Advantage Air was amazing that they were very professional and knowledgeable. They came out on time, went over and outside, asked the tech to look at something in the crawl space which wasn't really in his scope of practice. But he did anyway impressed and would highly reccomend them.

Called on Monday along with the tech was able to come out Wednesday. (They would have came out earlier but I needed a technician to come later in the afternoon ). They lent me a speed. Darryl was very honest and upfront about everything and came on time. As a girl, you explained everything to me and tend to be very cautious about support folks but Darryl had been professional. I trusted him right away. My parent have an air conditioning unit that is old and he showed me everything worked fine and the unit was ready for summertime.

Advantage Air repairing and has been servicing our 14 AC units for 18 months. As a commercial company, I can not have the Air. I have found them go out of the way to make sure that we were satisfied and always quick to react. Recently we waited for a unit to get delivered. The business that was supposed to drop the unit off at our home was making it very difficult to organize the shipping, Travis the manager at Advantage Air simply ordered to go select the very large unit himself up to ensure that it would be set up in time.

Quick. Advantage Air Mechanical has serviced the house I'm leasing several times. The first was when we understood our A/C wasn't functioning 18, soon after we moved in July. They came out and got everything squared away and we had been chilled out very quickly. Eric has become the tech sent a few times and he is superb.

I would love to start off by saying if I could provide this business zero stars I would. My experience with Advantage Air Mechanical was catastrophic.
The technician did not have some in his van although Following the technician evaluated my unit I had been told that freon was needed by my unit. He explained that he was planning to call his manager and return 1 hour. That day I never heard from the technician. I tried to call many times and even left a couple of messages on the"crisis" line - my call was never returned.
My home was because of this company's lackadaisical management. I would never recommend this business.
That day my air conditioner stopped functioning on June 28th I contacted my home guarantee and was awarded Advantage Air Mechanicals amount to schedule a consultation since they had been contracted with my guarantee company. Advantage Air was predicted by me the next morning and was informed was seven days later. That I pleaded to have someone come because of it being over 100 degrees in my 25, since it was the middle of summer and was denied a appointment.

I already expressed my anger about company when my New unit didnt begin not coming out. And I called friday. But no one to call. No number.

James was the best kindest, fastest technology I have had in years. He also replaced my thermostat and begin a.c. unit outside in a short while on a Sunday.

I am frustrated. This business was delivered by my house warranty. The first service was 7 days from the first call. The technician took my money showed up and did not fix my air conditioner. When I called the office, they stated they'd send a supervisor in another 6 days out. The evening of the appointment the first time called me to let me know that he was on his way. I called the office to find out why and they said:"if you don't like it, call somebody else." So I really did.

I'm alarmed with the poor quality of service that this company permits and unprofessional nature of the employees of the company.
The business was delivered by my home warranty company. Therefore they're not accountable for quality function or client service. May 30, 2017, they exchanged my roof system and came flooding into my upstairs hall whenever the first monsoon rain arrived water. I could see daylight and skies, on removing the filter and port! They left the roof essentially open. I wasn't assigned a service technician for 5 times when I called to schedule service for the fix. I wonder what represents a direct concern for these people! The tech didn't arrive I was told the arrival window was the tech and 4 hours and similarly when the appointment came could arrive after two other appointments. I had to be in the physician in 2 hours and expressed Concern that the subsequent arrival time wouldn't permit completion of this job. The receptionist wouldn't consider bumping against my appointment at the queue or assigning a different service technician who could arrive with time to complete the fix. If I wanted a technician there within the hour I should call the warranty company and see whether they could assign a different company who had a technician accessible she wouldn't allow me to talk with the business owner but insisted. This, of course, would divert the issue and could probably not generate a solution for me. They ultimately wore me down with responses that were inflexible, inability to offer alternative solutions, and overall absence of concern to the water damage to my home due to their installation.

Used our 2-10 warranty company for heating problems. Warranty company chosen Advantage Air Mechanical. Morn was scheduled by appointment. Showed on time. The technician, darryl, was courteous, professional, and friendly. Launched problem in under 10 mins and fixed in 15 more. Explained difficulty and fix for me where and how on unit.
This firm is strongly recommended by me. I believe the majority of their poor reviews are due to the policies of AHS warranty firm...

Outstanding support!!! Thoughtful, caring and educated. Would definitely call them for their specialist services. Fixed our air conditioner, gave us great guidance for the future. Cost was reasonable for part of mind and work .

They re worked the duct re signed up us on a maintenance agreement for a very fair price, and then piped our water heater. 5 additional businesses which did not need to look at the job were called by us. Glad we phoned them.

They ended up not showing up at all. They were rude and did not appear to understand exactly what I even asked, when I called to inquire if someone came. They answered my question.
The AC in my home was broken and I had to get it fixed ASAP because it was the middle of summer in Tucson.
They gave me a four hour window for when the correct man would arrive which seemed that have 2-3 hour windows.
I would not suggest Advantage Air Mechanical to my worst enemy because they do not prioritize customer service and they never showed up to fix my AC at all.

We discovered that the air conditioning didn't work after getting a new home. We've got a home warranty and that firm hooked us up with Advantage Air Mechanical. The warranty firm maintained becoming receptive and dragging their feet. Advantage Air went the excess mile to get us squared off and awakened. I'd call them again.

This company is trying to turn their reputation that is negative in a positive one. We needs to replace a unit that is 24 year old and had an air crisis in August.
We haven't been anything but happy with their professionalism and assistance.
Today we received a followup call regarding our service as we did in August.
After assembly 3 individuals and comparing costs and approaches of other companies of a unit we went with advantage.
They had serviced our unit this past year and we were really pleased with that service was well, although I nearly didn't use them due to the reviews.
I would bet hesitate using them or recommending them.

I want to express my appreciation particularly for Andrew. He is a person that is real and really pleasant. He takes his time to explain the problems, presents the answers and does not rush. Something that maybe others may take lightly is the frequent courtesy he displays. After being in the attic, when he came , on both occasions the little mess on the ground drifted up from replacing the attic cover. In addition, he asked if he needed me to wear shoe coverings in my dwelling. I was impressed with Andrew and frankly think he to be the sort of person who moves way beyond and above!!
Obviously it's never fun and it is not fun when it is not fixed initially, but we were fortunate and patient it all worked out. I'd like to thank for making a challenging situation, better 15, Andrew
As part of the purchase of the house there was a home warranty via 2-10 Home Warranty. Our furnace wasn't coming up to temp, but the fan ran. After placing a service arrangement with 2-10 and those taking to find a service contractor, 2-10 sent out someone to check at my device. Their technician said that the capacitor required to be replaced and that the pressure change was disconnected, plus he remedied those issues. My device functioned for a couple of hours and then fan, issue running, although not heating. So I began calling at 7:00 AM, and went to call their on call person every 30 minutes until about noon, at which point I'd become extremely frustrated that I wasn't being contacted. I found contact information/email at the business for some people and went on to their website and I started emailing them. The house being as cold as it was compelled them to sleep everywhere, so I desired this remedied, however I have three young children, including a toddler, although I typically wouldn't be stubborn. Following my email, their contacted me on call person and they arranged to have a technician come out to have a look. Andrew was at my house over the hour. He proceeded to tell me that my engine needed to be replaced, it was over amping and locking out my unit and the bearings stuck and not letting the unit. Andrew let me know he had.5 and .75 horsepower motors, but not the 1 horsepower engine my unit demanded. He explained that he would let his service supervisor know on Monday if he flipped in his paperwork needed to be done. On Monday I received a call from Kelly at Advantage telling me I would need to call 2-10 to have them replace the engine and open a new service ticket, a remember ticket, to have them all come out. I proceeded to do that I had a service call set up for the next day for Andrew to appear and replace the engine first thing in the afternoon. I was called by andrew when he was 20 minutes outside and was at my house at 8:00 AM. He replaced the engine, verified that's worked and that was that.

They came out 6 days. . .Yes 6 days to try and fix my AC. When I called to try and speak to management about fixing the issue all I could get was that the receptionist who might leave a message, and someone would call back shortly. I never got a call from them. So I called the after hours service line, left seven voicemails, with no one for phoning back; the final time that my AC broke on the weekend. I see other people's testimonials that Home Shield refered most. I personally feel that Home Shield and Advantage Air are in the same degree of proficiency 0.
