My simple problem became somewhat complicated with the chilly water being cold and rather chilly and warm all. They have been thorough, patient, and persistent in their job. I appreciate the professionalism, dedication, and high level of comprehension to root out the issue (could not help myself). In the end it was solved next month I will have them come out to perform more work desired and again next year for preventive work. I've a lot going on right now so I must save money. The prices were reasonable and plumbing is expensive. What I truly appreciated was that my fiscal limitations were knew by them and did everything possible to help me save money without diminishing their work and service ethic. They were very professional and replaced our water heater. During the procedure they kept us informed when they had to make a run for longer materials when they ran into a brand new problem. My husband and I discovered that we needed water. At first we thought that the gas had gone out but it wasn't the situation. We moved outside and noticed that out water heater had burst and water was spilling everywhere. My husband recalled that Jorge from Drain It Rooter was amazing when he worked on the plumbing in our home. We known as Jorge and he showed up but gave the news to me that the heater needed to be replaced as it had ignored and it was 15 years old.
Jorge showed up early with a water heater. He advised that as they were not to code a few of the lines needed to be realigned after removing the heater. Ugh. These things need to get done. The whole project took approximately 4 hours and he had been finished by 1PM. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done and in the time it had been done.

I had crisis leak and an pipe at PM in a rental that I wasn't going to have the ability to access to. I reached out to several plumbers and Jorge had been the very first ones. I achieved to about 5 pipes due to a last-minute condition which was put on our house for a water heater that was double strapped. Jorge was quite fast to respond (a majority did not even bother following up) and let me know he would be able to swing the next day to assist with the strap. He arrived by as promised and helped me met the state for the deadline in time, literally when Jorge didn't swing to find that double strapped would not be a homeowner.
After the house closed I needed some work gave a call to help to Jorge. Again, he was responsive, professional, communicative, and supplied options and insights for the issues at hand. Jorge's crew arrived somewhat late, but it was communicated a previous occupation was taking a bit longer than expected and given a eta. Once on site, they ended up and got directly to business. Jorge then came back to inspect the work, gave me a walkthrough of everything that was doneand in order of importance. He also pointed out a couple of items the inspector missed in the areas not readily accessible on his initial inspection with video/photo.

I would use them again According to before I knew and I did. It was a water line watering all the neighbor's lawns and bubbling up from the depths of the ground in my yard. Speed dialed Drain It Rooter yet again and they had been out in a jiffy, digging my front yard, in the pouring freezing rain, to repair my pipe and tap. The price was reasonable and the job had been done much faster than I had expected. Took me nearly a year to write this upgrade and I've known as several times because for additional plumbing problems. He's fast to respond and I know I can count on him.

I called Jorge on a Thursday night at 9pm and him and Jose came in less than 30 both quite professional. They really show you exactly what's going and have a camera and I was able after they installed a double jet to find a 1 year guarantee! These folks deserved the 5 stars although I seldom write a review! Highly recommend !!!! Jose was a really modest gentleman and hard worker!

Nothing worse than waking up to no water! I called about ten technicians and those guys were the only ones that got back to me immediately and may get someone out within a few hrs. Super professional and repaired the problem in less than an hr. So thankful!

As I was doing some laundry on Sunday afternoon I understood that water was backing up into my kitchen sink. At first I ignored it but then I realized that my bathtub filled up! This had happened about 6 months back and all it required was a little bleach and water to take care of the issue. I noticed that Drain It Rooter had reviews and were really close. The owner, George, answered my telephone, requested me to text him my speech, and he was in my home within a single hour.
He suggested that the problem was in the main line resulting in the road and he used a snake. After several minutes that the snake was eliminated with about two bottle sized root clogs! He suggested that the problem was great and suggested to utilize forced water to remove the clog. It was obvious that the clog was more serious than anticipated. He utilized the camera and realized the clog was from the access point about 30 feet in the middle of my lawn. The clog was so big that the camera would reveal only darkness. George implied that the earth needed to be awakened to eliminate that part of pipe. Keep in mind that it was 9PM. Now I could not use my pipes and asked when he'd be available for the problem solved. He advised he will be back in my house in 9AM the next morning.
Sure enough, George and his helper had been in my house the next morning on time! The hole they had to dig was over 5ft deep Because I live on a hillside nevertheless they could dig and get rid of the section that is troubled by around 1PM. The pipe was beyond clogged. He also added a new entry stage replaced the pipe. Afterwards, he showed me that the entire system was clog-free and re-ran the snake! The entire job was finished by 4PM and the cost was fair for the quantity of work that had to be done. Trust me, as soon as you make enquiries that are several online of a project like this prices elsewhere, this was reasonable.

Needed plumber for severely clogged drain and Drain It Rooter was a God send. They had a crew to inspect the situation and also provided a quote. They worked for 3-hours to solve the sewer and drainage line issues and began working immediately. The crew was extremely courteous, professional and very responsive to all my inquiries and concerns. Had a severe drain pipe clog. I called and Jorge answered and gave me an estimate of the hour for arrival. He fixed the clog in less time and was here in 15 minutes. He identified other problems and fixed those. He also showed me the condition of the pipes and that the clog with a camera's use.
