When they came out to do mend fast forward to today. Gain from attic/garage was so restricted that repairing the pipe was the idea. They could find out a means to do the repair without ripping out the tub (saving us tens of thousands of dollars). That day, the house bib was fixed, and the brand new water heater has been installed. The pricing was reasonable in comparison to other pipes. The plumber has been on, and professional time. Unfortunately, I did not have a fantastic experience with Happy Valley Plumbing. I was referred to them. I registered a claim and noticed my bathroom leaked. Happy Valley was prompt and called to put up appointment. The plumber arrived and put a new wax ring in. I believed all was well until I noticed the bathroom leaked. It appeared the leak was coming out of the tank. I called my house warranty and they re opened the promise and said Happy Valley will call me to set up another appointment or that I could call them. I never received one and waited for a call. I called them and left a message and not have heard anything. This is quite about considering. I don't think you deserve a"one star" but that I had no option.

Hands down the firm ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Receptionist was the person who wasn't consistently condescending and rude. Theyll split your fixtures and then refuse to come fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and save your money

Not sure where to start because everything about this company was only GREAT!! Long story short... had another plumber out to have a look at our water heater leaking last week. Out of nowhere we were looking at $1200+ for"dreadful" water damage to our water heater platform and mould remediation. Thankfully we decided to give Jason, the owner of Happy Valley Plumbing, a telephone. Not only did he affirm the stage was in good shape & completely NO MOLD... which saved us hundreds, but he had been on time, professional and he even left the area clean (previous plumber had left a mess) We are so happy with this company and give a big thank you to Jason. Not for being HONEST, but also for being informative and kind. We only found our lifelong plumber:)

Jason from Happy Valley Plumbing came to execute a leak fix. I have grown to take service, Normally when dealing with home guarantee contractors. . .but Jason supplied exceptional service! He was punctual, polite, and explained everything he gave me advice and did in detail concerning how to fix itself should the situation .
2nd time. 2nd time equally as great, if not better than the first. Repaired bathroom flange the correct manner (I would have made and made something function ), 2 leaking taps, and an external hose spicket. . If you'd like to have an honest and skilled plumber, for some reason, call Jason. You'll be glad you did.
I've a home warranty. They couldn't come out when I inquired (Friday) so that they said Saturday. They never called on Saturday to let me know they couldn't come out. I tried calling on and off for 5 HOURS. No reply. Then I had to wait and proceed to find they service out my request. Its Tuesday and today I'm waiting for a firm. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS.
