We had a shower escape the day before our vacation. They easily fixed our problem and showed up the when my inlaws we are watching the house. Communication was simple and rates we are fantastic. Very pleased with their job and highly recommend them.

All deserved. I mainly appreciated the transparent and up front pricing, while others wanted a service trip fee, etc.. . He arrived yesterday and took the time to walk through what know he'd return to get the job finished. He showed up early today and finished the job as promised and now I am leaky pipe free...

What a nice, friendly man! They did a fantastic job, opened the walls dried it out, fixed the leak and then the following day they did the gutters. My slab leak was repaired and today I'm good to go! The owner did stop by too. I would be using them because I enjoyed the way that they handled the job. I recommend Knight's Plumbing. Great Work.
Jack is fantastic! I live in a complex and had a slab leak. My very first slab leak so I was very nervous. Jack made this experience.

Jack was wonderful! He discovered the flow repaired it and cleaned all the upstairs drains. On the next visit, he replaced my water heater and endure. Both days he was professional, punctual, friendly and answered all of my questions!

I used Knight's Plumbing about ten years ago for my kitchen remodel plumbing wants and everything was great. Just had them out to do my bathroom remodel plumbing and again, 5 star workmanship! The plumbers were beneficial, professional and friendly. They showed up when they were supposed to and were rapid. I have had plenty of builder working for me on my remodel and they cleaned up after themselves and made it clean and nice! Others left me to clean up. If you have completed a remodel you are aware of what the clean up is after they are done and the DUST settles so I was very happy when I noticed that they left me a clean toilet! A big Thank You to plumbers, in Addition to Jeremy Knight, the owner, Greg and Dan!!! Oh and got me the paperwork and Richard at the office had been considerate I needed in a manner that is timely for the permits , only in case you decide to perform just like I did lol, General Contractor to save money!

When I had a leak in an inner wall, Located them. They came out and shut off the water at the home within 1/2 hour and then return on time at 8:00 am the next morning to the repair. Five stars for support, timeliness, friendliness explained everything.

I had to find a plumber to repair the connection and join my water today. As I was looking through YELP I discovered that Knight's Plumbing was local and had good reviews.
I contacted them move a trip that was quick and they sent David!! I couldn't have asked for a professional repair person. He explained everything in terms to me I understood. Thank you Knight's Plumbing. You have gained a new client.

I really don't trust Yelp reviews . I called to schedule and they said there is a 3pm accessible, therefore I said that's a fantastic time. I waited, 3pm, nobody showed up or called. 315p, I called to ask, I was told by them the plumber needed to deal with the problems it's taking longer, will probably be there in 45mins. Another hour passed nobody showed up. I called back after committing them two hours, nobody showed up without a courtesy call to offer status, so this company don't respect people's time. It merely shows how unprofessional they are if a company can not even offer any regard to their period to the customer. This company deserves the zero star, if there's an option to speed zero star.

It would have been a five star service when it was left at that; unfortunately, as the issue was being worked on by them they left a gap in the wall. Greg assured me they'd stay in touch with me so that they could send out someone. The next day so I took it upon myself to contact them odd thinking they had not completed the work, no one contacted me were not in communication with me. I achieved and they stated they'd send someone out.
So to summarize, they fixed the flow, made a hole at the floor/downstairs toilet ceiling, tried to make us pay for this, after negotiating they compensated for this, but only enough to perform 75% of the wall by not matching the paint with the rest of the ceiling with the hole in it.
After that they sent someone out and here is where things got a little complicated. Knight's Plumbing did not by default take it to spend money on the wall repair, instead, I had to convince them that because we did not do the damage there is no reason for us to cover it. I can't think of the time I needed to convince someone to pay for the damage they caused themselves. Fortunately they stated the cost would be covered by them and agreed, but there's a catch.
I contacted Knight's Plumbing for a draining issue I was having in our upstairs bathroom. They sent out after we talked on the telephone and responded promptly. The tech, Greg, assured me it was although I believed the issue was due to a toothpaste cap. He was spot on was valid and the problem was solved. Greg was awesome.

It is now a gusher, almost, and I have plastic everywhere attempting to catch the water.
The thing is that he charged nothing for doing nothing to stop the issue: a flow!!! that is increasing and serious It is ready to dismiss. But thanks to not charging, not recommending anyone to anything or help.
He might or might not have found a concern that was larger than a flow, BUT HE REFUSED TO FIX THE present LEAK! The immediate problem with an ongoing and harmful leak wasn't even touched. The kitchen is virtually prepared to flood. We'll have a MUCH BIGGER problem if the kitchen floods.
I found the pipes we hope for a outcome and used in October! I couldn't find the bookmark in the beginning, although they were grear. I hope for a better outcome.
We can't have a flood and have a sick person here.

I contemplated whether I Desired to Donate Knight's Plumbing 4 or 5 stars to Get a pinhole leak in my exterior Condominium pipe, but decided to Proceed with 5 stars for below reasons:5) Incredibly friendly team and team supervisor? (Wes)
I know so I chose to overlook this because I was overall happy that they quickly eliminated my hassle of dealing with water puddling out of my home, meeting appointment time for service contract work is not always cut and dry. Wife told me that they had been pleasant to deal with.

Here is the reason I wanted to knock a celebrity
2) They were then supposed to be there at noon but had been running behind in their other occupation and had to reschedule to 3. Jeremy texted me to apologize for this inconvenience, although if they did not do anything about it, this would have been definite down 1 celebrity.

1) One of the first ones out of 10 local companies to respond (less than 5 minute response time)
3) Do not tell me to telephone the office to setup appointment and gave me all inclusive cost after Taking a Look at the picture right away
1) They were initially suppose to phone my wife in the morning and come out before childbirth but known as around 11am to let me know they'll have to come in day
2) Most moderately priced of all quotes received
4) This is huge: the owner, Jeremy took initiative to get my HOA to Attempt to get them to pay for the damage

These guys were great! I live in a condominium complex and needed a leak coming from a neighbor's drain above me into my shower so I met Wes as he had been hired by the people upstairs to correct escape. What a nice, friendly man! They did a fantastic task, opened the walls, dried out it fixed the flows and then we had paint and the drywall . I'm brand new good to go! Because I liked the way I had Wes put in a new vanity, hook pipes up in one I had been doing a remodel on. No problem whatsoever for him, he squeezed me in to their busy schedule and it had been done in a few hours.

I had a leak on the Fourth of July. Richard came over and helped stop the leak and also informed us on how to deal with insurance, dehumidifies, drywall etc.. Definitely recommend.

I've used a few different plumbers over my homeownership years, none have really been great. But the men at knights plumbing came through for me. I tried a different strategy and employed yelp. I used their request a quote system and contacted 5 technicians that I felt were local and had good reviews. All were contacted Saturday am and using the message. By the end of the day 3 had reacted. Knights was the very first and confirmed an appointment. On the day of the appointment that they contacted me since they could appear 30 minutes early. Once they showed up they offered to bootie up to keep the home clean and moved through to create a timeframe for completion and an estimate for the repairs. The quote was honest and the interval was superb. They finished the task in the time allotted and cleaned after. Along with the task was done with no additional leaks in an excellent way or will need to phone them back for guarantee or assistance. Along with the crew that worked our house was consenting: Wes and Mike were both gentlemen and did their tasks professionally. You could tell that they were happy where they functioned which is very important to me. I would recommend knights plumbing for future function.

Quick to respond when I had an emergency job working with me on good management, scheduling and supervision of staff and repair, reasonable prices. If a different need comes up in the future Surely will call.

We pick Knights Plumbing and did they live up to that and more! We had a plumbing mess on our hands and David and Miguel came into our rescue! They worked under our home for a week! All new pipes and no longer leaks. David was so amazing, friendly, professional and comprehension. We wanted to take some opportunity to write this review because I'm positive like Us, when there is a plumbing problem in your home you look to find the very best service, competitive prices and genuine men and women. We'd highly recommend Knights Plumbing!

The entire team of this company were exceptional. Jeremy and his team were professional and extremely responsive. They addressed a problem I resolved everything quickly and at a reasonable price and had in my house. I highly recommend these guys, reliable and really trustworthy!

I predicted knight's last Friday afternoon and Jack and his helper came out yesterday to give me a bid. I agreed to the price and made an appointment for today around 8 a.m.
A number of the politest guys you'd ever wish to meet. They finished the work way of than they quoted me 18, billed and even over my expectations. No joke I'm deleting any plumber. !! As far as I'm concerned knight's Plumbing and Jack are the plumbing company in Orange County. You won't receive a much better service or more reasonable pricing compared to this 22, if you need a plumbing company.
The main reason for my 5 star rating is because Knight's Plumbing needs to be among Orange County's greatest pipes businesses. Because of my line of work I've had several plumbing businesses do work for me.

Because my office was in need for a service if you're having plumbing problems I phone them, they stopped only minutes before I talked to him and get everything done.
I am so happy for making business with them!

Jeremy had his staff come out at a time convenient for me (5am!!) And I gave them an 18 hour notice. They were very kndowlegable and professional. As our go to technicians moving ahead we will have them!
