Had a quote on the phone. Described my difficulty and they quoted me a minimum of 275 for a pipe. Called another neighborhood plumber, they arrived in 30 mins and charged me $150. Be certain that you call and get quotes, it can pay off to get a few minutes of leg function.

This may be redundant, but Larry is Wonderful!!! All you could want at a plumber: a fantastic man that is quick, honest, intelligent, respectful, and just straightforwardly. He not only fixes things, he makes them.
Only this morning over the telephone, he walked and diagnosed thru a fix (clear concise directions) that other technicians would have made an expensive trip out of. Do not lose Larry's amount ; he is the best!

I called a couple of places to get someone to come over and fix a leak from a container. Larry had the problem and gave a fast quote for the work, picked up a specialization part to repair a toilet, and came over.

I woke up this morning into a flow of water flowing from my garage as a consequence of a broken water heater. I discovered Larry on Yelp, gave him a call and he made it out. Larry set up a new water heater after explaining my options all in detail. I give my greatest recommendation to Larry!

He not only fixed the problem, sheet rock was replaced by him, and he very carefully explained his fix and the problem. The builder who came to repair the wall commented about Larry's patch's standard and also how simple it'd made his occupation.
We moved into a house to find a very loud ticking noise in our master bedroom . The first contractor that came clarified until you opens the wall, you won't know for sure what is causing the problem.
Fixing the problem involved cutting our bedroom (all contractors agreed on this). But, Larry created a very exact cut that started the tiniest section of wall potential (1.5' x 1.5') with great care.

Update: A few weeks he was recommended by us to a co-worker that had to fix a 1953 toilet. She reported that Larry was great: comprehensive, efficient, and knowledgeable. He had all of the parts with him that were required for replacement. He took care of other small things that needed fixing in the restroom. Even her grumpy little kitty fell in love right away.
Larry came over to evaluate the situation and spent the greater part of the hour analyzing the pipes in the garage, etc. and was very cautious about pinpointing the origin of the noise: the flue in the hot water heater. Since it was a part of the estimating the occupation, this work was no cost to us.

Larry has been for different issues twice to our condominium. Plumbing and a broken heater. The two times he arrived quickly and after on a Sunday. He's straightforward, honest, and friendly. Seems like a handyman. He didn't even charge us. The other cost was minimal. He knows how to fix many different things. And he will speak with you. I called Larry to come fix shower knob and our shower. He managed to come back the day. He managed to repair the shower with no problem. The knob he managed to mend short-term. He clarified the longer term repair is something that he should talk to our landlord about first since it involved. I loved him drawing the line for me personally in terms of what could be mended now, versus a project that should be discussed with the landlord. Even with all the shower knob that is broken, he managed to do a fast fix.

Very thorough, heaps of knowledge, and, even on such short notice -- I was incredibly thankful!

Thank you Larry the plumber! I phoned Larry on a Monday using a filthy toilet at 8pm, hoping he would not bill my roommates and I the 200 Rotor Rooter offered us. Once I called a business Discount Plumbing Rooter, larry fit me. The very first company came by and gave me an estimate for 655.00 with a 65 dollar reduction. This sounded outrageous to replace a thermocoupler. Larry was useful and fair and billed me 2/3rd less and mended a faucet on his own way out. He has to be the last fair plumber in the city....everyone else believed we were technician suckers and could charge us I suppose. Thank you Larry!

I had the gas valve is replaced by Larry . He did a fantastic job, tied at the thermostat wire to preserve the safety shutoff.
Talking with Larry may require a while. He has a great deal of experience and likes to be sure that you've considered all the ins and outs before you make a decision. It had been worth it.
Larry does work, he is an honest man, and he is very competitively priced dependent on two other places that are 4-5-star on Yelp I predicted.

Called Larry searching for someone to repair our. He was kind and honest and explained he knows about these, but isn't an expert. Radiators are a plumbing. He graciously gave me a couple recommendations of individuals. Man, will call him.

He was great. Squeezed me in to be the appt of the afternoon, reset my heater, and made sure everything worked correctly. It was super cold and that I had no heat. Got everything back in working order within 15 minutes. Now intending to have him return and do a bunch of plumbing jobs that are maybe not urgent. Honest rates.
