I have called Joseph asking to clean a clog in my plumbing. He dispatched Albert, who came along with"snaked" my plumbing completely and pulled a small kitchen towel in the pipe! The job has been done. Subsequently Albert also helped me clean up my bathroom faucet.

The essential work was done professionally. The plumber (Andrey) came on time and didn't take very long to replace the old faucet and kitchen disposer. I will for sure reach out to the company and recommend it to friends if I need to receive any plumbing work done again.

Joseph and his staff were very easy to work with and fantastic. Joseph came in dug things up, set up a new system and the made sure that the tenants upstairs were never interrupted. He awakened concrete to put in new pipes and had a company come in using a small tractor and clean the concrete up and haul it away....nice! . As for working on the cost with you he was very flexible and NOT MONEY HUNGRY just like lots of other companies. He provided options where I pay by credit card or could make payments over a time period. Most important of all the inspector handed his job the very first time. Most striking of Joseph knows his stuff and keeps his word. I've a brand new Plumber who I'll call for any needs on my other properties.

They do excellent work at fair prices..normally, they are able to stop by the exact same day to check what functions need to be performed. They replaced two water heaters for me..one on New Year's Eve day..super last minute petition but they came out and handled everything same day. I strongly recommend their services!

Terrible Customer Service out of Chris and Kriti.Worst customer support should you ever need to address them.
I contacted them Jan 14th to receive a quote. They sent over a technician (Oleg) who encouraged us to provide them our old spa unit to find a replacement. Gave me a receipt of carrying our old gear. I need to continuously reach out to them for each Jan, Feb and April and they provide a run around until I eventually get a quoted price of 3780. I requested to find a split price of just how much is the unit itself and just how much is the labour. They were unable to provide the price of the unit to me since they are received by them at a discount by the supplier and they mark the price of their units they market higher up. I received a quote from other builders all confirming a lesser price. After 4 weeks they decide to bill me a service fee without prior knowledge of this fee. I found out they had afterwards"discharged" the old unit after requesting it back.

He gets into the occupation and is very experienced in the craft, he carefully inspected everything in regards to the requirements of this job to be performed and completed it to our satisfaction.

Delegated by home sears guarantee of my rental properties. The business like these, since this service alone is a SCAM. They don't show or when show, only get the deductible and leave without doing anything. These guys showed up and maintained the leak need a leak detection company and isn't available. Lie... I called a top rank and responsible company, went there and fixed the issue very quickly. The difficulty was that the dishwasher that has been newly installed. These guys simply got the $100 deductible and bailed on the job. Why bother right? I'm moving to sue these guys and Sears. Stay tuned. Company like these without understanding of regulations and any law, think this is off of business. They do not know what exactly does it mean accepting cash and what commitment means. AVOID cut the hassle and THEM.

We've experienced Chris Plumbing do cleanings for our laundromat. We requested that our drain cleans following cleansing the drains for the remaining portion of the shopping centre they do. This assures us of their ideal cleaning. We requested they do out the cleaning to their electricity wash line's complete length. This makes sure it is fully cleaning. They do it very reliably and efficiently.

A godsend. God knows what from the drain, shortly afterwards was being spewed by Among the showers at our construction, we developed leaks under the pipe. Among those 3 plumbers who arrived gave us a $10,000.00 quote to repair the issue. Chris pipes came out. They kept going and repaired it despite breaking a tool in a bid to clean our drain! The cost was much less than the quotation supplied by another plumber. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I tried to work with Chris Plumbing to fix a Thermasol spa unit. Chris Plumbing is an authorized local service provider for Thermasol. After agreeing upon a time and scheduling an appointment, the repair technician didn't arrive during the window that was agreed upon. Chris Plumbing informed us that the time required to be rescheduled for later in that day when called. The repair technician didn't appear for this appointment. They informed me that it was my difficulty, as I tried to work with all the Chris Plumbing customer support team. I recommend you to consider any plumbing support.

I always use plumbing. I had my plumbing problems are fixed by them over the last couple of years and I needed them add an extra toilet. They also installed a tankless heater heater and upgraded part of my plumbing to 3/4 aluminum. Quite pleased with their work. They do operate in SF.

Chris, of Chris Plumbing, came out to install my brand new bathroom vanity. He did a fantastic job, even upgrading some parts. He was very educated, efficient and courteous. He took away the old fashioned vanity and cleaned up everything! This is my third and decent experience with Chris Plumbing and that I can now state that I have a personal plumber!!

Purchased a water heater in Lowe's. The installer did an expert job in about 4 hours. However, he did not provide a license that I was charged for saying he'd mail it for me, which just never happened. I receive a letter in the city stating that the license would expire. I had about a week to have before the license expired, the town inspector come. I am downgrading the inspection for the consequent hassle although the job has been well done. The work should never have started without the license on the assumption.
