I am so impressed with all the customer support and technician support of Night & Day Air! I predicted based on a voucher from KUPD.
He conducted through what he had finished. He left me with a list of hints and pricing. He clarified the benefits of each, and at no time did I feel pressured or obligated to purchase or install some of the things and reiterating that they were optional, not necessary for the performance of the unit. He gave me handouts about the recommendations so that I research and could read the items.
I thought my check up would be wiggling a few cables, checking the ventsout the door. The ceremony was thorough and took two hours to complete. I purchased one of the recommended things, which was available on the truck and he was able to set up same day (no excess trip charge)!
I certainly recommend calling Night & Day Air if you are in the market for emergency or regular support!
Antonio took customer service by fixing my neighbor's garbage and recycle bins so the truck would be able to get his support vehicle around. This is not day-to-day standards.
Antonio was able to take my payment because the business has provided mobile card swipers to mobile devices, so he didn't even need to take my card out to the truck. I had been billed precisely what I had been quoted - charges no hidden charges, or taxes in the end.
As soon as I answered the door, I met with Antonio. The first thing that I look for is uniform, name label and look - I'm not letting just anyone into my home! Antonio had a clean, pressed uniform with belt and tucked in shirt - wow! He ceased to put to protect our carpet/flooring , upon entering. He presented a sheet which described how the service call goes to me. He asked that any questions are asked by me and prevent him. I had hardly any questions, but when I did, he explained clearly and using layman's terms so that I could follow what he was describing (not understanding a lot about A/Cs). Through the ceremony, he was very clean with his work area, noninvasive, and courteous in my dwelling. He asked to borrow the broom to sweep up.
From telephone to complete, this is a fantastic experience! I'll invite them back for our fall support, also.
Before summer temperatures that were true hit, I needed to be sure that our unit has been looked over. The CSR, Michelle, who took my phone provided their current specials and was great to speak with. She found a technician in the region, and I had support. I got a text telling I was the technician halt, and a phone call from the technician using a 30-minute warning he would be arriving.

Do not use this terrible company!
I would give this company zero stars If possible! They're unprofessional and provided nothing to me after paying them.
*Update* - I will share that the Marketing Manager reached me out While I don't change anything within my review. She was apologetic and very professional . She followed with a settlement of the money I paid them. I appreciate how the follow up was treated.
In addition, I feel that the rating for Night & Day is untrue. Customers are sent an email by them and if the review is not 5 stars, they don't print it.
The folks on the phone as well as their technicians seem fine but no one seems to have the ability to tell the truth. They wanted to charge me tens of thousands of dollars and I was told by them everything was my fault when I questioned my options. I even waited two weeks before writing this review because after coping with Night & Day I was fearful of the other company. The fantastic news for us is that the other company, not Day & Night, mended out air conditioner and we've had no problems.

I would advise reaching out to Complete Value Heating a coolingsystem. Very reasonably priced and exceptionally professional.
Terrible experience with those men. I called in the morning or 4/9 to program a time to acquire AC working (note: it is about 93 degrees now ). The lady from the office called me back later in afternoon to let me understand the repairman will be closer to seven PM (initially a 4-7 PM window). I thought this was great, rarely do You get courtesy calls like this. That is about where the top quality service stops. NO repair man showed up. The after hour man let's me know there's an extra fee for after hours service (ummm sir this wasn't supposed to be after hours however you guys dropped the ball...) therefore he shows up and temporarily fixes issue (charges me $250 to put a cable on the device ) and then air stops working 5 min after he leaves and he said he is on his way back... this was 40 min ago. I am not certain who is hiring and training their people however, this situation was an embarrassment for the company. I would NEVER recommend this company and I'll NEVER being phoning them

We've used Day & Night Air Conditioning & Plumbing on several occasions and we have been pleased with their work. They are Prompt, Professional & Reasonably Priced.

I've used night and Day a few time. I received a quote for 2 tasks ie; replace external leaking faucet and replace a mohen cartridge. He (Josh) gave me a quote that I thought was large but within my budget so I agreed to the repairs. He then moved into the shower and also replaced the faucet in about 5 minutes. After fiddling around with channel locks for a few, he said that cartridge was corroded to be substituted that we ought to open the wall and replace the valves raising the quotation. He explained that it might need to be scheduled for another day due to timing. He even pulled out the cartridge removing tool or even tried to removed it. He then charged me more (about $75) compared to the original cost that we had agreed on for the outside faucet due to"not having 2 repairs on the same trip" and advised the shower 2 days out. I had another company come out and that he was able to change the cartridge in about 10 minutes and charged me about half as much as I had been initially quoted by Josh.
This was nothing more than him trying to upsell me in order to pad his own pockets. He didn't even attempt to replace it tried to sucker me. By raising the cost faucet replacement cost due to him having to reschedule the next fix, In addition, he screwed me.

2nd review here still 5 stars. Rickey fixed my ac leak. What a guy. Shows up on time and does a conscientious job. This is the guy you want! Phoenix In all you wont find a better guy that is Hvac.

I had it serviced I decided to go ahead and invest in a new one, and as my unit is 20 + years old and needing some repairs that are expensive. I contacted several companies and found they were offered funding and the cheapest. On the day of this install, the technicians got to work and came on time. I am delighted with night and day and advocated them.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They have been servicing my unit for approximately 2 decades now and I have not felt that they have tried to pressure me into something that I truly did not require. I've had multiple technicians, knowledgeable all friendly, educated, and professional.

Friends. That's what Night & Day signifies to my loved ones. A company full of excellent characters, from the administration through every visit*. We have no hesitation - chances are high that this will extend to the their plumbing techs based on the service received to date.

My expectations were certainly exceeded by Day & Night Air Conditioning. I can not praise them enough to get prompt an exceptional job done customer service, and competitive pricing with payment options that are affordable. I urge them to anyone needing the services or new units installed.

My ac went outside at 11pm on Wednesday night. I called and was told that the earliest that they might come out was the following day but they would call at 8am to support. They informed me Rickey will be around 10:30 am in home home and called. He showed up on time, brought the equipmentthat he took his time assessing the issue, and explained. Before he left he took even more time to examine the exterior unit and discovered the demand for 4lbs of Freon and also a blown capacitor. I had another company show before the technician and Rickey totally missed the capacitor and the demand for Freon. Rickey explained might have cost me 4k and had he never assessed the unit that was outside the condenser would have gone outside in the future. I definitely highly recommend Night and Day and notably . I was told by the company it would be the day until they could find the part and fix it. Rickey drove to get it, and was back within an hour. He had our air and we couldn't have been more happy! Great job by both Night and Day and Rickey for all their help and excellent service!! Thank you.

Janes was my tech and he had been professional and personal. He placed protective covers his shoes before entering my home which I appreciated.
James really cared than him enough replacing a water heater and two valves for the efficient and great job he did.
My water heater broke down so I called this plumbing company and they were able to send a plumbing technician. .
He had been comprehensive and explained the problem in detail so that I then provided quote information and my options and could comprehend.
Look no further this this plumbing company, In case you have a plumbing issue.
I agreed to take the conditions, after discussing jr choices and James started on the job straight away.
He cleaned the place in which after the job was competed my water heater was located and even hosed down my pool deck.

Another selling point for me, saw that Night and Day donated new ac units into the AZ Humane Society. I am that is where we embraced our dog Lola from and a big supporter of animal rescue.
We had a new air conditioning unit. Icalled them along with a few different companies and'd used Night and Day before. Day and Night was at the center cost wise, but I felt comfortable with ten compared to companies. I did not feel as though I was being pressured which I actually did not want like another company. The procedure was straightforward, the techs and salesperson arrived on time, and they did not leave a mess behind. I was also impressed that the owner came to inspect the device before payment was demanded.
In general, I was really pleased.

I had an excellent experience with support technician José S. We needed to make it before replacing it although we have an 15 year-old unit, which has its challenges. Night and Day provided a quotation to me for the refrigerant gas my system proposed a sealant kit due to our slow speed of our escape, and had ahead of time. José have a couple suggestions also. At no time throughout the repair ceremony did I feel as though I was getting"offered", I always had options.
I'm just thankful we were able to cool the home off and do not need to purchase a new system with little notice.

Called at 8:30pm and Lisa put me for 12pm day on the program. I'm they called and texted with an opening that has been earlier -- Amazing support!
Finest part was the support tech who came out to carry out the inspection, Kevin Koopman. I believed it was the compressor, however, it was really the capacitor...a part that I am choosing to substitute myself. Kevin had a friendly attitude, wasn't'salesy' like a lot of service techs and was very frank. Soooo refreshing to have a fantastic guy like him . Super knowledgeable too. A real expert in his field.

I'm left somewhat disappointed, although I chose this business as a result of its rating . I'd scheduled an escrow review of this A/C unit in the home we wanted to purchase. This was a thing I had a very small window of time. The day, the appointment was scheduled for 8-12, and I passed the advice into the realtor. Fast forward to 4:00, and I hadn't heard anything from the tech or the realtor, nor had I seen any reports. Figured I would give a call to make things had gone okay. After some hemming and hawing on the side of this line, I find out that the tech HADN'T EVEN GONE to do the review.

Our experience together was not excellent.
A number of the units created strange noises, when we returned to the home. After we reached out - that they were concerned with having us buy no issue and an yearly contract to listen to we wanted them out.
Not recommended. They came out to support our 6 AC units while we're gone for the summer. They left our heating system on 70* (at the middle of the summertime!) Put to 90 * while we were gone If we had it. Our electric bill was 4Xs as much as if it had been abandoned on 90*. Until when received our electric bill, we didn't know. Total waste of money!

Service was provided by kevin in Night and Day AC now when he arrived for our AC support. He identified cuts another builder and a few subpar work had used on the unit a few months ago we had been unaware of. We could get in touch with the company to rectify their mistakes. Thank you!

We only had Joe Middleton in our home installing a garbage disposal and draining a serious clog within our plumbing lines. He stayed late, was completely professional, and kept trying until he got the work. We'd urge Joe and Day and Night for anyone!

Just love. Theymaintained and've installed systems at my house, and at my mother's, and they're instant, always reliable, clean, and thorough. Their technician, Eric R., came over Monday morning after my drain pan decided... it just wouldn't, anymore. Diagnosed, mended doodad installed, and off he went. Reasonable price, fantastic work, preventative ideas... what's not to like!!!

My score is 5 round the boards! Have not had any problems yet and my electric bill is cut in half!!! They saved me $$
I got a couple of bids out until I select. I can honestly say I learned a lot. The next man was out of the list of Craig. He was hoping to create his money and rip off people. He really did not know of some of the technology that is newest that most AC companies had like the air scrubs although brothers was following. He just wanted to sell me a Lenox, that was fine, but I needed more support. Then I called penguin air. Holy crap it made me wish to call Gorge Brazil back . Then I called and did more research. Brian took his time and explained exactly what I needed ad that he was by far the company I ran into. Not just that but they did business. Top of the Line. Nothing but good experience that is awesome . I recommend them 100% 1) Truth two ) Quaility 3) Fair prices 4) Knowledge and keeping up with the times and 5) excellent support!
