Bill is great! He ran a gas line and water to an outdoor BBQ and did an wonderful job. He was timely and professional. In addition, his prices were reasonable and fair. He will for sure get more business from my customers and me.

My English is not really good, I was trying my best explained to him what's happening with my bathtub, he gets really rude rise his voice and saids I really don't understand what I am doing? Of course I don't understand. I will fix it my self, if I understand! I requested him to come take a peek at it. He explained if they return he have to perform the job! When it's a sensible price! I have other guys come yesterday, look at it. Not rude like him ! He's currently assuming I find a handy man does not understand what their repair my bathtubs! He's guy!!!!! and races Good luck with your Business!!!!! ( he does not do free estimate and going to your home offer you a price! I'm very close to him! Since he believes I'll have others do the job!!!!!! He assuming and accusing his customers!!!!!!! And he's too busy! Do not find him. Good luck with him guys! )

Bill came punctually. Upon arrival, he was considerate. He crawled under the house in a not-so-amenable crawlspace and made a comprehensive review. He gave me a detailed, written quotation which seemed sensible. This was: he invested over two very hard-working hours in a difficult distance; he went beyond what I anticipated by incorporating in an easy-to-access opening to the new pipe that he substituted so that when it has to be snaked, it can be done from outside of the house, not under the crawlspace. It's this sort of detail which places'excellent' craftsmen, contractors and repair persons apart from'good' professionals.
Upon reading these Yelp! Reviews I thought I would give also a Call Away and Bill a try using an pipe issue in my house. The reviews were right: Bill is not only a fantastic plumber, but he was incredibly fine, hard-working, reasonably priced and hard-working.
At the work's end, he explained me everything cleaned up, and guaranteed his work for a year.
I'll keep his contact information if work is needed by me.

Then he became very rough when I asked to get a tiny little discount since he can't complete the job withing the afternoon (it was 3:00PM) and the situation required to snake twice if he have to return next day. He then refused to give service. It sounds to me that negotiating price is a joke. My renter told me if payment can be collected by him from me, that Bill suspected. What?!
I called"A Call Away Sewers & Plumbing" for sewer service. My call was answered by bill and he had been very nice after making the appointment.
The new rooter charged $600 only for its service, in comparison to"A Call Away Sewers & Plumbing" who quoted $905 to fix the problem.
BTW, I have to call another rooter. The new rooter installed a clean outside and snaked the sewage (same task ). The problem was fixed within 2 hours (4:30PM ~ 6:30PM). My renter was joyful.
Anyhow,"A Call Away Sewers & Plumbing" is in my list now.

Bill is both a gentleman and a superb plumber. I have dealt with some idiots in this area getting someone like him is a genuine gift. He got without much to do and showed up at the designated time. The flow was pretty good sized, but he had it fixed in a brief while and advised me the way to prevent mold etc.. Gave me and didn't stray from that figure. I have asked about my second venture which will be a water softener for my house. He also checked the remainder of my pipes while out in my rental which helped me to be comfortable about tenants coming in. Great man, and fast and efficient.

We have utilized A Call Away for many years and they kept us from being ripped off. Bill came out promptly and put a camera line that showed our sewer was in good state, saving us thousands of $$. We bought an older home in Concord which did require the sewer lateral managed this project satisfactorily in the City of Concord and also my neighbor that was uncooperative, along with A Call Away replaced. I can not say enough good things about A Call Away.
