My boyfriend named Valleywide Plumbing after we'd another pipes co come outside to snake the"primary" clean out because my shower and kitchen sink was backing up into another shower. After snaking out the clean, the co there is sand on the snake not good, I will come back with a camera, he came with two other guys, they lent a repair of $6500. I told my boyfriend phone another co we want a 2nd opinion, Billy and Chris came out of Valleywide, we told them what the preceding co stated, they conducted down their camera the clean out and there's not anything wrong, the only issue is there's calcium build up on the pipes and advocated a pipe cleaner to put down the drains and a power spray $300, but try the pipe cleaner which is $30. Billy explained everything we saw on the camera, they were both very professional. I am so glad we called them, they will be used by me from now on and I will advise them to loved ones and my friends.

Was one of the very honest, fair, and useful plumbers. The price was reasonable. Very pleased with their job, and would urge them to friends and loved ones.

I had 2 different plumbing leaks that I was freaking out about a first time home owner. I immediately got a return call and called Valleywide Sunday after midnight. He calmed me down and walked me through how to turn off the water in my house until he was able to get into the house. He explained everything step by step at each phase of the fix, when he arrived to fix the leaks. ANY plumber will NOT be called by me with Patrick, from today on. He is simply the ideal. Valleywide Plumbing is lucky to have Patrick. Plumbers that are experienced are hired by them, provide great service, all at a price that is reasonable, and PEACE OF MIND. I am thankful I phoned... and you'll be too.

Patrick is one of the best plumbers that Valleywide has. I've worked to the vast majority of my plumbing issues with Patrick although they are good. Rachelle in the office is the best.

Valley wide did a fantastic job running and getting up my water heater Donnie had all back to normal within two hours and came out, plus they had to run into the storage center to pick up the heater. Thanks Valley wide.

Had a moderate flow on a Sunday evening and managed to arrange service for first thing Monday morning, which I appreciated. Supposedly the shower/tub cartridge replacement wasn't on the truck, so I paid $90 for your plumber to push off and buy the part (at an additional cost of $76). I had given the manufacturer of the shower (Moen, a common brand), and the shower was under a year old. No effort was made before the trip to determine the version, which seems strange in an era once we can only take a cell phone picture.

I have Republic insurance and they were called by me. They emailed AOC-Arizona Plumbing and Jay's Plumbing Service. . . .That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still awaiting a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) This water heater had to be fixed the same day , because I've got an elderly parent living with me personally. I phoned Valleywide Plumbing. I was told the time by him he'd be out and how much the price was supposed to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or vacation up-charges were loaded into the price. In fact, the price was greater than what I'd paid for the prior hot water tank. He said he'd pick up the brand new hot water tank out of his provider and be at my property by noon (that, btw, was around the opposite side of town from where Matthew was functioning.) I felt when he said he'd be outside like a ton of bricks had been lifted out of my back. Two hours later, Matthew was at noon at my home, right on time discussed. So as to process a refund through my insurance for me, he was kind enough to work together personally and interact with all the Old Republic Insurance individuals needing tons of information. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, wrote up the order/receipt did a pipefitting and left about. All of this was in 110 levels by the way. Matthew was kind, knowledgable, fine and efficient I had never used this company before, I'll use them for all and any services they supply. Thank you Matthew for taking some time from your vacation weekend and my family. . .it will not be forgotten and is appreciated.

We contacted Valleywide plumbing . We have used this company before and never had any difficulties. They came out and lent $700 to repair the backflow. Then they charged her$135 quote fee. They had never charged a quote fee before when my husband and I had been with her.we contacted another plumber and they repaired the backflow for $147. We contacted Valleywide as we believed they'd taken advantageof an older woman, requesting a refund of this quote fee. A few calls were made by us and they've yet to call us back. Valleywide should be ashamed of themselves for treating the older this manner.

I called ValleyWide Plumbing mid-day following my husband informed me that we are experiencing problems with our bathtub. I called and talked to Rochelle (sorry if I spelled wrong) she called me back and I would like to know that someone could be in the morning. My husband called again and said that the difficulty was getting worse,I called back and Rochelle told me that now, she would try to get someone out. She told me that Patrick was on the way to my property and then called back. ValleyWide was simple, fast and effective.

I have recently begun using ValleyWide Plumbing for a few business buildings. We had 2 back flow preventers that were diagnosed by another so called plumbing company and they said that both have been in need of replacement. I was given the number of Valleywide for another opinion and am I ever glad that I contacted them. She informed that they can in reality be mended and diagnosed the problem. Both components were repaired by casey in a savings. A great deal of integrity here.

With. They initially came to our home. When a issue was caused by one of the service men we needed to have our insurance company involved to gut out the bathroom and remodel the bathroom. Aftter months of moving back and forth the bathroom was finally complete and when we turn the shower ... clog still there. We called they stated they would come out and they simply don't show up, no call no explanation nothing. We continue to call and they come back and"fix clog" and now the difficulty that they"fixed" has our washer draining into the tub. We call to have them come out and they schedule a new appointment and nobody shows up. Not until I call to say my unhappiness they opt to send out a supervisor. They told me that the supervisor would be and out that day nothing. I waited around all day and when I phoned to discover the supervisor said coming out did not fit his schedule nobody called us to let us know that. I consented to have him come out the following day. I left work early to meet him at my home for him to show up to tell me they are pulling out of the job since they've gone"above and beyond". I have an issue in my bathroom that was due to these and the customer support was the worst that was beyond and above and I have ever dealt with in my life? Not only will I not be recommending them, I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and the AG because after additional investigation from the new plumber, the problem we're having is that the line is broken causing the dirty water to flood into our bathroom and the line has been broken by individuals serviced it last. That was valley plumbing that was broad.
