I will use them from now on.
I was pleased with the job that Matt did. He managed to fix the matter with my shower fixture rather than me getting fixtures entirely. The customer service was great. They were very prompt in calling me after I asked a quote on HomeAdvisor and set an appointment for the same day. Before he came they texted me his image and that he was on his way.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I will contact BBB and consumer issues.
Price gouging and services that are unnecessary seems to be the standard for the company. They will definitely benefit from you if you are an older individual. They desired to repipe my bathroom for a shower valve that was leaky. They overcharged me and have upset I called them out and still completed unecessary function when I insisted that they repair ONLY the leak in the shower.

This is the firm that didn't need to charge $300 to $400 for s kitchen sink clog my Home warranty company found a way to deny my claim. But Matthew revealed promised! He didn't use any explanations, he snaked the drain two X to make sure the clog was clear. I recommend Matthew and this organization. A client that is very pleased. Thanks Matthew!!!

This is a review. My home had a leak in the wall between the master and guest baths. Sweetwater came out and did the job of drying out the carpet and fixing the flow. They left a wreck and tore out way more than needed. They decided to tear out all of our bathroom walls and cabinets from the procedure. They then delivered in a sister firm, Bahamas Construction, to handle remodeling. This firm was TERRIBLE. They followed through on their promises or gave a quote. Nevertheless, I dropped them like a hot potato. They owe money for a deposit, for to us. Therefore I won't use them while Sweetwater appears I found them to not be. Shawn, the owner, does not like to get called out.

Scott is one! When he said he would, he showed up, texted me letting me know he was on his way and the majority of all was fair & his prices are fair. I would recommend him, in fact we are having him return to do some plumbing job we are currently going to be doing with a remodel.

We really needed assistance with our toilet and Shane had the work. Thank you Shane.
Our technician Shane was the sweetest! Wish I could say the same regarding the girl I talked to over the phone. When I asked her certain questions she was rude and raised her tone of voice. Whatever,

Had a plumbing issue. Called Sweetwater Plumbing onto a whim (according to a general message I delivered ). Quick response managed to book an appointment for the next morning. Technician- Michael Lanphear. Great customer service and a huge help. Would recommend.

Called to have a simple Hydro cleaning of my kitchen line. Was given a ridiculous estimate of nearly $700. Another significant plumbing firm immediately comes back with a bid of 250. How can themselves be lived with by Sweetwater

Great experience, Matthew was very nice and professional. Enjoy the work. Will use again!

If Michael or even sweetwater would have been upfront and honest with me that they could have easily fixed my issue and even gotten a service charge from me for 10 min of work, I feel like that's fair and standard. Rather lie they tried to make the most, sell us service and parts in return they wasted their time cash and efforts and we did not desire and get this crappy review.
Michael gets there, asseses the situation tried to light the water heater with no chance and tells me thermocouple, exactly the same thing. No guarantee so although he states that he could do it if it goes out next week but stated if that happens he'd credit that $390 to a completely different water heater offered at $1890. In my head I'm thinking how presumptuous of him but, I needed water to the wife and children so I say go ahead and allows begin replacing the area for the 390.
I was hoping that it was something simple and ridiculous that we decided to schedule the appointment and were missing. I got a text with advice and the image for Michael, their technician, which I thought was a bit. 2 hours later, no response no word about the technician so I call called the technician called me back to say that he was about to pull up.
A friend doing some work turned off my water heater as they worked with paints and primers and other flammables. They could not figure out how to turn it back on.
A few min later I am told by Michael he has never noticed a thermocouple like mine and did not have the component. Work on it and maybe that I would need to purchase it. I don't know how accurate this announcement, sounds somewhat odd a trained technician never seeing a normal water heater component that he promised to be acquainted with my brand, but who knows, either way I am rather lucky he made the statement couldn't perform the work.
I named the Gas business to schedule them do it, but that went to be the next day. I believed I would get an estimate in the plumbing company incase it was something larger. Called sweetwater, explained the situation she stated that I should replace the whole water heater and it'd be approximately $400 and recognized the problem as the thermocouple.
That is my first review normally if a business does a job I don't feel like making the effort to whine about them here.
Michael left and the next morning the technician from So Cal Gas came rather than exaggerating within 3 min he clarified that my thermocouple is currently working fine, and burnt and turned into my water heater. Was in and out of my home below 10 min of charge.
So goes to show you how disappointed I was with this small business.

I posted the speech and asked for a quote. These people didn't even call to cancel or tell me the speech was too far. They just didn't come without even a telephone. Before they told me that my speech was too far, I had to call a number of times. If they shouldn't have left the appointment

I called Sweetwater Plumbing because of a drain. Michael Lanphear came out and cleared the drain. Michael was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I can't start to tell you how greatly I'm for his assistance. Based on his support, I highly recommend Michael and Sweetwater Plumbing!

I was happy with the job that Matthew Hernandez did. Wax of the bathroom rings. Made sure that there was no escape.

For estimates never made an appointment with this 17, I sent out a petition on Yelp. Nevertheless, they showed up in my home Shane I think was one of those Tech's. After getting Noritz online and going over a number of testing codes he advised me that the machine required to be serviced price approx. $800.00 and would take 3-4 hours of labor. I advised him to send me the quote and I would talk with my husband in reference. I place it back down and discovered he had taken the cover off of the 15, Once they left . Susan the receptionist was contacted by me while this is not that big of deal I think you leave matters as they were discovered. She requested me well are you going to get some else come out? I responded are you requesting she said they could be it back the way it ought to be. I said no your technician needs to. She had an attitude as though she was bothered by my response! Some reference this employee by 18, while most were favorable or your work, in reading your reviews. It seems the issue with this employee still stays.

Robert was the finest out and in. . Fixed my shower unplugged a toilet and manage. . I got a text message which stated that he had been on his way afterwards only 15mins. So I'd know that it was him they sent a picture of him. . I request Robert for my plumbing needs and will definitely utilize Sweetwater.

Provide just showers and my shower decided to take a dump. Michael Lanphear was my plumber to help me cure this dilemma. He had been prompt and considerate. He kept me in the loop upon his arrival by calling and texting me. Not pushy and incredibly comprehensive. He gave a price that was fair to me. Michael is friendly and also a hard-working individual and I would highly recommend Sweetwater Plumbing for my friends and family.

Ryan Mitchell ' the plumber. . .wonderful work and clarified very well.,I will speed 5/5 because of his job. Did his best to find out the escapes from laundry and the kitchen. Good estimates. .

From the telephone to the last good bye, the entire staff was very great and professional. Suzanne was great at communicating along the way, highlighting that techs came when they'd arrive. We had our piping completely redone throughout our house in Ontario. They did an incredible job. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, & all of our many questions have been answered. Clean up was return and comprehensive calls were created as required. Shane came out last evening for the review. Satisfied? Absolutely!

We had a mess of a situation with the plumbing in an old home which required a full re-piping. We knew we will be paying a lot for this, but it had been a lot lower than what I thought when I had Shane come outside to give us a quote! We signed. I was apprehensive however I had an extremely pleasant encounter with Sweetwater Plumbing. The team were invaluable in making a job as smooth and hassle free as you can given the situation. I was kept current in any way times, were easy to work with. They also made us feel as though we were the only plumbing occupation they had in their list! I cannot praise Shane enough and the exact same goes for Sweetwater! If we need plumbing work that is future, I won't be afraid to get in touch with them. Highly recommend!

I wasn't getting any water in the master bathroom tub. Tried to figure it out myself but could not. I had. So I asked around to work. And a friend in the office said his mother recommended Sweetwater Plumbing. So I gave a call to them and they were able to come out. Cesar showed in about 25 minutes, he managed to solve the issue! Price was reasonable! Sweetwater would probably be my go to plumber. Thank you Cesar!
