Came out to my Mother's house fast and fixed the problem right away. Professional and courteous!

Support from Benicia Plumbing. Patrick came out as our new kitchen faucet to our call had come loose from our initial installation 4 decades ago by another corporation. Patrick needed to cut a timber segment beneath the countertop & the faucet wouldn't seat properly. Patrick called the manufacturer and got the correct parts to be shipped to us Errol, and he & his supervisor completed the last installment in a quick & efficient manner. We certainly would recommend calling Benicia Plumbing for your pipes need - !

Benicia Plumbing. Quick appointment. Kevin is a sweetheart and arrived back to find leak was from a different plumber installing the drain pipe. Purchased a new garbage disposal because it was 9 years old. They are not the cheapest but the best. You get what you pay for.

We've been in Benicia for 9 decades and have had the chance to use the help of plumbing contractors. Historically we have been impressed with the services of Benicia Plumbing. The technicians have been courteous, professional, and their costs seemingly fair. My view today isn't the same.
I received a call in the office up resulting in the late entrance. A couple of minutes later the scheduled technician called and supplied another set of conditions that resulted in the delay. I loved that a telephone was received by us at all.
As we will need to have the line snaked 22, I will be calling another service supplier in a couple of years.
What has impacted my view of Benicia Plumbing are the rates. When I received the quote for work, which they would not provide over the phone ahead of the tech arriving on 27, I passed out. Historically this service has cost us about $150.00. The quote I received was over double that speed at a price of $315.00. I managed to negotiate a slightly lower price for $260.00 but this is much greater than I think ought to be charged for the support we wanted.

Price $150 only to come out (writhing he town of Benicia) the substitute some washing machine hoses. Then charged an extra $100 for hoses that they cost around $20. Ridiculous.

We chose to return to a 40 gallon water heater. It entailed transferring water lines and gas lines plus venting. Doug was an expert in every sense of the job. We contacted Benicia Plumbing on Monday, call them on Tuesday to let them know what we'd chose to do and Wednesday Doug was here. Also want to thank Cheryl us scheduled to install the water heater. We couldn't be happier. Water in the last. Glad to support our Benicia Plumbing company here in Benicia.

Booked a consultation between 1 and 11. I needed to call at 1 for them to tell me because he had not shown or called only it was going to be another hour. On top of he moved to the residence. When he got here he looked at the exterior faucet I desired replaced. It leaked and that I wanted it replace using a ball tap and to remove a portion of the pipe which was not required. Spent 15 minutes messing with his tablet to quote me $500 to replace hour worth of work and a and about. Ridiculous. Oh let's not forget that I had to pay $60 for him personally to become and hour , spend 20 mins developing a quotation which had 2 items on it I didn't do, then spend another 20 minutes trying to run my credit card.
Horrible service and they ought to only paint the side of their vans with a Jolly Roger.

My email has been rejected because th email"only accepts messages from folks in its business or on its let senders list..." I'm not on the list. I take this to mean that they aren't interested in my feedback so I'm submitting it here.
I have had great service from Benicia plumbing previously, but this experience has definitely ensured that I will be finding someone else to look after my pipes needs next time.
Excessive charge for a 20 minute job. If he was not already there, I would have paid more but I guess the charge included transportation time. Normally a lousy attitude. He acted as though he didn't care and was upset to be there. I do not expect a plumber to become Mr. Personality but I really do expect basic courtesy, friendliness and communicating.
Unbelievably arrival with no excuse or explanation. Plumber was not told in advance because it was a call back, that the fix was no cost .
My email was very long and detailed . These are my problems with the support that I received:

Took 4 days for these to"complete" the 3 things above and at the close of their 4th day the man wouldn't stay to make sure the laundry had been draining properly, but stated if we had any difficulties in the next 90 days they'd return to snake it again.
(3) Snake laundry sink/washer drain (we had water coming to the laundry sink when the washer emptied ).
The following day (4 days after they"finished" the job) I smell gas near the outside of the garage and discover a small GAS LEAK coming out of the meter where BP tied in. I have to call BP to fix. To their credit, they really do come to correct the flow that same day and free of charge (as they should!)
Following Benicia Plumbing (BP) functioned at our house, we had RAW SEWAGE coming up in our toilet and also a GAS LEAK.
The washing machine runs, 3 days later and during the drain cycle, RAW SEWAGE comes up in our bath toilet and shower. I call BP and they say we could wait or call Roto Rooter and they are booked solid for the next two days. We call Roto Rooter. BP calls back later and says"Good news! We can come correct it now / today. Bad news, we'll need to charge you" I said no thanks, and proceeded with Roto Rooter.
In general disappointed with the standard of work and lack of customer support and follow through by BP. No apology was ever made or any endeavor to compensate us for the expense to complete their job (actually they needed to charge us again!) . We disputed the amount we paid Roto Rooter to come correct what BP was supposed to have fixed, but instead made much worse (Before: dirty laundry in laundry sink. Following: RAW SEWAGE in toilet ) they just pushed the clog farther down the line and into a worse position. I needed to take multiple days off work to be there to allow them to"work" and then wasted additional days for repairs into the"job" they performed.

(1) Remove existing Water Heater out of laundry room inside house and replace with new Tankless Water Heater to be located in garage.
It is shocking to me that a business would allow poor customer services. They were hired to"fix" a problem and in the end they really made the problem worse and they were not concerned at least, just wanted more cash to come"fix" again. I can forgive mistakes made at work if the contractor arrives to repair their job when problems arise, but BP did not and because of their lack of concern and blatant disregard for client satisfaction I won't ever use them or ever recommend them. In the end we were finally credited the money back we paid Roto-Rooter, but this was a hassle. Never again.

Rip offs! Called with a plumbing emergency on Mother's Day and it is $475 to emerge. Forget until a plumber will come out during the week, it will turn off the water main and wait. The previous time I had them they wanted to bill me $467 to put in a garbage disposal - A garbage disposal that is $99 so $368 in labour and the guy was taken 40 minutes by it. When I called and complained about the cost (which is $368 per hour) they reduced it to $319, overall. Only price caked whenever they can and I am freaking tired of it - I've used them a few times and their costs have gotten absurd, though they have done a fantastic job. DONE together!!! Rip offs!

I used Benicia Plumbing for installation and a toilet issue of two new toilets. I was amazed with how friendly, professional and knowledgeable the two plumbers were. If we have plumbing needs in the future I will call them again.

We needed to leave and from the time we'd returned the work was completed.

Prices, attention to detail and reasonable hours.
The technician, Greg C., did an superb job assessing and replacing the water heater. He also set up a catch basin and a water exhaust pipe through the exterior wall of the garage, so the next time the water wouldn't flooding the garage.
Night we called on Sunday and BP needed a technician at our home from 9AM Monday.

That I jump in the shower, husband is at work and kids leave for college, I hear bubbling in the toilet. !!! I freak out, afraid I won't get it snaked because of insuing storm. I called every company I have ever used and had been told a day later or I could pay overtime rates tonight. 1 company told me they'd tell me the cost when they got here. Um no.
Alrighty'all. If you read my reviews you're well aware I have used a plumbing company. Lately the water in my house has been with temper tantrums.
THIS has been BY FAR the most friendly and responsive service. No negative at all, no more upsale, no late series.
I then adored RIP Robert, his company and remembered that a neighbor of mine ages. I called Benecia plumbing with minimal hope and sweet woman on the telephone, want I recalled her name, answered me with a"I could have somebody leave the store in 15 minutes"!!! WHEW!
Greg arrived promtly and smiling. He had been good at his job and thorough. The next time you're my very first call!
Now, bring on the rain.

Again Benicia Plumbing has come to the rescue! Each time we have a plumbing emergency they done quick and expert work and have provided support. This time we had Patrick come over and Benicia Plumbers staff like all he had been polite, professional, proficient and considerate of our needs. They take pride. The rates are fair for professionalism and the caliber of their work done. Im glad to know they'll be there for the next"emergency".

These men are the I got a call in my home management company saying there was a large water flow before my home and needed to take care of ASAP. I had them call Benicia Plumbing and so were out there the day. Patrick was very maticulous in discussing the details of exactly what the problem could be. He had been quick to answer some queries I had and was patient with my queries. Long story, short - Patrick was abler save us $3000 and to patch the issue that is immediate. This buys us a while to spare for it, although We'll still need to replace the pipe.
I'll only use Benicia Plumbing together with my units. They are trust-worthy and get the job done right the first time. I'd recommend them to anybody. Thanks again, Patrick!!

I reside across the bridge in Martinez and telephone Benicia Plumbing for my plumbing requirements. Lately we had an problem with tree roots obstructing our main sewer line. I called Benicia Plumbing the afternoon we started experiencing problems and they came out and had the obstruction apparent within a few hours. This provider saves you time, money, and a lot of hassle. This is a truly fantastic company run by people that are excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Benicia Plumbing.

Mr. Massood, we are extremely sorry as it seems we made a mistake. Our plumber received your request for a price to repair a pressure regulator that was broken. Our plumber immediately returned your phone and there was no response. However, we realize he dialed the wrong number. As you can see from the phone log of his phone, he had been very busy with emergencies. Since he was along with other emergency calls pending, on a telephone, he didn't attempt to phone you back. Since the message he received was that you wanted a price to repair, he prioritized his crisis calls. Had he predicted the amount, he'd have referred one as we wouldn't have managed to look after you. Please take this excuse and let this be the final word on the matter. Any unwarranted negative comments regarding Benicia Plumbing will be considered defamation of character and actions will be pursued.
I submitted this on nextdoor and second thing was the messages to blaming me that the client's fault that they never served my request from management. At the end they threatened to sue me.
Ms Heidi Benjamin - your statement here shows your attitude still. But you're saying lying client. As owner/Manager of this business you're currently encouraging the worker without checking the facts from their statements.

We had a major leak on our main lain from street. I just found it when I arrived home Friday night and promptly called our area's"Benicia Plumbing" for emergency assistance. The facts were taken by the woman replied and said somebody will call me back again. Its Monday evening around 5:20 pm. Until now nobody from Benicia plumbing hassle to call.
Below I'm posting the management's response.
Your attitude is what most of the customers mentioned here. "RUDE SERVICE" supporting lying worker to create a client lier."
MY CALL WAS FOR HELP TO GET REPAIRED. They will find a way to blame the client for their error, Because you are able to see their approach towards client.

Thanks for those who've verified Benicia Plumbing, Inc., within this string of emails! This community is wonderful! For those who really want to understand, this is what actually happened: Benicia Plumbing, Inc., received the telephone after hours through its answering services. The message was Mr. Vydyarakath wanted an estimate to repair a broken PRV. His message was NOT,"I've a crisis - my water support is broken and flooding my house. Our experienced Service Technician who had been on call returned Mr. Vydyarakath's telephone call; however, our Service Technician didn't leave a message when Mr. Vydyarakath didn't pick up the phone... that he had been in the center of 2 other emergency calls at the moment. If Mr. Vydyarakath had answered the telephone, our Service Technician would have stated he wouldn't have been able to help Mr. Vydyarakath at the moment and our Service Technician would have referred Mr. Vydyarakath to Up two Code Plumbing. Benicia Plumbing, Inc., stands firm with its motto of"People Taking Care of People"!"

Benicia Plumming was called by my husband . She told me someone would get back to me. Errol left a message and called me 2 days later. I got no response and called him. Came out of vacation upon my return I called two times. Errol finally called on Wednesday to tell me he had been too busy to talk to me. Apparently Benicia Plumming has so much business that they can blow their potential clients??? off

Called Benicia Plumbing to substitute the main cut (with back flow) to my entire backyard irrigation. I could not have been happier with Kevin. He found that the most reasonable way to do the project, purchased the component, also it was set up 2 days later....all for about 1/2 the cost that the majority of the previous reviews claim to have been charged. We've used B.P. every time we've needed a professional plumber to your 30 years that we've lived in this home.

Benicia Plumbing has done jobs for me, my mom and my job. On time, professional and quality work. What more could you ask for? They could be priced a little higher than others, but you get what you pay for!
