statement I had been told that wouldn't be possible. I asked to speak to the manager Richard, who replicated the firm couldn't offer the invoice. He did not indicate some appreciation for my enterprise, and was also rude, unprofessional.
This was after spending more than 7K in their service, surprising. Not to fret though because Roger took care of it.
These celebrities are for Roger Armstrong and he makes this business what it really is. He had been thorough to his word and my sewer line broke and provided service. Took videos and photos during. His team went above and beyond.
I am thankful I found Roger who takes pride in his team and his work, but I would have gone everywhere if he wasn't working with this business. Have Roger work in your service I wouldn't recommend.
You can bet I would have called another plumbing company When Richard had been talked to by me first.

Brian did his best to make it right. If my spouse is a nice guy, the point is not. ....when 1 hour and 40 minutes into the scheduled time you don't say we're too busy and need to reschedule. Where he had to say that no you must honor your commitment, that did not seem like an option. With that said Brian said he'd use this review for a teaching moment and I love that. Now if I could train my husband to be a jerk next moment.

In response to the owner:I'm not sure what gives you the impression. I'm the homeowner. There is not any tenant. You guys called, rather than gave me a time window failed to appear. Since I called you the only reason we talked was.

Again were great men. Plus they were quite honest about how tough the job is.

One star is exactly what this company is worth because they arrived punctually, and that's only. I had a just job to put in garbage disposal and a faucet faucet. The quotation was $789.00!!!! I about dropped. They then offered a $100.00 discount (like that was going to make me feel better). Both men that provided the quotation were"Supervisors". A plumber will be later. This firm is the biggest ripoff of the century. Comment wills file with the BBB.

Sent in a petition to get a quote on 3 Brand New toilet installations. Got a call from a nice lady from the office. Got my info, then at the end explained there was a $50 service fee (that would be waived if I picked them) I find it very absurd to charge a fee for a quote. I don't know your business, prices, etc why should I must pay? This should be stated first before anyone contacts so you don't waste people's time.

This location has some advertisements that are seriously hokey. However, I had been lucky enough to have been assigned to their plumber Jessie Green.
I suggest calling Plumbing Masters and requesting Jessie Green for your plumbing requirements. He's the best!

Same-day service with no additional fees. YES!

Woah - Firstly, Plumbing Masters was able to get me a person fairly quickly, within about 1.5 hours of phoning. The initial gentleman (Mike) was fine and recognized the problem required among their other technicians. Jessie was dispatched and I cannot stress how beautiful this man is and what kind of job he does. He's 100% the same from the moment he enters to the moment he leaves. Jessie was once did he alter his own kindness attention to detail and never my home from around 1000 to nearly 2100. The sole concern was they also dispatched the other gentleman to assist Jessie who did not seem to possess the identical devotion or curiosity (Wilmin?) And abandoned before completing. One other note, among their Managers also came to test the action (Mike) who was somewhat abrasive and claimed they'd"help set things back". While Mike helped move some things out, it is not Jessie's duty to move things back to their original location that's irrelevant to the repairs so making promises is not so helpful. In addition, leaving the repair to try and complete while he worked so many hours is unacceptable. Jessie admired for his integrity and ability and should be encouraged among their regional managers. **Note: Plumbing Masters is somewhat expensive although they guarantee their work for about ten years (both labour and parts).

We predicted to have a sink clog. That he had been meet by my spouse After the technician came. Within two minutes the price went from $93 bucks guaranteed price or it is free to over $450 bucks. Then when asked why he stated that their approval wasn't met by our plumbing. Advertising is what that is!! Bait and switch... don't use them.

We've trusted this company since 2007 and they have replaced our water heater, taps, hose bibs, the main water valve into the home, added a pressure regulator to the principal entry point, and it has been done properly the first time every time.
We adore their HVAC sister company.

These plumbers were wonderful! They came out to repair my plugged they worked hard, they were called by me to the FREE DRAIN Line and like they said it was Free!
I had difficulty and they mended two entities in my kitchen and also the price was fair in order that they would seem my home once a 35, and I joined their club membership. They will even flush my water heater for free annual, amazing A plus! thanks Plumbing Masters
