Bryan was one of those sole to be reactive, but in the long run I got $600 from another outfit in San Leandro: $ 1,100 from Rescue Rooter, three quotes for the fix, and $375 from Bryan.
The plumber who came was friendly, came on TIME!!! And mended my drain fast.
They were able to generate an appointment right away and called me back right away. My mother came to stay with me this day and I actually didn't need her to need to make use of my clogged shower up.

May not be plumber, after completing a clogged drain repair and having a shop vac for 5 minutes on our kitchen 27, charged $175. This despite the website advertising $69.99 for almost any clogged drain. He does not provide a receipt, and has not returned my call afterward concerning the repair follow-up.
Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing did an awesome job in responding to my S.O.S. petition for a sewer lateral. I'm in the midst of construction and had no concept a sewer lateral was needed based on new Town of Oakland/Public Works rules. Brian of Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing provided an estimate, responded same day and pulled the licenses on my behalf! They are competitively priced and they put to make sure I passed inspection and to get the job done. I'll certainly use them again.

I reached out again, trying to give them a second chance to commit to time and a date for a quote. Were told by the owner: I'm not interested in working with you along with your"attitude". Good luck with plumber hunt.
Brian was professional and extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what was wrong to cause the flow under our kitchen sink, and following my fiancé attempted a few things himself to no avail, we phoned Mr.Fix it Right and they sent someone over. Brian got the job and arrived early! Brian was kind in explaining what would repair it and what he saw and answering my questions. He gave me instructions about what to watch for if there was something we could not see at the moment and had the parts. He ran after he completed the job a few tests. Would certainly recommend Brian and use him!
Great Service! Quick Response. After calling around to numerous plumbers in my field I needed. The service was quick and he didn't leave until the project was complete. Even called after to make certain everything was fine.

Bryant came to save us from our flooding kitchen sink. 1 day that our kitchen sink got clogged and water began to come up from the drain, leaking via our dishwasher into the floor. Thankfully, we were home to see it start leaking. It was a huge relief to have a working drain. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He is strongly recommended by me.

I told you to leave because I would not pay the higher amount and was mad. I actually didn't think the cost you quoted was always too large snd if your advertisement didn't promise $69.99 to get ANY CLOGGED DRAIN, I'd have happily paid it. It had been the advertising that is false I would not tolerate. I see now that you have upgraded your ad to say"with proper access." That is good.
Mr. Fix It advertises all over its website and on Yelp it charges $69.99 to get ANY CLOGGED drain. I'd certainly put that at the"any drain" category. Brian came out this afternoon and told me he would only cost the $69.99 to get a clean out drain. For my shower clog, over twice would charge. I will not work with a company which does bogus advertising. That is dishonest.

Owner Bryant personally responded to my call. Came inside 25mins. Saw the issue and fixed the choke from the bathroom straight away with all the snake. Within 15mins everything began working good. No more plumbing issue. His speed was reasonable. I would advise Mr Fix it Appropriate for an honest and reliable plumber.

We predicted Brian in for what we thought was a basic drain clog. After thorough assessment with cameras and snakes he found we had issues in 2 underground pipes. He obtained one fixed on the place, as he had to get the backyard awakened under better weather conditions and for following date we scheduled for another. He was prompt, responsive and got the work done. I recommend!
Best believe we'll be calling Brian to get a third time, if this plumbing contractor does not mend their sewer lateral work.
First was a couple of months ago to get a to learn that the six year old sewer lateral was offset and creating the issue. Brian fixed the back-up and quite clearly explained how the offset occurred. We're so impressed we called him back to get an sewer lateral inspection along with a clogged sink to take to the plumbing contractor. Brian came out the same day and was done with both things in an hour.
Brian finished his next service call with us.
A quote that is requested received one fast and online. Bryant P. responded with $275.00 to substitute a toilet and angle stop valve. I would offer angle stop, wax ring, the toilet, and nozzle. I called to set up the appointment and whoever answered said that it was Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing, and not with whom I had been speaking. I told he quoted me $275 for the occupation and repeated it to him he gave his own availability for that day and raised his quote by $150 on the phone for exactly the identical job.
I have hired Bryant from Mr. Fixit a number of occasions over the last few years and always had a positive experience. His fixes have lasted and his prices are reasonable for a plumber in the Bay Area. Yesterday (a rainy Sunday), a renter had a backing-up bathroom and another firm (Mr. Rooter) wanted to charge $750 to snake it and $350 to replace the wax seal if necessary. I'm so glad I waited till Mr. Fix-It, Bryant, would come on Monday. So I saved $500 $ 250 to snake the toilet billed! (and he said if he'd had to replace the wax seal he would have charged $175 for that - half of the cost of the other guys) Additionally, he showed up when he said he is a wonderful man, also would. Thanks so much, Bryant!

I had a clogged drain and called and talked with Bryan this afternoon. He explained that he'd arrive within the hour and that he had been courteous, very punctual and professional. The screws which went into my drain cover were previously stripped and until he began to function that he explained to me that there was a high probability that the screws weren't going to be useful once he removed them and he explained that I may have to go buy a new drain cover. I really appreciated he made sure that I was okay with the further purchase I may have to create if he continued to complete the job.
I would advise Mr. Fix It Rights' services and I will definitely use them again later on if necessary.
