The Plumbers Connection

A little over a year ago, I had another firm hydro-jet a drain that is blocked. I have to admitI wasn't impressed with the plumber's performance or the instruments he used, didn't have a snake that is long and the hydro-jet was powered. I wasn't going to get in touch with the identical firm, As soon as the line was blocked . The warranty had expired a blessing in disguise.
P.S., they didn't ask that I give an overview, I had been so impressed by their work that I believe that I had to.
From the start, I could see a procedure that is hydro-jet that is different. Theirs was gas powered, far more pressure that the one that is electrical. After several moves, they checked the line to ensure it was clear.
When checking testimonials, The Plumbers Connection reviews were rather good so I decided to give them a try. In a brief period of time, I knew that the technicians were quite educated. When they recommended the hydro-jet, I gave them the background. They said they'd do a fantastic job along with the drain should not have clogged in such a brief period of time.
I will never call a plumbing firm that is different.
They demonstrated just how great the drain was draining by then pulling on the stopper and filling the sink. The drainage was great, there formed a funnel above the train and you could hear a noise, something I have not heard from this particular drain. The firm didn't carry out this demonstration.

Gary decided to drop by and have a look, while it was out of this 30day labor warranty and the fact that it is a mystery as to why it only occurred after the new installation and only concentrate on the master bathroom. You can call it my luck as well as the SUPERB customer service!

The workaround he'd worked and algae is gone. . .now I gotta figure out the cause. .is it actually Chino water? Just 1 toilet?
Anyways Gary couldnt find out whats and deduce back it as the water source. But this happening after the setup did not actually give much persuasion to me. Gary subsequently indicated he can do anything together with the toilet placement and we consented. Soon after he left he said he thought of another idea that may help.

This was approx 1.5yrs after my installation of the 3 Toto toilets by plumbers connection. Soon after the setup I have notice some algae coming from my master bathroom (the others quite minor) and I have reached out to Toto and they saw it is not the toilet problem and that I reached out to Plumbers link early 2019 seeking help as it is fairly awful.

Made an appointment. They canceled on me two days before and booked. They tried to"make use of my schedule" by offering me after hour rates, since I have to work 9-5. What a fantastic accommodation lol.
If you have a reliable option avoid.

I had been getting quotes from other Plumbers to get a different job, when we found a new problem ( kitchen drain escape under home ). Where high, the quotes I was getting. I called The Plumbers Connectionthey gave a ball park quote, that was less and came out on a Saturday. We put up the repair for Monday, David showed up on time. Not only did he show up on time, but he completed the repair in 2 hours ( that was great since I had a charitable appointment 1 hour afterwards ). The cost was reasonable. I would certainly recommend The Plumbers Connection.

Just moved into the region had to replace our toilets Jovanny was helpfulness explained everything to us exactly what we had been getting for the amount we paid he installed and hauled away the old toilets and in addition to that he made sure both of the toilets were functioning and also he cleaned up after himself I liked the service felt like I had been dealing with family and that is difficult to discover. I'd like to thank the plumbers connection for installing a new water heater and coming out last minute. We had been together with all the forthcoming rain/cold weather we had been so concerned and with hot water out. Our plumber got daily!!!, our water heater set and arrived within one hour of calling Thank you plumbers connection!! You guys are amazing!!

I suggest phoning the Plumbers Connection for any plumbing difficulties. They're professional, honest, won't try to upsell you and reasonably priced. They are deserving of the 5-star customer score.
After analyzing richard advised my appointment for the exact same day. Junior was my technician, and he was awesome. He supplied various alternatives to me to solve my issue, and he had been honest and fair. I really appreciated that Junior wasn't attempting to upsell me just provide me and allow a decision to be made by me. He told me the way to resolve the problem myself so I could save a bit of cash, but I decided to have because I'm not a plumbing specialist, the problem is fixed by Junior. The price was fair and lower than the other quote I had received and the fix has been done in a manner that is timely.

I explained the problem and called. Richard examined my problem over the telephone and advocated a new water heater (which two additional plumbers had already told me). He gave me a timeframe and an upfront cost to show up. He had the employees bring the water heater . The employees were here and completed the job.
I recommend this company.
I was off work today and this has been an efficient use of my time.

A faucet that was needed repaired. Repaired the faucet however, the turn off worth underneath the sink began to leak. It is a worth so clear. So they could schedule the repair for the Next moment, said he could not correct that afternoon but would inform office. 3 days and no telephone call. Called another company!

Can it be a rule that when vacations approach, something goes wrong on your residence? Washer overflow pipe has been, well, overflowing saturday afternoon. . .garage filled with water... Scott and Zach came out as promised, got us all fixed up super quickly. . .It's somewhat more for Saturday night support but this business is a class act.

Plumbers connection came. They had been here in 30 minutes of the time I called and we were helped by David greatly. He explained everything in a way and unclogged my kitchen sink I could know. So that made me happy, the cost was cheaper than the quote! Definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with everything about the business. The plumber was just likely to be a few minutes late and called me to say. That's good business practices and common courtesy so being 10 minutes was nothing however they were considerate enough to give a heads 41, but I'm used to shows with no forecasts or no forecasts for no-shows. The task performed was quick and very reasonable. The person was a fantastic personable guy and I would not have spent hours trying to fix it and I mean over a few days once the job cost $150, when I understood all of this. I discovered a plumber since I have always got ripped off at the past and have not been delighted with plumbers, handymen or electricians therefore this was a surprise. Then have a look at the awful if you think reviews come from me and I would strongly recommend this organization, ripped them kind, a new one.

My advice would be to stay away from this company.
I have had luck with them in the past, however they recently came to fix leak and a faucet in my kitchen. I thought it simply needed tightening, but the faucet was replaced by them but the leak lasted along with the water pressure went way down. He stated to let it dry and put some caulking on the backsplash. It never did dry now I'm having to call another company because I'm so sick of the run around. Oh....btw, the initial issue of a loose faucet is again....the new one is flopping all over the area so I'm back where I started from, with no few hundred bucks!!

The whole group is amazing! They are all skilled and they care about their clients. They've worked at my home several times and I'd never call any other plumbers. They do a fantastic job at a reasonable price, the cheapest price they could constantly tries to get you and they really stand behind they are work. They frequently offer you a warranty on they are work, which you won't find with many plumbers. Hire them you will be happy you did!

I was at my end over needs the past 2 decades and have had a nightmare with pipes I found my connection! Giovanni was sent over, with a phone call outside 20 minutes, on time and tidy, pleasant and ready to work. This ended up being such a repair that is minor, it was on the home! Wow, on time, on target and want your company. Dont look any further for a plumber as you found the one!

This business was called by me not sure who answered the phone but he is quite professional and nice. He gives me didn't push on me and advise for my issue. Because the price is reasonable and they seem fair. So I arrange an appointment, they set me on a exact same day service and Jr show up for the job. Jr is patient friendly and professional. He describes and answer all of my question. He also clean. I wish I find this company sooner....so I will not squander 2 mos time and money on the previous 3 pipes company who bill me crazy price and didn't fix the issue. Thanks, Fantastic job Jr!

Claremont, CA - They did work for me in the past and they did a fantastic job and that I thought their prices were fair. This time I was billed and the parts cost about $50 retail. I was shocked and felt taken advantage of a girl and citizen. Very disappointing and I will not use them. Be careful.
