We had two people from Guaranteed Plumbing come outside to give us quotes on many different plumbing projects around our home. I never return, no response, no follow-up and sent pictures and dimensions of this after we discussed how the endeavors. I called about a week later and left a message about the details of my project and I was still waiting to hear with Ryan. He promised me he'd call me back, but he didn't. No word. I am extremely disappointed.
We'd worked together with Guaranteed Plumbing many times and had good experiences, yet our most recent experience was so incredible unprofessional that I am driven to write a review.

We've used Guaranteed Plumbing 3 occasions . The first two times were great adventures. The job was completed in a timely manner and we were very happy. Why we didn't hesitate to get hold of them a third time, That's, I wish we hadn't.
That time Chris was coped with by us and we were very disappointed. The faucet that was set up was loose inside a month of setup, it was a quality Moen. In the time Chris told us that they are tough to install. He said it's because it was a two man job??? When we complained, they did return into charging what we were originally quoted, but I was left feeling like they just tried to make cash.
Unfortunately we will not be back. This was a year ago and we've found other, plumbing services that are more reasonably priced.
Additionally, when Chris lent us to get a sewer lateral replacement the quotation was $9000 more than the closest competitor (a regional reputable company ). So almost double the going rate.

These are not your guys and gals, if you are looking for the plumber that is cheapest about. But if you would like an existing issue solved, or a new construction project completed quickly and cleanly without issue, failed inspections, attitude or excuses, sign up them.

I spent some time describing the issue and looking at the gear with Chris (the tech ). The results of the work Guaranteed Plumbing performed have not met our expectations. I have been disappointed with all the replacement equipment they used. Guaranteed Plumbing disagrees with my assessment. Must be one reason we have never heard back from the main office. I'm considering having it redone in my own dime. I personally wound't urge Guaranteed Plumbing to family and friends.

Guaranteed Plumbing has been a seller for our Property Management Company for many years and we've been satisfied with their service. Travis within their gas division is useful, easy to work with, and makes an attempt to save to money. So refreshing. I plan to utilize Guaranteed for All my Pipes needs today, based on my experience with Travis. We called him out of an earthquake searching for outside e & pg meter. He managed to estimate based on a photo via text and was financially comparable to other businesses (however much more flexible to schedule).
