I had an appointment with Greg but couldn't show up due to an emergency surgery. He waited in the town hall and wasn't upset. I scheduled another appointment with 9, after I recovered. He and I met with in the Alhambra City Hall and bc that he was there with his plumbing knowledge the city was able to move forward with getting the studio up and running.
Turns out I did not require a plumber! Judy and Greg were there to help they could with no financial gain what so ever. You can tell Judy and Greg are good people that love helping people and providing excellent customer service.
I was known to Sierra Pacific Plumbing from a builder that has been assisting with my Lash studio in Alhambra. I was having challenges passing the fire review and was in need of a plumber for a water heater that needed licenses from an present job.
I called and spoke to Judy. She was patient and listened to my own situation. The phone hung up knowing things were going to be okay with the reassurance of Judy.

Easy to recommend. Reasonable price, explained the problem and solution obviously, right on time for the appointment ( I had to drive in from out of town to meet him), and also very speedy repair of a broken pipe in the wall below the kitchen sink. They were referred to me with a hydrojet drain specialist. It's great to have a plumber.

They installed sewer line cleanout and a brand new sump pump and installing repaired leaks, gas lines, and repiped water lines to copper. I have worked with Greg and Jeff who've been easy and very professional to utilize. Prices are competitive too. Feels just like a business with a lot of knowledge.
We have used Sierra Pacific for three jobs today and they've been fantastic. I will not be afraid to call them again.

I was in a difficult place, dad was just discharged from the hospital along with the Takagi tankless water heater stops functioning. I wanted someone who knew about a company that would not take advantage of my situation and the system. Judy in Sierra Pacific was the perfect person to talk to, I told her situation, and she completely understood my urgency, she could not assist me on the place, so she referred me to other individuals to call and explained she'd follow up for me to see whether they could get to us earlier. Not finding someone who could come outside, Sierra Pacific came to the rescue, but Greg was not only quick to diagnose, but was knowledgeable about our Takagi system. In less than 2 hours, we had water, he hand-held the warranty using Takagi, and dad can get his hot shower. Thank you Sierra Pacific.

We have sadly had to utilize a plumber - the first two times, Sierra Pacific Plumbing actually got us. The first time our tankless water heater stopped working and onto a friend's referral we utilized their plumber who came out removed the heater after which quoted us a crazy cost - rather than ask if he could get rid of the heater- that he then proceeded to say he wouldn't put the heater up without charge. . .my husband found sierra on yelp- we predicted, Judy called back right away, gave me her personal cell number so we can facetime to get this fixed as soon as you can - they worked with us, called the heater company and we discovered we're still under warranty so a new heater was replaced and we only paid for labor. Second time we've roots growing within our pipes and known as Sierra to perform a hydrojet- they don't do it so we phoned a different plumber who didn't bother to get a camera in like we asked to see whether a hydrojet was needed - just came in and hydrojetted- if the worker put a camera in AFTER- he said we had a"belly" and the difficulty would cost tens of thousands, we asked actual recorded footage, he said supervisor would return later to provide us camera footage onto a drive. . We predicted Sierra and they ran a camera said there was no"belly" and an annual clean up of these origins are more effective than the $1,000's worth of work. . .so now we simply call Sierra and bypass all of the other bull- plus Jeff has been so nice- he has really shown me the way to change out my own house water filters so we are able to upkeep things on a budget- they are super honest and I like that they're a family owned company.

Been working for years on our home with them. Quick to react and just great to use. Such as the garbage disposal has been clogged at no cost, they have come by fixed random items. And also larger things like flows at affordable prices.

When someone told me our Takagi tankless heater will begin leaking because it was never serviced in 13 + years I became worried. So I called them and they came out, sierra Pacific was listed as a Takagi servicer. They indicated instead I get as much use from the heater as I could and put a pan underneath, although I truly expected them to advocate replacement of this device, which I had been willing to do. They did not think that was warranted yet, although seemed fair enough. They did not even charge me to emerge. Taking the opportunity maybe not getting any new company for it, is wonderful!

They did in our residence. We were not surprised. There were two people worked here for one day. Jush did a fair job, and helper was fresh and shadowing. When I called and asked the details of the invoice, Judy Gutierrez stated, oh I do not know why we charged you significantly less than we should, let me return to you.... We had fresh wall painting and they left few handprints on it. Plus there were leaking for the shower valt they installed. Now we just had two times pipes job done by a plumbing company that is different. It is function that is much more complicated, including set up a steam shower. The complete Bill is 900. I don't recommended Sierra Pacific plumbing for any of my friends:(

Excellent company, we had use them for a leak bubbling up from the concrete. After hours and Jeff did his best to be more efficient as to avoid after hours fees, they came. The proprietor came the next with Jeff out to complete the job.
Reliable and professional service .

Very tough tough to get a grasp of, using a site it seems. If anyone has trouble w/ finding an email address, you can email them at SP.plumbing@sbcglobal.net. In 2018, an email is more needed than a telephone #. Very unprofessional and out of those times.

Always prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. It is so nice to not need to look for a plumbing company anymore.

I received a recommendation for Sierra Pacific in my electrician (Vega Electric) whom I actually trust. They were speedy and professional . They were able to squeeze in an install two weeks later of a tankless system. There's a ideal way to do installs and a wrong way and this company does it the ideal way. We've got horrible water pressure from the city and because of where the tankless was set up we not just have hot water that is fast but it helped with all the bad pressure too. Wonderful bonus!
The company has since helped us with a different dilemma if our kitchen sink was clogged right before we were scheduled to go on vacation. We coped with their on call plumber since it was 8:30 p.m.. He took care of the problem and we were so thankful.

My Landlord needed a plumber come 3 times and our plumbing issue was not fixed. We'd sewage flowing through the bathtubs and into the yard. I called Sierra pacific and they knew I needed help and were at my home within one hour and the plumbing was fixed in about one hour even though they had been closed for the Holidays. The sewer also cleaned , in the yard, which the other plumbers had left. EVERYONE at the company is friendly and nice. The plumber was youthful but so knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend them enough. I will never call anyone else for any plumbing requirements.

I discovered them Yelp, called them up and the secretary was responsive and she made sure as I had been in an emergency to help me though each of their plumbers were already on calls. My water heater has been severely leaking from the pipes end (if it is a particular water heater problem, then you must experience the manufacturer first) and I am waiting for them to come. Jeff came in less than an hour and fixed the leak. Walked me through the problem and he was unbelievably thorough. Discuss service that is excellent.

I called mid-afternoon on a Friday and had to ask when I had reached the business, as the person who answered simply stated"hello" upon answering. I had been told that he would probably have a complete program and that there was only 1 tech available, but the person would check and get back to me. In the event a weekend service call could be possible I wasn't asked if I want to set up for another day nor advised. I did not get a callback but did not really expect one. The person who replied was nice but it was a service call.

I called two additional pipes companies with regard. Both advocated pipe burst with fiber liner in certain portions (100 feet of pipes work). In other words, a plumbing job that is costly. Greg stopped by and gave BS assessment to a none. I only saved thousands by providing a call to these guys, and finally have a way! By being honest with their customers judging by the truck he's, these guys are doing well. That is the way to go!

Thank you for pointing out, although didn't catch the name of the young lady on the telephone were I could get valve controller unit. Managed to get the device up and running with the replacement parts. Will definitely keep you guys in mind the next time I have plumbing need!

Once had a pipe burst under the house got flooded. Greg made certain prior to going under that the company did a good job and came outside to repair where it was taged un safe. Another major water damage within the wall of the toilet dehumidifiers to operate for to dry out mold and required some lite demolition. Problems required bids to the 2,800 range. Then Greg discovered it was a fracture spool that caused the leak cost to substitute under $20.00. Our family has used Sierra Pacific Plumbing services for several decades. They are always friendly, courteous and fair. Workmanship is outstanding!

Call was left by us to my water heater company talking for guarantee repair plumbing company. 8 company but only Sierra Pacific is prepared to come.
