We were very happy, and had a brand new water heater installed in our home that is prior 15 decades back.

They arrived as scheduled and came out the exact same day. Miguel managed to diagnose and repair my own AC unit in a timely fashion in addition to clarify how the problem occurred. Will definitely call for repairs and maintenance

My husband Tommy has known the owner Archie for 40 years. They went to high school. Your never find a more honest, hard working guy. His work ethic shines through in his employee's. We had Chad out to repair our water heater. Chad does work that is great, he quite knowledgeable. We're having him return to do some work for our kitchen remodel that is upcoming. I have known Archie McLay the proprietor for more than 20 decades. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field, trustworthy and honest. Recently I had McLay Services substitute the ducting of my HVAC system. Both men that did the work did an excellent job. The air flow coming from my vents has increased. I recommend McLay Services without a reservation. The only reason is because the technicians arrived approximately 1 hour late of the coming window.

Great support. These guys did a great job on a shower, that a different plumbing firm couldn't seem to resolve and came out. The service technician was courteous and professional.

Working with McLay was simple and easy. They shipped an estimated cost for A/C upkeep as well as a listing of everything included, no surprises to me. Update: We had a breaker pop on a few. I called and one of there techs (Chad) walked me through on resetting it. That is customer service at its very best!
Great service! After we moved into our home we understood the AC and furnace went to have to be replaced. After a year of the home being hot on one side and cold on the other people we got some quotations to replace everything. I believed was likewise the most educated although mcLay wasn't just the very best cost. They replaced the home and everything is more comfortable today.

Very best customer service! This organization is used by our family and we will not trust anyone else. I'm currently pregnant and naturally the air goes out on a few of the hottest days. They could send someone in a manner that is timely and fixed the problem in no time. This preggosaures rex is quite joyful!

Chad Delk was our pipes who fixed our shower drain with in 30 minutes. Our plumber advised us we had a pipe and in order to repair the issue they were going to get to brake out our shower floor. But Chad utilized two different machines and took his time and fixed our problem. Our previous plumber advised us it was going to cost $5000.00 to repair the issue. I am so thankful that was not the situation. They are clean and honest and do good work!

Last Friday after work returned home. I predict Mclay services and tech came the following day. No back and forth on the telephone. He got our unit until he attracts the replacement part running. Highly recommended!

I had a few problems with the receptionist not calling me back for a consultation at first, but when Archie (the owner) found out exactly what was happening he called immediately to apologize and make things right. He came within twenty minutes of the phone call to my house to give me a quote on various a/c options for my home that was manufactured. Archie was quite thorough in his analysis of my house and with his explanations regarding why and what would be needed. I am excited about working with him.

I had a brand new Carrier system set from a different company as well as my condenser froze up. The company that originally installed it takes to have a tech come out. I discovered McLay Services on Carrier's site and called them. They came out next day so I signed up for their maintenance program.

Miguel came outside to perform the service and he was great. I also had a chance to speak to Archie (the proprietor ) on the phone a couple times regarding possibly changing some things from my AC. Let's just say they earned my business. I wished they were on Carrier's site so I could of had them install my AC. Miguel and Archie were fair and very easy to deal with.

As most of us understand Summer feels like it never abandoned. At the beginning of April 90 degree weather was struck at by it. I knew I had to change filters. I called McLay Sevices to make sure I do everything right. Since I bought my AC unit from them. (Best buy I could have made). They told me I had a maintenance test that was free. They scheduled it. He showed me what he do and to keep my AC. He was comprehensive and very patient. Miguel was my Tech and I'd love to say he's a fantastic and fantastic addition to McLay sevices. I felt confident and thankful. I'll be prepared for the summer heat. Thank you McLay Services and Miguel for doing a great job. I shall recommend you to anybody I know. Dianne M

I had a leak in my own water pipe in my garage. I called Mclay and they came out within an hour and a half and then cut outside the pipe and replaced it. The fee and great service was $175 for all.
Classy men and women come on fair pricing, time and quality and clean work. Always clean up after the job is successfully completed.
