Quick update - I started having an issue. I phoned out his team and Nick and we decided that the difficulties were a water pressure regulator out of the town piping a busted solenoid within my sprinkler system, in addition to end of things itself.
Nick looked after both issues - though neither was any direct fault of his - and - requested for a handshake at the end. This is above and beyond service.

Came home on a Friday night with all the kids in La Crescenta and discovered that the water line in the road had burst. Shot out quotation requests through Yelp and was told I had to replace the whole 70 ft of pipe and drop almost 5 grand on the undertaking.
Ben from Free Flo stopped by and, after inspecting the whole line, revealed that the rest of the pipe was in good shape and only the one section required to be replaced. With 30 minutes of chatting and work me and my dad through what he do, we had the water running .
Want to say thanks to Ben and the guys at Free Flo. Because of your honesty and work ethic, when the time comes to replace that line will probably be calling you!

I would like to genuinely suggest Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing for their latest service.
I have had many businesses suggest snaking the entire home, but NO ONE confessed that if that was done, to OLD pipes like mine, could break the sewer line because of the full force hitting they or the fracture the obsolete iron pipes under the home. SO they'd have snake I would have paid them to split it, then had to call someone to fix it!
Thus, Nick will return Monday to do the line to the sinks/showers/laundry / baths under my home. I am sure I'll have yet another long, draw out stellar review that is hopefully helpful if the experience I have with the job is something similar to the machine
Nick arrived early (called me asked if that was ok of course), that I was glad about. Nick gave me approaches to fix it, recognized the matter, and suggested upgrades that could be addressed, which I completely concur. Nick completed, and that I inquired about snaking a toilet sink that had a slow drain. Nick asked questions. However, I understood the problem wasn't clogs, but the overall condition of the pipes. I purchased my home from the original owner's family (I am the only person to live here, built in 1953), and I had upgraded pipes, and the electrical (No 3 prong outlets existed).
I had a problem with a sudden leak that is bad in my PVC Sunday, linking to my washing machine. They responded promptly. I followed up with an image, along with the appointment was set for Thursday morning (It wasn't an emergency, therefore I did not wish to take them away from calls that were).

When they were performing the task, they were teaching me what is the issue. Helped me out with putting in a brand new pipe and filter to the sink. Very help that was beyond and above. Nick was the one that helped me out and I would recommend it to repair their problems within this 29, to the next person who needs any plumber.
I have never referred to as in my life and I'm usually a DIY kind of man before I call in for assistance. However, since I poured in Drano and my sink clogged, I was like damn. The Dranos gon na burn my skin, if I try taking it apart. I called in on a Saturday night at 9:30pm (literally they take 24/7 seriously) and they helped me out with my plumbing on a Sunday afternoon!! Pipes places do not have that prepared and I was simply blown away with general friendliness, professionalism, and their client support. I would strongly recommend these guys for plumbing.

FFRP was fast to react to my request for quotes. While they could not really provide a quotation before checking out my scenario (reasonable) Ben showed a couple of hours later within the window.
My home was built in the 40's and it has grown and been remodeled several times. The 1 thing that has never been upgraded was the main sewer pipe. Over time, which induced drainage issues, roots and gunk have built up as a result.
Ben quoted me a price which was MUCH lower than other outfits have quoted. Pleased with the quotation, I let him used the jetter to wash out the congestion in just a couple of minutes and go to work. During some testing, we determined that there was blockage near the kitchen, that was a different section of the home. The cleanout access has never been touched in a couple of decades when Ben tried to take out the cap, and it would not budge. The cap had to sawed off in the end. Ben used the jetter for the second time and sew to your magic!
Nearly all plumbers would've doubled the original price since the cleaning was additional and required more work. Ben stuck.
Quick and effective service at a price that is reasonable. I could not have asked for more.

Finding anyone to do work is a nuisance. You do not know if they are going to overchargeup market, make it worse, be undependable etc..
They knocked out the job in a little over one hour. Changed out my kid's shower and now it's fresh and not leaking anymore... hooray!
A week later they came at their install time, I was the one running sorry men!
3 words for Steve and Ben, honest, reliable and reliable. Ben had an eye infection which did not prevent him. If that was me, together with one cough, and I'd be like I am sick, calling out, can't get the job done.
The first time they came by to give me a quotation, once they were completed, we had like a 20 minute discussion about subjects, taxes trump. These men would be the SH$@! Literally
I highly suggest Free Flo for almost any of your plumbing needs Steve and Ben, they will not overcharge and are aware of what they are doing.
I found Free Flo through yelp & idea let me get a couple of quotes. I have a normal plumber, so I based it from the estimate. Free Flo let me see how I could beat that and said, gave me the specific same estimate as my regular plumber! I am all for saving a dollar! Sold!

Free Flo was amazing! On time, finished early. Fair work and pricing! Anthony could not have been nicer or more professional. This is a great experience. We are already working on a day to move to the next plumbing job. Don't hesitate to call Free Flo!! We couldn't be happier!

Rather than performing him trying to up sell me things along with a repair like the plumber told me to perform I didn't need to do. Nick explained that the pipes were all put in when one moved out they all were going to go out shortly and went and took photos of everything I was not able to see. Rather than performing a repair on a section and finally spending money by doing this he gave me a cost.

Found these guys on Yelp that was trusty and I'm happy I did. I decided to proceed with Nick and Free Flo Rooter after getting quotes. The drain and sewer specialists if you want my opinion. I decided to go together because trust was established and Communication was comprehensive with all the owner Rafee on yelp after plumbers offering me choices with price points ranging in a variety of ranges.

They came on time and communicated every step of the way. His crew and josh were nest and clean about the process. That is such a great company and they are adapting. Customer service is a priority and it's reflected in their interactions and work. The job was.
It helps also that Josh and Anthony are dog lovers.
What group of guys and a business to work with! They were a blessing at short notice. We had a gas leak by the pipe by the gas meter. Anthony contacted me since he got nearer to the house and came out. This was awesome since it was a Friday afternoon.
The moment he came, he traced the gasoline lines scrutinized the pipe, and given me a quote soon after. Considering this was an emergency since the gas was shut away, it was awesome to hear that they complete the work and might come out Saturday.

The day comes and Nick arrives prepared to start. I appreciated them laying paper on the floor given they came in and out out. This helped clean up tremendously. Nick and his team really finished in a day, although I thought we'd need two weeks to complete! Regrettably my water heater is located within the house so I needed to get someone else to spot the hole prior to Nick can install water heater, where the pipes had been installed. Nick was really accommodating, although that took a while in scheduling. I also had a problem with my kitchen sink and Nick was kind enough to resolve that for me while he had been here.
Nick convinced me to replace my water heater because it will likely reach its end shortly and was approximately 8 years old by now. Nick gave me a quote on a repipe and the cost was EXTREMELY honest, so we set two days in case up for the water heater setup and repipe. Nick responds and was willing to use my schedule.

I have a brand new Bradford White water heater along with the rumbling noises out of my water heater is no longer!! Bonus copper pipes! Overall, I appreciated his crew's professionalism and Nick and Nick's such a dude!

They have been specialist, mindful, honest, transparent, and upfront about the advantages and disadvantages of everything demanding work. We have had matters like changing out a leaking toilet to redoing the sewage line because the pipes were destroyed by those origins. They showed us the camera view of those invading roots, handled the dig "large hole" on the lawn, obtained city licenses and kept the chaos into a respectable timeframe.
Josh has gone above and beyond whether it was finding the proper toilet for seniors (and helping us haul the old one to the curb) or refining the pipes for the (formerly) perpetually leaking kitchen faucet. Just recently there was an problem with the aging disposal. Josh seen, discovered a suitable time and fixed it on the spot. I don't live in the region, nevertheless have fulfilled with the staff lots of times to trust the home to them.
It's been a few years of attentive and quality service. Free Flo Rooter has been amazing. My parents have an older home, and of course, that means there is ongoing maintenance challenges. Our lawn grows from the koi pond which affects the roots and leads to pipe and sewage problems. We have had a great deal of repairs with Free Flo's aid and it has been worth it.

These men are just the best. I had been needing a plumber due to an emergency situation at my location. I had been recommended by a friend that was close. You want to talk about a Rooter business that back up their motto"pet friendly technicians" I phoned Free Flo Rooter because I was having drain difficulties at my home. Daily I got a couple of quotations, they gave the very best price, and promised to come out because they were not very busy. Guys and genuinely nice when arriving. The two men met my puppy Apollo, and fell in love (my puppy has a cruciate ligament tear) he could not actually get up and perform but loved the attention. My story isn't about the pipes, but more about how after they have been done taking good care of my pipes issue, the owners were informed by them Ben and Rafee about Apollo and them asking how they might have the ability to provide help contacted me. My husky needs a operation that costs over $5,000 and they took down my go fund me account information and made a contribution that moment.

I had the pleasant experience of communication with Rafee and he managed to supply me a quote with the photographs I sent . He managed to schedule me to get a same-day appointment. WOW!!
The tech Vince was courteous and professional and came into my home. The camera also ran following cleanup to make sure we can see for ourselves how the line looked.
